Well they would receive a 5 start except for the traffic! Do travel during the weekdays and especially weekday mornings. Just know you need to plan extra time for the exit out of the plaza especially during Christmas time, some holiday & weekends!. Dave's Market ls great! This Home Depot has had pretty knowledgeable and helpful people.

Dave's Market Place, Target & Barns & Noble- plus many more stores- I have not been in side yet. Love the Homemade Soups at Dave's - though a bit pricy, I treat myself on cold days occasionally- & they always have a great selection. Fresh Free Coffee for the customer restrooms is a plus. I like that I can get a Gravy pack of meat at this particular store-(1 Boneless Pork Chop, 1piece of Low Grade Steak & 2 Sweet Italian Sausages- for approx. $5.00), & though it is out of the way a bit & I prefer to shop at this one ; Cumberland Is good too- but this one is a bit bigger & all of the other stores are right there or down the street ! I love to go to B & N to grab a bunch of mags& go to the cafe & get an Earl Grey Tea& just sit& look at them. Then I go browsing the bookstore itself ! I usually end up leaving with a CD or 2, a book or something like a box of Victorian Cards for an upcoming holiday or something. Target- I love to shop the bargain bins in front, clothes, shoes, seasonal & kitchen& garden isles there & for misc. stuff.

A great place to shop in find many many stores without having to go to an inside wall everything from restaurants to small shops to Target and Kohl's a bookstore it's great just be careful of the traffic there's a lot of traffic in there and people don't pay attention what they're doing but all in all it's a wonderful place to go

The variety of stores and chain restaurants is nice, I would rather brave this outdoor mall than the Providence Place Mall even in the dead of winter. The plaza does get trafficy during the holiday season or during rush hour, and depending on where you are coming from getting in and out of the plaza can be a nightmare. They really should add another entrance/exit for the huge thing. The plaza also seems to lose/gain a smaller store every 6 months or so, but the anchor stores have stuck around. The Kohl's and the Target are nice and always well stocked and clean.

It's a normal, non-offensive gas station. My car only has a 7gal tank, so I wasn't there long. I remember a time when gas was $.85 a gallon. Filling this Clarity for less than $8 for over 400miles of travel back then would have been awesome. It would be more awesome now.

This shopping area is great, it has everything you need, my only qualm is all the traffic coming off of interstate highway 295,always congested, however with the opening of the new exit (not sure of exit#) accessing Route 5,johnston/smithfield should relieve some of the traffic especially around the holidays. Happy shopping!

Seems like customer service is fading from these places too. No one will stop and ask you if you need help, and then if you ask, it's never their department so you get pawned off to someone else. Thankfully they have the products you need for home repairs.

Without exception, no matter if it's early or later in the day, that place has only one entrance and one exit and the traffic is backed up like gridlock. It takes at least 20 minutes to get in there and at least 20 minutes to get out of there just sitting in your car inching forward. It is so poorly planned they need to figure out how to add another entrance and exit to make traffic move efficiently, what a pain. I avoid the place as much as I can because of their poor traffic

There are lots of stores to shop at, and there is a store for pretty much anything you need. The only complaint I would have is the traffic on weekends and around the holidays. It would be so much better if they had more than one entrance/exit, but the location of the mall unfortunately prevents that.

Fine plaza to shop at as long as you have 30 minutes to spend parked at the exit trying to leave. The one way in - one way out design is horrendous. Truly my least favorite place to shop during peak hours.

Good shops and restaurants. It is hard to get in a d out of there plaza during the weekend because they only have one way to get in or out. The state make enough money from them from tax revenue that they should build them an exit off of the highway 295 to relieve the back up during peak hours.

Has a great selection of stores, something for everyone to include everyday needs. They take good care of the property. It's always clean. You may luck out and get a Del's to enjoy at the gazebo. The biggest problem is getting out of the plaza at busy times. Especially on the weekends and holidays. (It has one main entrance and exit. Locals know of one other way to get in.) They hire officers to do traffic control on the parking lot roads inside the plaza nevermind what's going on with the regular road traffic on the really busy days. During the week it's not bad at all.

I live in Smithfield and love this place. Everything you could possibly need in one convenient location. Need a card, perfume, flip flops, groceries, 2 x 4's, a cell phone? How about a candle? They have it all. Hungry? Choose from Panera, chipolte, Uno's or Chili's. Maybe you just like to stroll and sample with a complimentary cup of coffee/tea...Daves Market is your place.Traffic can get crazy crazy, but during high stress times the police department has people directing to get you on and out fast. Great plaza!

Not exactly the most efficient, or easy, shopping plaza to enter or exit due to the fact that it's located nearly on top of I-295, and does not have its own exit from the interstate. It's also got only one entrance/egress, which empties onto Rte.44 (Putnam Pike), creating a traffic flow issue during most times of the day. More during peak commuter times. Otherwise, it's a fairly good selection of stores, both large and small, and boasts a secret observation ridge that also contains a centuries-old family graveyard belonging to the original owners of the property.

To all of the people mentioning the one way in and out exit you are absolutely correct. What's worse is that when they were planning the mall they had a choice to install an exit right off the highway and chose not to do it. Why? It's anyone's guess. Otherwise it's a great mall with great stores. From restaurants to Dave's Marketplace to the Target, Kohl's, and Home Depot it is a good Mall. It also does help when the police come to help direct traffic during holidays.

This mall is quite complete with a lot of variety of shops. However the most concerning and disturbing part of this entire mall is they only have one way in and out. And at times it can become quite congested. Also if there was a large fire, or (God forbid) a terrorist ACT, people would be trapped like in a fishbowl. However the stores are your typical box stores and it is a middle two high-end neighborhood. And the prices reflect that.

I really liked this place because it had every kind of store that you could possibly imagine. Traffic was terrible on 4/16/17, I had to use the restroom and simultaneously realized that I needed some updates to my summer closet. That is why I stopped at this acreage of shopping Mecca, and bought some shorts and t-shirts at Target. Here, in this city until itself, you can get lunch, buy lumber, get your hair cut, visit numerous clothing stores, or pick an empty parking area and teach your teen how to drive. Personally, I prefer something a bit less intimidating.
