Great retail option in Newport. Nice mix of quality tourist shops, artistic options, and old standards (like the Gap, which had the belt and socks I'd been looking for). Merchants will validate parking, which you can stretch to cover a lunch or some strolling!

Great little block of stores that carry a variety of things anyone could use or need. Very quaint shopping experience, better then a mall. Nice restaurants in area in case you get hungry.

Beautiful shopping area for the wealthy tourists of Newport, RI. Newport is near & dear to my heart, for many monumental reasons, so I pretty much love everything there. But honestly I just enjoy driving around or grabbing a bite to eat in this area.

If you love snotty dying Dusty Malls and this is one of them for you there's not that many stores left. I think it looks playing it does have itdoes have the Newport history Museum surprising since it's pretty dead A store called The grovy gater just closed it was a kid it was OK there is a store called Yankee candle you should know about that surprisingly for getting a Sephora

The stores here are great - some of my favorite places to shop in Newport. But I gave the location only 3 stars because the Parking attendant is a truly miserable human being. An older fellow, wearing a cap (he refused to tell me his name when I asked) has been abrupt, rude, and unpleasant on numerous previous occasions, but today was beyond the pale. He challenged me about where I planned to shop, yelled at me when I said I shop here regularly, and swore at me as I drove away. I will miss visiting these shops but I will not come back here again.

It's a nice little strip mall with some very decent shops. Was a very nice experience while visiting Newport during or day out walking around. Its clean and well kept and sort of attached to the main shopping strip. Would visit again but my only hangup is the lack of mens stores hence the 4-stars.

Turn over rate seems high but is to be expected with mostly chain stores you can find at the mall. Seems there is almost always one vacant building. Disappointing the JCrew does not offer menswear.

Nice area mainly filled with shops catered to tourists (except for things like Gap or Liberty Donuts). It's a nice place to have a look around but as a semi-local it doesn't appeal to me all that much.

There were no restrooms at the mall. There were no signs on the mall directory for restrooms. We finally found restrooms at the Visitor's center across the street. If the mall doesn't provide restrooms, then they should at least post a sign. Not one shop keeper gave us directions to the restrooms. I almost left. I decided not buy anything. I was so annoyed.

Went to Yankee Candle for the after Christmas sale ,I was saddened to find out that they are closing ,not enough sales to keep up with the high rent ,1 employee commented that people on vacation don't want to walk around shopping carrying heavy candles,I truthfully wouldn't want to either ,but it would be my last stop on the way back to the Marriott with at least a couple medium candles to burn in my room while I was there .

Great lil strip mall located on historic Thames street in downtown Newport. in addition to a perfumery and several tourist shops there are law and doctor offices located on the second floor, which is where I visited on said date. Parking is free with validation

This place was really neat. Clean area with good shops and not too much traffic. Was nice and easy to get around the area by foot.

We came here on vacation and all I can say is be sure to bring lots of loot! Everything in Newport RI is way overpriced incuding cigarettes if ur a smoker. Oh and the dogs are more friendly than the people of Rhode Island.
