Cute little mall just minutes outside of Scranton PA and right off of interstate 81. This mall is very clean and well maintained. There are plenty of retailers in the mall and nearby. If your in the area check it out!

We didn't go through the mall,we went directly to Buffalo Wild Wings, My Son & two Grandsons have never ben to a BWW and were really looking forward to it, it took over 40 minutes to get our order and all I can say is it was terrible, really bad. The waitress was apologetic and very nice, Never going back,,,,NEVER.

This mall is a fun mall. They have so many wonderful places to go including a wonderful shop that is nothing but northeast PA vendors Crafters. And it's not always the same vendors is it seems to change off and on. It's a great little store to buy gifts for someone and know that you're helping out some small entrepreneur. Also has great major stores and restaurant in the mall and externally.

Great selection of books for those who still enjoy the tactile experience of turning pages. Huge selection for fans of all genre. Also huge selection of board games also similarly diverse. One cannot go wrong stopping here. This was my first visit & I was astonished by the selection of products.

The mall had a fantastic variety of shops, but where is the food court? There really isn’t one. Pizza or Chinese, that’s it if you want a quick bite. Brace yourself for the prices, too.

I don't get how people really find this mall enjoyable. Maybe it's because I am a city girl, I have high expectations of malls. This one doesn't have the best spots to shop at. They're definitely lacking in the men's department. I prefer malls with lots of stores worth shopping at. Not just cheap stores with cheap clothing. People in the stores are friendly. The food court is pretty limited also.

Not the same mall it was 5, 10, 15 years ago. But its coming back into its glory. Real chains and companies are filling up the space and viewmont is becoming what it once was again. Better any day anytime over Steamtown 10000%

It's not a terrible mall, but at least it has the majority of its stores unlike the Steamtown mall. The food course is nice to pick up food quickly, and they've done some great renovations. Field and stream really improved the look of the mall.

Moving up to Northeastern Pennsylvania it's a lot you miss when moving from the big city Philadelphia PA. But visiting Scranton and being able to go to Viewmont Mall felt like home without the worry of violence and other negativity. There was so many amazing people and such a diverse mixture all over the mall. There was so many awesome stores to see and be able to visit to shop in and enjoy all of the unique advantages of the mall. I would never forget my experience of going to this mall and I hope that I am fortunate enough to move to Scranton soon where I will only be roughly seven to nine minutes away driving from this amazing Mall. I highly recommend anyone in the area to visit this Great Mall.

It’s ok, not a fan of what they have for stores but that’s probably just my personal preference. Seems clean. Layouts just boring cause there’s not a lot to walk around when just browsing. I am spoiled by the Christiana mall in Delaware though so maybe I just have too high expectations.

This mall is huge, especially for being one floor. Alot of the major stores are here such as Macy's, JCPenney's, and Forever 21 to name a few. The mall is clean and orderly.

Great Field & Stream store. Like dying and going to heaven. Any outdoor item you could think of. SUPERIOR FISHING AND FLY FISHING departments. Awesome camping supplies, too. Can't wait to go back. Super helpful, knowledgeable staff members! GRADE A experience!

Went to Macy's, good for people that live in the area, be extremely careful driving through the parking areas as their are numerous entry and exits and vehicles co.ing from many different directions. Safety can also be an issue at night.

Zales Store- Terrible Lazy staff that gives you a very hard time to make an exchange & refuse to help you make the exchange. They offer a leasing option to pay & they act like they dont know how to work w that giving customers a difficult experience to use that option. And act like they really dont care to use that method of purchase. Alexandra was all smiles & doing her best to help me w my purchase but when I returned 2 days later to make an exchange I was given an attitude & they refused to help me with the exchange & so I just returned the item. They got even more unpleasant & they also got that back in return. It was humiliating to say the least. Not a good look for the Zales company. They need to get a more knowledgable staff that knows how things work best for the experience of there customers! I for 1 will not return to this or any other Zales location again!

The Viewmont Mall came into existence when I was a very small child. Through those very many years, it has had its ups, and it's had its downs. It now seems to be on an upswing. Some great new stores, a better layout, still plenty of good parking - definitely a place to start going again.

Went to a store called All Done where they printed pictures or saying on clothing right in front of you. I'm waiting on a Heart Transplant and wanted a picture of the tin man from Wizard of Oz. They brought many pictures on computer to help me choose what I wanted
