I parked for 20 mins on a Wednesday night to get a snack and they had the audacity to charge me $5 .Its almost October! Use to be 1 hour free and 2 hours with a validation.

Little bit of a hassel to have to validate parking just to make a quick errand at cvs. Otherwise nice outdoor Plaza thsts easily excessible and helps provide parking for the tennis hall of fame.

A wide selections of shops, restaurants, and treat places. We walked along the water at sunset and love it. Very clean and a quiet, pleasant place to be.

You'll have to pick up a parking slip at the gate if you want to park here, but if you're just in to pick up something quick, all you have to do is scan the ticket when leaving, and you shouldn't get charged for parking if you've only been there for 30 minutes or less. There's a CVS, a Newport Creamery, and a couple of other nice places in this shopping plaza. It's on a rather busy street, so traffic is usually back up a little.
