Jennifer Lopez wad amazing . But Wells Fargo Center was horrible. Barely any air conditioning it was hot which made watching the show very uncomfortable. Are seats were high up and it wad dangerous just trying too get to our seats. We had to walk past others along very narrow ledge If you didn't hold on to people you would fall over rows of people. Not a great design. Hopefully I can go to a different arena for shows

We came here in November for a Twenty One Pilots concert and it was phenomenal! Parking is not too bad if you get there at a decent time and it is very easy to get around and navigate the arena itself. Check out some of the surrounding bars/restaurants too if you're looking for a good bite!

Went to see ELO here. Our box seats were awesome! We had our own bar, food, & restrooms. Great view of the show which was absolutely incredible! Sound & acoustics was perfect! This was my first concert & it made a wonderful first impression.

The Wells Fargo Center has been around for awhile now and has undergone many changes, especially its name. Those changes have been small and nice at times, but nothing compares to the number of renovations it's going through now. This season the team updated the entire upper level of the stadium and refitted seemingly every bathroom in the building to make for a much better game day experience. They're planning to continue these changes into 2020 which shows they care about improving the fans experience. I'm happy to see such an investment especially in a city so supportive of its teams. Its changing the atmosphere from just another arena to a real home.

Average venue. View quality varies significantly and I do not feel that ticket prices fairly represent that. Esp. Higher priced areas behind the base line are often not worth the money. Traffic/parking can be a nightmare and I suggest to book parking ahead. If done early enough prices are very fair. Since the Center is in the same complex as the football and baseball stadiums, watch out for overlapping events. Never had issues with ushers or staff and I do like that the place empties pretty quickly when the event is over.

Great concert venue. I have been here three times for concerts. There are not long ridiculous lines to get inside. Once inside every stand has a line but there are so many people so that is going to happen. Deal with it. There are signs showing you how to get to your seat. Other than that there are people everywhere to make sure you get to the proper seat so you don't have to worry about not finding your seat. Great venue.

Enjoyed the Flyers game, seats were great. The food is outrageously expensive, considering how many events they have there, it shouldn't be wallet-busting. After seeing how much for tickets, parking and then food, takes the shine off some.

Hard to get to event.. city planning at its worst... Had premium floor seating.. was a waste of money.. couldn't see the band as stage was only a few feet above floor . Sound system was poor. Overpriced warm water, hot sodas, beer and little else available. Ran out of water and sodas.

Always a good show. Tonight was great. Dani Harrison followed by a great ELO tribute band with Jeff Lynne as lead singer. Broken escalator fixed by intermission. Bathrooms were clean. Only error was staff telling patrons they could buy merchandise after the concert, but not allowing 200 level patrons back down after the concert.

The improvements they made to the upper level are awesome. They really helped open the place up and made it feel more spacious. Even the bathrooms are modern and clean. The vibe is much improved and there's a better overall experience whether you're middle class or staying in a luxury box on business.

Fantastic venue to watch any sports or concerts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and other food vendors are affordable and easy to get to. At times merchandise can be a little pricy, but it all depends on what your going to watch. On our visit we went to see WWE Extreme Rules and our seats were great.

Very organized facility for concerts and sports games. Seating was extremely tight as I will always have to be on an end seat in the future. Restroom facilities did accommodate the crowds. Would like a healthier food choice though. Parking was good, I did arrive early, just remember where you parked.

Terrible game. .....spent over four hundred dollars and our team couldn't even score one time five power plays no score .....seats in nose bleed section ....nicely redone...now redo the team they were awful looked like they could care less ......we only get to come once a year as I am on S/S and take my two grandsons each year since there Dad passed away ......they both play hockey too ...will give it the famous philly chant ....maybe next year !....I am 70 years old I hope I got a next year ....

Accidentaly came here twice in two weeks. Once for John Mayer and once for Queen with Adam Lambert. The parking isn't too bad as long as you get there with some time. The lines move quickly through security. The sound is honestly great! The house system really carries well. The staff are always fantastic and helpful. Definitely sold me on coming back.

I came for a concert I paid $2000 for 4 seats in floor 2 and the seats were very close to each other with no room to be comfortable actually got into an argument with a rude man who took up my seat (#17) and forced my cousin to stand out in the isle because her seat was on the end seat 20. When I tried to sit down the mans butt and hand was in my face and when my aunt yelled in excitement that she loved the band and was singing the man told her to shut the F*** up and tried to hit my cousin when he said dont talk to my mother that way security had to tell the man he had a warning and he was going to be kicked out so after the concert he and his girlfriend said they wanted to bash us in the face for having a good time and not standing in silence like he wanted for a ROCK concert. I loved the band but my experience was kind of ruined for lack of personal space next time I may choose a different concert venue to see my favorite bands.

Purchased two tickets together on the first day on-line for Elton John, received tickets in different sections and different raws, called to try to address it when I found out, never got the promised call back from a manager. Tickets were close to $200/per ticket could at least call me back. This is absolutely false advertisement show you one thing in your shopping cart and sends you totally different tickets to your email!!! Be aware!!!

Not my first time here, definitely won't be my last. I got to see Muse live and my experience was fantastic. The light shows were beautiful and the atmosphere was electric. As far as the venue, I was sat in section 207, row 12, which is pretty high up (the "nosebleeds"), and there was a piece of equipment hanging from the ceiling that blocked a bit of the stage from my view. Other than that (and your standard-yet-obnoxious concert food pricing) I had a wonderful time.

the actual shows and events here are great but when paying for parking they charge way more than they should. There was almost a ten dollar charge just for paying for parking ahead of time on top of a 3.25 charge for me to print with my own dang paper at home. All that on top of the already 30 dollar parking fee. absolute theft.

Had a great experience at the Wells Fargo Center. Helpful staff inside and out. Security and good vendors were nice. The prices, however. That's an entirely different story. But the Center and it's staff are great. They don't make the prices. Please remember that when you go there.

It. Went for a concert. Sound was great. Seats feel old and small for a venue that is not that old really. Always appears to be under renovations, so it should look good when done. The other two stadiums in that area are far more up to date.

Our seats were so high up that they should come with a warning. But the Sixers are on a winning streak so that made the night so much better. Be wary of the "free" giveaways - they are really getting your phone number to sell you a vacation package. But The Clutch Collective performed on the concourse and they were phenomenal!!

It's a stadium. Not much to say. Some seats are better than others. Most are too tight. I get here three or four times a year. Mostly for the Wings. Attached pic is from Flyers game, section 205. These were decent seats. I rarely get food. Way too overpriced. I would much rather eat before or after. Staff is sometimes friendly, but mostly robotic and sometimes rude. Like there only job is to get people in and getting people out. They generally don't treat you like a customer. As soon as the game is over they are kicking you out. No time to really enjoy the venue. I like watching the sports, but the venue....it's just where the sports happen.

Decent sports arena, a bit tight for a concourse and lighting inside can be improved. A better public transportation system to the arena would help alleviate traffic congestion. I've been to many sports arenas in North America and this isn't the best but its far from the worst. Sight lines are good. Fan experience is great.

Saw a Flyers game. The arena is cool and there are many activities in the concourse to do. A wide variety of food offered at the many concessions stands. As with most professional sports venues, the food and beer prices are astronomical. The Philly fans make the game so much interesting. Their comments, opinions and enthusiasm make for a great environment. The light displays, videos and announcers keep the excitement up during game stoppage. Great event to attend.

Saw Cirque Du Soleil's show Crystal. Very entertaining show, something was always going on, sometimes too many things at once. Perfect for adults and children, many laughs and lots of suspense as the performers pulled off daring acrobatics.

At a game for the Philadelphia Soul with my nephew!!! When I got to my seat, there were soft towels on the backs of every other chair. The only thing I didnt like was how close my knees were to the back of the row seat in front of me. I'm only 5'4..so be careful everyone that's taller!!

Great place for concerts. We saw Ed Sheeran here back in July 2017 and he was amazing! Staff was friendly and traffic was surprisingly not bad. I will definitely be coming back for more shows, starting with Shawn Mendes in a few days and then Celine Dion in February :)

Not that I was in trouble but the event staff needs to calm down. I witnessed 3 different scenarios where the staff was immensely rude and just plain mean to people. I totally understand security and safety is important but these scenarios were nothing related. Left a bad taste for everyone to witness

Nice venue. We sat in club seats. Had trouble locating our parking lot. Need better well lit signs. Definately recommend using Spot hero- prepaid parking lot closed to exit. Made leaving super easy.

I had my son with me for his first game and was allowed down a little closer to the court due to a lack in attendance that game. My son was ecstatic we were so close ! Sat in club level. Very clean and classy. Staff is super awesome, also quick service. We ordered jumbo hotdog, fries and brisket nachos. Nachos were awesome, hotdog was cold and bun was a bit stale. Nachos deserve an A. If they made their own tortilla chips it would be an A+. The fan store had a great layout and a lot of awesome gear for your favorite home team. Would be nice to have an entrance for uber and lyft to drop off closer. Other then that we had a wonderful time. Go flyers

The stadium seats provide a good view and little risk of not being able to see. Seats are comfortable. I give 2 stars because it costs $30 to park, fries are $13, soda 8.75, bathroom lines for ladies- long....

It a decent concert arena but they removed their smoke area. They used to have a bar that had an outside patio was enclosed so you could step outside for a smoke. Now the entire facility is non-smoking

It was a great concert. Wish that when I ordered tickets that they would've listed the direction that the singers would be facing, bc having been at the Wells Fargo Center before for 76ers games there was no bad seat in the house.. Until last night we were in the 200 level and on the side of the stage so the entire time we saw the side of Shawn Mendes face. I was let down. That's why I suggest when ticket buyers purchase tickets let us know important information. Also, why couldn't their be more stands where you could purchase merchandise. The line was probably an hour or more line beginning to end before and after concert. Overpriced as we expected. So we just got the exact same tee shirt outside for more then half the price from street vendors. We had bought water from a vendor outside come to find out when we entered the center that no outside food or drinks were allowed!?! So then how are they allowing ppl to waste their money at the vendor on their property.... Scam! Over all the performance obviously did not disappoint, the stage tactics were great, sound was amazing.

home of the Philadelphia flyers in the Philadelphia 76ers. This is a classy yet simple arena built to support both sports. They also have concerts here along with all kinds of other activities. This place was well-thought-out and a definite improvement over the old Philadelphia spectrum. As I understand it they will be going to do another upgrade over the summer of 2019. Parking can be expensive as because of the city. The arena and parking is very easy with tons and tons of it available.
