I went to Target on Bald Hill Rd in Warwick( next to Home goods) last night 2/7/19. The customer service I received was unbelievable. I am usually fair because people can off days. But it was ridiculous!!!!! I retturned a $49.99 + tax Amazon tablet I purchased January 16th 2019 provided the receipt, I paid $14.00 with Target Gift card and the rest 40 something I paid and used a DEBIT. they then said I could not get cash back. I then asked could I at least get the cash back for the DEBIT and the GC amount I used. They said nope. I had to get a GC for all of it. So I took the gift card for a total of $53.49. I purchased some stuff then proceeded to 12 items or less check out, i asked the woman there as she was cashing me out ,when i could get cash back for the GC, she said with the biggest attitude, " you don't get cash with a GC" I said ok. Then she said scratch the back of the TV, threw it at me, with a penny, then said I can't reas the numbers I read the wrong numbers apparently then she said not those the bottom yelling still!!! I gave the correct answers then she threw my receipt at me, and started to ring the next woman at line. I took my bag off the bag holder myself and walked away, she never said have a nice night or anything? Never gave me my bag? I was never rude to any of these associates at one time! I can't believe my experience there and I will be telling my friends and family to make sure they never go to this Location! I am outraged by the way I was treated!
