Giant mall with almost any store you can think of. Lots of food options as well. Only thing is you have to pay for parking in the garage. And it'll take you an hour or so to get out of the parking garage if there's a local big event going on.

I will never give a shopping mall five stars, but as malls go, this one is pretty good — the entire thing is carpeted, which does wonders for the noise levels! A decent selection of stores and offerings; they have just about anything that I generally need to find at a mall.

The mall is about 5 stories tall. The first 2 stories are small and made up mostly of the parking garage and a couple of restaurants. The top three levels are rather large. It is a pretty standard mall with the standard stores you would expect. The mall is nice and well kept, nothing new or exciting but a fine place to go shopping.

I love this mall ! the options are great. The only thing that I wish was that parking vouchers were given if you purchase something above a certain price inside the mall. This will assure that I am able to spend more than a certain amount of time in the mall without thinking how much parking is going to be.

Great place. Free parking for under 2 hours. I come here basically every Saturday with my girl and we get the Thai food. One thing I wish they had was Rue 21 but besides that it's an awesome place.

This meal is pretty large with some commercial stores and other small local businesses. Check it out if you're in the area. The parking is very affordable and there's a great walkway on the street level.

Very nice place with lots of views. The food court has a large screen tv that is recommended for all ages. They have free parking. Nice views to see what is like. Public transportation service next to Providence station. Free wi-fi connection when you enjoy the mall.

A great mall with carpeting throughout making walking more comfortable. Almost fully occupied with more restaurants and venues than you could imagine. Great Mall, unfortunately being in the city you do have to pay for parking after 2 hours but not too expensive.

This is an alright mall I mean the parking is the one thing that I would probably avoid this mall for. Not the fact that I couldn’t find the car it was the fact that by the time I did find the car I ended up paying for it. 2 stars because of the parking garage.

Somehow this mall has managed to thrive when other malls in the region are in decline. Many top quality, name brand stores along with a very nice food court, and IMAX theater. Other dining options are available outside. Parking is available on site, but it can be a challenge to find a free space during the holiday season.

It was quiet night mid week. They close way to early is my complaint!! Also,too many high end very expensive stores but I go there for the Pink/VS stores or to catch a movie..paying to park is greedy and makes me hesitate about visiting this mall!

Nice and easy layout on way to theater. Unfortunately then you enter the theater. Seats are loud, uncomfortable and outdated. Sound and picture quality are good. Bathrooms are gross....then again that's most mens bathrooms. I went to theater 6. I will not be returning. Movie was really good though

This mall makes it so difficult to get from 1 floor to another. You can feel the building shaking beneath your feet. They have a parking garage which can be a nightmare. Try to remember which floor you need to go back to!!!! At night, forget it. The clientel is terrible.

Thai Restaurant in the Food Court was Excellent. They were doing 1 customer a minute for 35 minutes at 3:30 pm. That is $600.00 per hour at midday. Or $6,000.00 every day, $2,000,000 a year.

Providence Place Mall is one of my favorite places to shop the only downfall was when the artist were living in the garage but I am an artist myself and I wish that I had contributed to that project but back to the mall they are well-staffed with security they have the best stores there with the exception of support is key clothing kiosk by Joey Cash He is a crook and he does not deserve a place in the mall

Everything is way overpriced but the girls walking around are amazing all ages all types any size your bound to find a few to your liking no matter what your type is I was riding the escalator and a younger girl was in a nice small dress and I had a wonderful view of everything

The stores and Dave n Busters are great, the cinema however; waited long in line for tickets and waited long in line at the Concession Stand. They should put an employee in each cinema to shut the people up that talk loud and make unnessary noises during the movie.

Took my granddaughter to get her ears pierced, the staff we're very nice, she answered every question that me and my granddaughter had. They have such a good variety of earrings and other jewelry scrunchies for hair and a lot more I will be going back. I highly recommend.

I want to give 3 stars really, but if you want to go to a mall this is a good one. Providence is amazing. Mall is in a perfect spot. Parking is easy and the size of the mall is big but not overwhelming. Wide range of food choices. But, the stores are lackluster. If all you want to do is shop, go to any mall because all the stores are the same. If you want to shop a little, walk a great city, take advantage of activities, have food from good to great, this is a good choice. That's why it gets 4 stars from me. I am adding that is important to mark your parking space. There are 2 lots...north and south and both are multilevel. They look exactly the same and it can be confusing. Make careful note...north or south, area number. And make sure to note which stores you see first as you come up the elevator. It's like breadcrumbs helping make sure you return to the right lot.

The parking is free for 2 hours and $2 for 2 to 5 hours, it is a good mall that offers many options. The food court has many varitieis and the movive theater and arcade also offer hours of entertainment.

I give it a 3 star. I dont agree with the parking fee but its Providence they charge to breathe if they could. Mall escalators always seem to be non-functional but the mall is a nice place to hangout on the weekend's with friend's or family. It's big so you can get a good cardio exercise if you walk around it 4 times.. Very neat and clean mall..

Great indoor mall that has a ton of stores. The third floor is very upscale and pricey, but the mall itself has some really great stores. They have a Dave and Buster's and a really terrific food court. The Macy's at this location is really good too. In the heart of Providence near the Dunkin' Center.

Great place to go shopping. Most major departmental stores are here if you are in Providence. The Apple store is particularly appealing and well stocked with very warm, welcoming and informative staff. I'm visiting this place and I've heard of the Warwick mall some less than 30 mins away and sounds equally promising.

Great mall for all that their is here. Terrible parking situation made a little better with new updated technology. Fact that I have to pay to shop to spend my money on your stuff seems odd to me. Like shouldnt you pay me to park my car there so I can come help you in stay in business. Seems backwards. They do have a lot of variety from a store perspective. So we will be back.
