Crappy shopping center in a crappy area. Fairly convenient though. Whatever. If it's what it is. I go there, but only because there's really nothing better when I'm in Newport. Not enough people for good shopping, unfortunately.

Plenty of outlet shops. Main anchor store appears to be Wal-Mart. Lots of parking. If it's raining there's a overhang to keep you dry as you walk along store fronts.

In this small center , you can find a few different stores, depending what you are looking for, you may find it here. There are a few of these centers, all around the way and all have wheelchair accessible parking for those who need it. Most have a supper market, clothes stores and more . If your looking for a quick bite to eat , there's a fast food place in each of these centers!

There is a neighborhood Walmarts, shoe store, groceries store and restaurants that gives it a all in one area feeling. You can use it as a last minute stop before starting a long drive to New York for instance. A must stop before traveling over the Newport Bridge.

Well I haved worked there and been a customer. My experiences have always been positive. Going to Wal Mart to shop is always been positive. When I do go and shop I always start at the clearance in the clothing department.. I always look forward to what they have always something nice and different. The atmosphere of Wal Mart and the customers always is something special and great

Busy plaza with some great places. Pub 99. Verizon. 5 below. Dollar tree. 5 guys. Nail salon. Stop and shop with a gas station. A liquor store. Payless. Kay jewelers. Tj max. Old navy. Sally's beauty supply. Famous footwear. Walmart. A laundromat and a small chinese restaurant too. Its well lit with lots of parking. The lot has three entrances. The bus also stops here.

Good store selection. Parking is adequate but poorly planned in terms of flow. Access to main street is good but difficult during peak traffic hours with main exits being at extreme ends.

Shopping plaza in Newport with all a person could need really- great free parking lot with easy access off of Connell Highway, a Walmart, Sally's Beauty Supply, Old Navy, liquor store, Stop & Shop, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Dollar Store, hair salon and Five Below- also a cilantro Mexican Grill, laundromat and pub 99 located in the parking lot.

This place is a strip mall but in the modern design. It the old fashioned strip malls of the 80s and 90s were 2D video games, and indoor malls are like 3D, then these modern 21st century shopping centers are like 2.5D. Meaning their larger, have slightly more complicated and green parking lots, have nicer facades, and also have restaurants that are oases in the sea of asphalt.

Lots of clean parking and early snow plowing before stores open so employees and customers can park close to store . Bushes at entrances are not cut low enough for cars to see a pedestrian or oncoming car. Need more handicapped parking spaces. And sheltered areas for bus passengers in bad rain or snow. Loss of several stores recently not a good sign and closing of Newport Slots has meant a decrease in out of town shoppers to this Towne Center. All stores have been refreshed several times. WT Grants was anchor store in 1965.... Where Wal-mart is now. The only good restaurant is The 99. Five Guys is fair. Wal-Mart World on Wal-Mart Way in Worchester Mass is outstandingly up with the times.

Is a great strip mall if u are a local everything you need . If you are just passing by it's also great . The have a dollar tree and five and bellow , a Wal-Mart and a stop and shop and many more stores and about 4 restaurants. So if u are in NewPort travel from the Ocean 5 mins u can get your beach supplies cheap .

I must re edit this review about wal Mart as a disabled veteran I have never been so appalled about a dept. Store in my life as this wal Mart!!!This location no longer offers bags for your items that you purchase !!! They charge you 10 cents for a paper bag extra on your bill if you need your items bagged up!!!!! This was so terrible to see other retired vets and seniors not affording to buy these bags they were dropping their times all over the parking lot. When I found this out I confronted a store associate about this I was told it's not there problem !!!! Well I proceeded to shop and I purchased my goods also and the same thing applied pay extra for a bag and wasn't even offered the option for a plastic normal bag!!! I also took my goods out of the store dropping them.on the way to the car! This I have realized that there are a lot of people there that cannot afford and extra price of a bag that should be free added to their bill !!!! retirees and seniors cannot afford this and it's not right at all I am asking every one to avoid this wal Mart in a protest against them charging for BAGS!!!!! THE MGR.IS BECKY CALVERT I TRIED TO REACH HER SHE WASNT AVAILABLE !!!! SO MY REVIEW IS DONT SHOP THERE AT ALL EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE A** HOLE AND THE MGR.DOSENT CARE!!!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AND HELP PROVE A POINT THAT THIS IS NOT RIGHT TO CHARGE FOR A COURTESY BAG !!! WE ALREADY SPEND MONEY ON GOODS AND BAGS SHOULD BE FREE !!!!!!!
