Called ahead asked if they had laser engraving. They lady who answered the phone said yes and they would be able to help. Drive across town to get special engraving for daughter's birthday, only to find out it was all a lie. They don't have laser engraving, and the person that does engraving isn't even working until Friday. Learn your business! Don't tell a customer to come up and you can help him if you can't.

I love this mall! It's definitely one of my favorite places. I always visit Godiva for their amazing truffles. The food court is awesome! There is a great selection of restaurants surrounding as well. This is a fun place to shop especially around Christmas time. They go all out! Beautiful decorations, fun North Pole setup to get pictures with Santa, a big tree, everything.

Hulen Mall is a walker's Mall with many branded as well as off-brand shops. Sears, Dillard's and Macy's anchor the mall with a food court of very diverse options on the upper level. There are also stand-alone restaurants: Abuelos, BJ's Brewhouse, Red Robin as well as Movie Tavern. Look for the "Play area" on the lower level near Sears and several massage chairs scattered throughout the mall. Also, don't forget to check out the charging tables on the lower level at the base of the central escalators. A nice way to spend an hour or two!

Nice place to shop with three major department stores, Dillards, Macy's, Sears. There are a lot of specialty stores and a large food court. I've been shopping here for years and Hulen Mall is my go to shopping place in Fort Worth.

Hulen Mall is just ok for me, it’s becoming more like a hang out spot for young teenagers who don’t even shop...? Yesterday I witnessed a fight in the middle of the mall. Security was running all over the place not knowing how to handle the situation. I do like coming because they have the Disney store and my favorite department stores. The food court also has a good selection to choose from.

What mall.... LOL it's dead. As all malls in the past that have died out, there is a bath and body works accompanied by a Dillards. Literally no reason to go. Whoever is going needs to stop so we can just get it over with.

A woman was just beaten and handcuffed by MALL SECURITY over a small non-violent misunderstanding. I've spent years and years going to this mall, spending considerably large amounts of money. Now knowing how careless they are with who they hire as mall security, how am I gonna feel safe coming here? Until something is done to make this right, I will not be coming to spend my money here as well as my peers and acquaintances who are all appalled at what we witnessed.

The food was, horrible. Including us, there was about 4 people that were upset about the portion of chicken we all got. It was a very very small amount!! I Ordered the Sesame chicken with Japanese vegetables and noodles and also an order of Terriaki Chicken with rice and Japanese vegetables. One Egg Roll and one Spring Roll. Both rolls were cold. The “Japanese vegetables” was pretty much all cabbage. And ALL of the cabbage was well undercooked, not tender at all despite being on the girl for a whole 2 minutes. It wasn’t edible so we had to take it all off the the rice! The Sesame Chicken was “ok”. We will not ever go back here especially at $19! I can go to a good buffet for less, or go 20 feet down the food court and eat Panda Express!

This mall has changed over the years. Years ago I would not have had any problem with my teenage children going here for the afternoon to shop. Now I would only be comfortable with that if at least one adult was accompanying them. I recommend not leaving any valuables in open sight in your vehicle in the parking lot.

This is a mall in 2019. I feel like I piloted a time machine back to 1994. With that being said, there are copious amounts of 'grown' pre-teens lurking around but there are some decent stores if you are wanting to physically shop versus getting the same thing online.

The Mall is very beautiful and has stores with very interesting offers. However, I must say that in the Sears store, they had women's sandals on offer with a 9.99 offer. When I went to pay at the cashier, they wanted to charge me more than 20 dollars. Unfortunately the cashier was not friendly at all and it took me a long time to see where the shoes were. This lady really was not kind and bothered to have to charge me the right thing. Another situation was that during the walk, a security guard told me that it was forbidden to take photographs in the Mall to shops and shop windows. I honestly felt upset and I think that if so, there should be a sign at the entrance that indicates it. The photos I get for Google Map are free advertising. They should know. El Mall es muy bonito y tiene tiendas con ofertas muy interesantes. Sin embargo debo decir que en la tienda Sears, tenían en un exhibidor unas sandalias de mujer con una oferta a 9.99. Cuando fui a pagar a la caja quisieron cobrarme más de 20 dolares. Lamentablemente la cajera no fue nada amable y me costó bastante que fuera a ver donde estaban los zapatos. Realmente está señora no fue amable y se molestó por tener que cobrarme lo correcto. Otra situación fue que durante el paseo, un guardia de seguridad me dijo que estaba prohibido tomar fotografías en el Mall a los comercios y escaparates. Sinceramente me sentí molesto y pienso que de ser así, debería de haber un cartel en la entrada que lo indique. Las fotos que yo obtengo para Google Map son publicidad gratis. Deberían saberlo

Great mall! I lost keys in the mall on Wednesday, August 21, 2019. It saddened me that no one bothered to turn them in. The atmosphere always seems so nice and positive. I was expecting them to be turned in.

I like this mall especially on weekdays it's not as crowded. Food Court is clean and the food places they offer is good & the restrooms are okay. The family restroom is always dirter than the other restroom. they keep janitors & housekeepers through out the mall cleaning up. Hulen mall is my 13 year old favorite mall

Most of the shops here are clothing stores, which would be fine. Except they don't have clothes for everybody, the children's clothing shops are outrageously expensive. There is only one shop for larger women, and none for larger men. As a whole, this mall doesn't have a lot to offer. There are a few stores here that deserve their praise, however you will have to look through my reviews to see which of these you would frequent. Or at the very least stop by to look.

Went inside Hulen Mall for the first time in maybe 10 years. I was pleasantly surprised at the well lit and sunny atmosphere in the main concourses. It was early so the only people there were staff and walkers but it was a pleasant area to walk in and spend an hour or two.

Like any mall, there are a lot of places that you can shop here. And they are also going to be overpriced. Granted you may find some things here that you cannot find elsewhere, or is easy. Most anything you can get at this, much less any mall. You can get online for cheaper. I believe that people go tomalls not for any deals, but because they like to shop at malls for the crowds

I absolutely love this mall! The kids free play area is so much fun! All the play structures are soft and the floor is extra padded so kids can play safe without getting really hurt. It's always clean and my daughter loves it! They also have a clean family restroom and a separate mother's room/nursing room in the food court. We make a day out of coming to the mall. We'll have lunch in the food court, go play in the kids area, let me daughter shop at either the Disney store or Build-A-Bear and finish off our visit with a cookie from Great American Cookies. Thank you, Hulen Mall for always providing a safe, clean and fun place for my family to visit.

It's not a huge mall, but it's pretty good sized and has a nice selection of stores like Sears, Victoria secret, Brighton, etc. The food court has a variety of meals to choose from. The Mall itself is a little tricky to get to because of the traffic.

the food is greasy and dont go on off peak hours cause the man who appears to be the owner will serve you crusty chicken that has been sitting on the grill. reheating it does not make it fresh.

Hulen Mall has been in business for several decades, back to the 1970s. It has been through several cycles, with another in progress now. It has one of the last Sears stores in the area, one of the original anchor stores for the mall. I've not been there for a while before tonight, and there are several stores that have closed, several more new ones. It was sparsely occupied this Thursday night, but still had a cheerful tone. Not yet time to "write it off".

If I'm being honest, the Hulen Mall is just okay. However, it's important to clarify that just okay is a step up from the ghost town it was seeming to become a couple of years back. They've got some decent stores and a pretty good food court. Also, out front they have three pretty good restaurants. Overall, if you need to hit up a mall in the Hulen area, go there. Otherwise, take the driver out to the Parks Mall or to Northeast Mall.

Always be careful and aware of your environment. Stay off your phone and have car keys ready in any large parking lot. Just be smart. Heard of too many issues so I only go there for specific needs only...which isn't often.

"Little Mexico." small children everywhere. Difficult to move through on the weekends. Facilities are clean and well kept for how old this building is. Doesn't feel sketchy. Basically, all other large-scale malls in the area are better, newer and offer more variety.

Food flavors are good, but the servings keep getting smaller, I can understand if portions where according pricing...can you believe that for 8 buffalo wings for $17.00? I said good but NOT awesome., and chips and salsa $7.00 and is just a normal size chip basket and a little dish with salsa. A bucket of popcorn is $9.00 and if you want butter is an EXTRA $1.50

My friends and I normally love this mall, but today there was an experience that was not pleasant. We were trying to nonchalantly shop in the maternity store, but we preferred to not say who we were shopping for. The woman working there approached us and promptly told us to get out or else she was going to call security. We did not see what we did wrong, but immediately left. We will not be shopping in this store again.

This place is pretty full on an weekends and it remains a significant cityspace for all ages alike. Teenagers and senior citizens predominantly populate the pathways. With young families strong presence. Not many vacant store fronts and there is a large variety of clothing store to choose.
