The aroma or candles gave me a headache to the point of feeling ill, the staff were obnoxious and rude. Remember ladies the customer is always first and you are the ambassadors of the brand.

Love Anthropologie. Customer service is a hit or miss. Some days they are really great others not so much. Update. I love Anthropologie and have bought a lot of stuff over the years. Very unique items. A word of caution with this particular store. The customer service is really lousy. The staff at the check out seems busy talking to each other and not attentive to the customers. I will probably ship online from now on.

Anthropologie carries a variety of clothes and knickknacks. They are, however, not for the cheap or broke. I don't quite understand how a cotton dress with really no particular character should sell for $200. When I go to Anthropologie with my sister we play a game where one of us is shown an otherwise ubiquitous item of clothing and the other person tries to guess the outrageous price; hilarity is guaranteed to ensue. With all that said I've never actually purchased any clothing from this store so I can't say anything of the quality of its products. I have bought little trinket trays a few years ago and I can't complain of their quality or durability.

I really enjoy this store. I find nice mermaid hammered stemware and the ocean fragrance here. They carry unique items from around the world and an eclectic array of household pieces.

I purchased a quilt online and took it to the store to return. The register area of the store is poorly setup. Two people with strollers were blocking the small roped off area to get to the next open register- so I walked around. Three people that worked at the store watched me struggle to get around to the register with this huge box not a single one offered to assist. Apparently there is a ledge on the floor that sticks out about an inch that the store and manager knows about. What a safety hazard right? So I’m sure you can guess what happened next... I tripped on the ledge carrying the box and sprained my knee. No one asked if I was okay. I finished my return and returned home limping. I called the store and the manager told me unless it was a serious injury there was nothing they could do . Something I can do- I will no longer be shopping at Anthropologie.
