Decided to visit this mall while visiting family here. There’s actually a decent selection of stores. I’ve seen a mixed crowd here, so there is something for everyone. This mall could use a few different anchors that malls in larger cities(Atlanta, Houston, Miami) have, but other than that, I think this is probably the best mall in this state.

Took my niece there when she came to visit. Got the BEST deals at Aéropostale. We had to get our drinks at Starbucks after she flew in from Illinois to help me out for 3 weeks. :)

Love this mall. However only one set of bathrooms that we can find. Been there 8 times now and still the only bathroom we can ever find is in the food court

If you're visiting Greenville you should plan to stop by Haywood Mall. We drive from Spartanburg and always enjoy stopping by the mall. There's something for everyone here. You can spend hours just visiting and browsing from store to store. There's dining options for every budget. From budget friendly place to high end dining. I highly recommend visiting the Haywood Mall.

Could be a nice mall but it’s gotten so ghetto that we are afraid to shop there. They need to have more security and get the people wearing the low hanging pants with underwear showing riff raff out of there. A lot of rough people there.

Haywood mall isn't so bad. It can be extremely busy at times and traffic, as with anywhere else in the city, is an absolute nightmare. There are a lot of stores and places to eat in there as well. Some negatives would definitely be how sketchy it can be at night, especially in the parking garage. More camera's, actual security guards, and more lighting would be nice. There is also a large "Dead Sea Scrub/Flat Iron" mafia presence in there and they are very loudly persistent. Which is troubling. Maybe get them to not do that.

Saw a lot of people enjoying a brisk walk. Lots of young people around; seems like they hang out there during the weekend. Los of stores and brands which is cool. Express had a deal on suits which was clutch since I had a wedding to attend. Food court has a lot to offer. Location is close to the freeway, restaurants, and hotels. Several levels of shopping. Security enforcers present. Easy to spot in traffic. Good attraction for the city.

I always enjoy coming to Haywood mall when we come to visit. We had dinner at Grill Mark a fun restaurant that specializes in burgers. It does have orher itema on it's menu, plus serving beer and wine. We then took our 2 year old grandson to the children's play area in the mall. Heives t hgv at place. We also got ice cream and some specialty candy in the mall.

I used to really love coming here, but the way some of the salesmen hound you to buy stuff is RIDICULOUS (some skin care line with Jewish employees to be specific). You end up having to make it awkward and be rude. Please tell them to stop :(

This is a very small shopping mall considering the amount of people living in the area. This mall needs more, higher quality stores. It could also use those mid-priced, popular stores that you can run in and grab a quick shirt or skirt. Also, many of the stores carry much of the middle-aged, southern women's apparel, that not all women wear. Coming from New Jersey, I basically shop online. I love the people food, and the growth of the area, some things are just lacking and will take time to get here...

The fire alarm was going off. They said they couldn't turn it off until someone of authority arrived. It went off for a long time, people were leaving the building, some stayed though. Can't complain too much, drown out the noise, and shop in peace for the most part. Friendly employees.

I've been shopping here for as long as I can remember and, while I admit to my fair share of online shopping, I will continue to shop the mall as well. There's nothing like going into an actual brick and mortar store and looking for "just the right thing". The feeling of being immersed in a store's sights, sounds, textures, colors, patterns and styles is lost when online shopping. I've seen Haywood Mall go through lots of change throughout the years and I'm impressed by the way the mall has continued to grow with our community. Haywood Mall has many great stores that cater to many different people with many unique and beautiful styles for everyone. Haywood Mall is an exceptional example of Greenville County's ability to create, and often recreate and expand, in order to suit the needs of its ever-growing population of new folks who are making Greenville County their new hometown. Whatever the reason - if you're just passing through, visiting our area or if you're new to the area - make sure to check out Haywood Mall. You won't be disappointed.

The mall itself is fine, but they honestly need to do something about the "flagship stores". Sears, JC Penney, Belk, & Dillard are beyond antiquated (especially Sears)! They no longer fit the "vibe" of the mall and each are seriously in need of a major internal makeover or they need to be replaced!! UGH!! Best part of the mall is The Cheesecake Factory!!

For an extremely large mall, kudos to the management to keep most of the storefronts occupied during this day of mail order shopping! Though it has been somewhat renovated over the years, the decor remains dated. The parking lot could use some work in filling pot holes by paving.

Unlike a lot of malls in America, this mall is really nice and thriving. I live that this is a Simon Mall and they partnered with Wizards Unite to have sponsored Inns and Fortresses. I meet up here several times a week with friends to get a game in.

Love this mall. However this mall needs to be more handicap friendly. Motorized carts should be available because it's too large for anyone with mobility issues to enjoy and ship like others can.

I was planning to enjoy my day off from work. Its a nice sunny day and my spirits are high so I decided to take a trip to the mall. Not a local in the area I stumble across Haywood. My boyfriend as a tag-along are stopped by a gentleman working the "Deep Sea Mineral" kiosk. He does his little demonstration and says, "See, that is dirt rubbing off your skin, look who your sleeping with." I am now highly offened and my spirits have been lowered. All the manager on duty could say was "Im Sorry". This is how their employees treat customers? I can not give this mall more than 3 stars.

Nice inside, confusingly when you try to relocate your car by using the map. Only two stories, make you walk more. Also not built in a way, like they do in Spain: keep walking one way, you will pass every store and when you reach the end, actually you are at the start again. Haywood mall is more build like an Airport: if you walk into one direction and you reach the store on the end, you must turn around and go back, if it’s the wrong store. Not a very good architecture design. Improvements needed.

This mall has been around for a good 20 years or more. They have done a great job of keeping up with the changes in today's world. Plenty of name brand shops within. Security is well seen walking around so not to worry about drama to much. Food court is great place to meet someone and have a lunch meeting.

Great mall with a lot of quality stores. Employees of the mall and the stores have good customer service and are super friendly. Easy to find, plenty of parking available. The only downside is the amount of traffic during rush hour to get into the mall's parking. The mall is clean and it is easy to find the stores you are interested in for shopping.

The Haywood Mall is still doing well. Only a few empty stores with several new ones in process of moving in. Lots of choices for food. Grillers and Cheesecake Factory are the anchors. MANY selections in the food court. Everyone will find something there or they just aren't hungry. Safe with no roaming bunches of kids. I saw several security officers inside making sure it stays that way.

Very busy and popular mall! Bathrooms and corridors are always very clean. If you're looking for something to do, then I recommend coming to spend half a day here by walking through all the stores and grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants! They also have many dessert options! My favorite part is there are food and snack places throughout the mall so you do not have to walk so far back to the food court because you're thirsty.

One of my favorite malls. Good selection of interesting and varied stores. Airy and well maintained. Lots of natural lighting. Two levels and well laid out. Good, large anchor stores. Fun play areas for kids. Traffic in the immediate area can be horrific. Highly recommend.
