very good place to walk around a lot of great discounted atores i would recommend visiting the outlets versus the malls as there are a lot of sales here. The food court is small there are not a lot of options but it’s bearable. The parking is also very ample . However since this is outside that you have to walk to from store to store i would not recommend going in a hit humid day.

I was just in their store about two three weeks ago. And was back this week. I always look forward to coming here even after the long hr drive. The ladies here are so nice. They are very attentive I just started building my collection the first time I came in two young ladies helped me and they were very knowledgeable. Answered all the questions and doubts I had when looking into this cookware. I met the store manager on my recent visit and it all makes sense where they get the knowledge and how caring they are towards customers. I definitely recommend this place. Security concerns. Our car had broken in the parking lot on a broad daylight. Security is not helpful as they can't monitor the entire store. Mostly close to the store parking is what I told. They are not going to check far parking places as there are not enough resources. On the same day while talking to the police, he mentioned same break in incident earlier. So what's the action taken? Just file a report and wait for a call. That's it. Very bad experience in this place and would not recommend this to any visitors or locals to shop. Go somewhere else not this one and save your hard earned money on other stores.

Nothing special here. Just another outlet mall with hard to find parking and the same old stores you see in every mall like it. It would be nice for a change to see the ownership improve on the diversity of stores rather than use the same mold over and over again. As far as the food court area, sad choices to eat, restaurant staff pushing samples in your face, and very little seating. Prices in the "outlets" are high, which is not the fault of the mall, but it used to be that bargains were available in these types of stores, not any more. The prices in Old Navy were the same as in any of their chain and the selection of sizes just as limited. It is no wonder malls are slowly becoming a thing of the past. They have nothing new to offer customers, so why go back for the same old thing over and over again.

Not a true "outlet". It's a marketing word because you will pay absolute full price, if not more, than in other retailers that carry their brands. It's not very inviting to walk around in an outdoor mall in 100 degree weather either, so I can see why box stores are dying fast.

I visited Nike they get a two...the store smells awful when you first enter. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Not sure why management and business owners would allow this. Not one sale person offered to help. Finish Line, I recommend and rate a 4, nice clean smelling store. Friendly young lady who helped us.

It's OK, not a lot of premium shops but you can find good deals on some sneakers and sport clothes, be aware that some products are manufactured for the outlet stores only, so quality varies. Get something semi-healthy to eat at the food court and the best rolled ice-cream. Big safe uncovered parking lot.

They really need to step up their security. I stopped to fo a little shopping on my way to the airport and my rental was broken into. Thry stole my luggage, my work backpack, work laptop, tablet, jewlery, etc... They took everything. There are no cameras or anything anywhere and there oonly one security gaurd patroling the huhe parking lot. I love to shop there, but ypur vehicle is not safe there.

The mall itself is clean, safe, and general out door setup mall. The stores have a good mix of product and the area is really growing to add more offerings that add to the experience of your day when you visit the mall. Parking feels a bit small, and can quickly get full on busy weekends & holidays.

Great stores. The only downside is it can be really busy on weekends and it is quite a walk from the parking lot and not all areas are covered so weather should be factored in when visiting. If you live in the area weeknights are much better for shopping.

All great brands in a place at a decent price . Get a discount code at the Simons in the food court before purchase to shave off some extras. Parking space was available and free. You can also prepare your tax return at the mall if you are a tourist.

Came here on Independence Day. The crowds were HUGE between 11 am-3 pm, and it was certainly tiring to navigate through and between them. The lines were also long as a result. However, I did find a nearly-perfect pair of white jeans at Old Navy!

Lots of big stores have left this mall, leaving a lot of vacant spaces. Some of the spots are filled by undesirable cheapy stores. Weekdays are so dead, that the kiosks in the middle pack up way before closing time. Things might get better since some big brand stores are expanding and coming in soon, we'll see!

I just love this place...!! You have many options to buy as they have offers in almost all the stores. Only disadvantage is the food court.. u have less options there. But must visit if your are in Houston.. I am sure you will end up buying something or the other..!! Coz I always do..

A very cool place to shop for clothes. Prices are lower than a regular mall. There is a food court and a lot of restrooms throughout the plaza. It is an open area so if it rains hard it may not be the best experience. Plenty of parking space and maps to find any store quickly. Most of the stores are clothes and a few perfume.

I never have bad experiences shopping here. Especially going on days where it’s breezy or cold, it is absolutely perfect. Summer is a different story as a lot of the stores for some reason don’t believe in a/c? Also, I think some stores need to be taken out and replaced with better ones. For example, take out one of those cheap shoe places that are always empty and put in a Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Torrid, or any other store that would actually generate revenue. I mainly go for Puma anyway, so it’s not that big of a deal. I just think they could improve on their directory. Maybe put in better food places too.

This place is an outdoor mall. Its very clean and nice to walk around. The only thing is that the store logos on the outside of the building are not near the actual store inside. So if you are looking for a specific shop, check the map.

About ~30 min from the the city center but relatively better traffic (compared to malls within the city) on the weekends since one is driving out of town. Also a great place to have all the name brand stores aggregated, making for a pleasant shopping experience.

Sooo many shops, you just can't see most of them in a reasonable amount of time, unless you are a long distance runner (sarcasm). Seriously, it spread out across so much distance, you really have to be fit and knowledgeable about how to get to the shop. AND, what if it's rainy? I didn't find the prices to be all that good anyways. They probably have to inflate the price of goods just to pay rent for the beautiful mall.

Extremely disappointed. An act of vandalism occurred in the parking lot near the main entrance of Victoria's Secret on August 19, 2019 at 3 p.m. approx. They broke my car window and took my belongings, merchandise and passport. Private security agents were inept and deficient at all levels, thiefs knows they do not have video camera in the parking lot. The following day called the security director of the mall and mentioned that "he had not even been reported of any incident" and only that day did occur 3 times to different clients/visitors - including me. If you want to see pictures, ask for them. It is amazing how a huge tourist place receiving a lot of money from tourism does not have efficient security and administration. They just dont care about you at all!

They have a nice food court where you can get healthy options too. Good prices. When I would buy something there was usually another sale tacked on with the purchase.

I love the discounts the outlet offers. If you are not aware, the merchandise sold at the outlet are not left overs from a traditional store. The items are specially made to be sold at the outlet so that means corners are cut when it comes to the quality of what you buy. It is still name brand and is not considered knockoffs. Just because quality is cut doesn't mean the items will not last as if it was bought at Ali Express.

I am giving 4 stars because I prefer Katy Mills. Both malls have almost the same stores but Katy has air conditioner, so during any season, you will feel comfortable, and I cannot say the same for Premium (when raining - no comments). Katy also has movie theater and more restaurants.

Came here for the first time, recently moved here from Missouri with my wife. I was able to spend $150 and get 3 pairs of pants, multiple shirts, dress shirts, socks, briefs, shorts, all at Nautica, Calvin Klein, Under Armor. They have a bunch of stores in a outdoor-outlet type mall. Good food too come check it out, will be coming back

Nicely laid out and it's not a huge distance to walk despite the heat. Get there early for nearby parking but it looks like there is plenty available otherwise.

Shopping centers are on the decline nationwide. They don’t have quite the drawing power that they once had and a good number have shut down. But some are still alive and thriving and in Houston, one mall that is going strong is Houston Premium Outlets. Houston Premium Outlets is different from other area shopping centers, mainly because it is not an indoor shopping center. There is no central walkway inside an enclosed space. Instead, you walk outside from one store to the next. This means you are exposed to the heat during the warm times of the year, as well as occasional rain, and the only escape is to walk into one of the stores, which are all climate controlled. As for the stores, Houston Premium Outlets features several hard- to- find shopping options and this is what makes it popular with locals. The stores are generally high- end or borderline high- end, with only a few exceptions. Prices are a little on the high end, too, but right in line with what you expect for these types of stores. If you need help finding the store of your choosing at Houston Premium Outlets, they are ready to assist you with the directories. These are not your average directories- they are electronic kiosks with touch- screen capabilities, scattered throughout the complex. They are large, too. You touch the screen to activate, then slide it back and forth to help you locate the store in which you wish to shop. Parking encircles Houston Premium Outlets so you shouldn’t have any issues finding a place for your vehicle and none of the parking is very far away, so it takes little effort to walk into the center, even from the furthest parking spots. Eating and drinking options are limited at Houston Premium Outlets and there is no standout among them. I prefer indoor shopping centers myself, but Houston Premium Outlets does have its merits and the location at Grand Parkway 99 and highway 290 is easy to find.

ProEdge Paintball

Always great sales going on and a huge selection of stores to shop from. If you haven’t ever stopped by this outlet mall is great for killing a few hours. The Under Armour store and Lulu Lemon store always have great prices and deals. Restrooms are always clean and are spread out around the mall so easy to find and get to. Food court is pretty good as well. The holidays get really busy but the traffic flows well around the mall.
