Here you have the feddbacks of real people like you who are consuming the products of Vancouver Mall (Mall) in the area close to Oregon.
Nowadays the firm has a score of 4.2 over 5 and that rating was based on 5321 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is quite high, and it's based on a very large number of opinions, so we may say that the score is quite credible. If people have bothered to leave their score when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to set scores when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
Still hanging in there while malls everywhere are fading. There are empty storefronts but the mall is clean, well-maintained, and safe.
I love Victoria’s secret
Lots of variety. A little bit for everyone. Great shopping experience.
The only mall I have frequented in years as I prefer the lower taxes rather than paying 10% up in the Tacoma Mall
Nice indoor mall to browse in! We ate lunch in the food court on the second floor. The kids had different choices! Orange julius, Chinese and burgers!
Nice place, found a new shop for my likes
Great mall with a movie theater attached.
The movies there my daughter took us to the movies for Mother's Day there was me my daughter Randy's Mom Randy's sister and Cassie great-granddaughter
A fun family destination, not just a bunch of stores! Wish the food court had a bigger variety, but there's something for everyone. Always have felt relatively safe there so I am comfortable with my young teen to go off and do his own thing while there. Not 5 stars because it isn't Mall of America...it's not a huge mall.
Love this one. One of the best ones.
I love thos place. Nice, well maintained and quite. Definently a place where you can take your kids to have some fun
A necessary evil. Too many obnoxious kids and adults. Nice library for a mall, though.
Some cool stores among the norm. I enjoyed it
Favorite hangout place, so much fun!
Great mall with many good stores
I remember this mall from the 90s. Until lately it's been nearly fully bought out and back to the experience shopping. Pro tip Don't buy anything from the pet shop.bsuper sad
I have been here a few times already and I love how big this mall is and how I can find everything I need in one spot! My go to places are Express for work clothes, Macy's for work shoes, Ulta for makeup, and Starbucks for coffee and snacks! There's also a food court, gym, and movie theater inside the mall, as well as a go-karts area outside for entertainment. I love how Macy's has a backstage area upstairs where items are 50-75% off the original price tag!
So big, but the service was good.
It's a mall. Their days would appear to be numbered. Who goes to the mall? My first time there in a couple of years and can't think of a single reason to go back.
I keep thinking of the horrible things that happen in placed where folks gather. Sad!
Need more anchor stores and fast food restaurants in food court such something other than Asian food.
This is a decent sized mall about 100 stores. The best and biggest attraction to this mall is the AMC 23 (formerly Cinatopia 23) bosting 23 screens in a verity of theater settings. This is a must visit for tourist!
This neat little mall has everything. Whether you're going for a bite at the food court, catching a movie at the cinema, or going to Gold's gym for some gains, Vancouver mall is a great place to hang out with friends or family, regardless of the occasion.
Bitcoin ATM 1 way to build up your bitcoin wallet. Bad thing it doesn't give you a receipt and you're out in the open next to a door to the entrance to the mall, easy target to be robbed.
Have to know what your after, but if you do the staff is really good and the prices are really good. Huge parking lot. Bus pick up and drop off location. They had a gokart track set up today which was a surprise. Also, they have a nice restraunt attached I believe. Took a suit in to get tailored at mens warehouse and they gave me a steal of a deal. Highly recommend!
Not a bad place. Good parking, plenty of entertainment. Plenty of places to sit.
It's ok, but I'm in my 30's so what do I know about malls
Pretty good food an shopping options love the indoor playground for the kids super cute
Usually it’s Easy to find what you need.
So many great stores and restaurants. Employees were always helpful while finding a store.
This is a fun mall. Try the crepes or take in a movie with a full course meal. Lots of open stores and family activities available. Clean restrooms and plenty of parking. Kid playing section, lounging area, massage chairs. You want it, it's there.
This is the largest mall in Southwest Washington. 2 stories of many many shops. Very large parking lot areas. A nice food court with lots of selections. Mini holiday decorations.
Gold's Gym is a good place to keep fit.
Tired mall with nothing to shout about. Even the Macy's there seems ignored by their corporate entity.
Awesome parking. Great aesthetics. Lots of selections.
Great place to take a walk,...and there's stuff to buy too.
A humoungus mall with pretty much shopping for all ages!! It's a massive mall compared to our Eugene all. Typical mall prices if you know where the clearance aisles are even better still!!I kid you not I felt like I was in a small city. There's 135 stores to shop in and it's 2 stories!! I love this mall. I love to shop and could easily spend a whole day in here!! All the cashiers were super friendly!! Man I love this place
They have more shops and stores than you could possibly imagine. There's two levels to this Mall, as well as, being a very large Mall. They have literally everything and anything you could possibly imagine to shop for do to the fact they are so large. I would definitely recommend that anyone who has never been there to go there and check it out.
Great place, I had a good time wondering thru and looking at the variety of products.
I've been to the mall a few times and it's been great every time. There's a bunch of cool different stores and things to do. You can also eat there and just hang out. 10/10
This mall needs to be raised or completely revamped. I've never seen so many creepy middle aged men roaming through a mall. Stores here are dropping out of the mall like crazy. Hopefully at some point we can get some good stores and a more family friendly environment here.
I ran into one feral human inside and it didn't understand how to communicate. It was mean and I safely got out without being injured.
The bathrooms are dirty in the mens section. Other than that it's a two story mall location with various stores offering clothing, electronics, cellular contracts, paintings, furniture, gamestop ect. The second floor has various food options at reasonable prices.
I recently came back to visit the mall amd was pleasantly surprised with all the new shops in the mall, I felt like a kid again seeing all the new places!
great place to hangout and buy branded stuffs in vancouver
Still hanging in there while malls everywhere are fading. There are empty storefronts but the mall is clean, well-maintained, and safe.

Los Pepe's margaritas are really good!!
Great mall with many good stores
Went on an early Friday afternoon and it was kinda dead. It probably picks up later in the afternoon/evening. Very clean.
I remember this mall from the 90s. Until lately it's been nearly fully bought out and back to the experience shopping. Pro tip Don't buy anything from the pet shop.bsuper sad

Old, but familiar and comforting.
Pretty good food an shopping options love the indoor playground for the kids super cute

Never go inside walk around every morning
So many great stores and restaurants. Employees were always helpful while finding a store.

Fun place to bring the kids on a rainy day!
It was rather loud with screaming teenagers, I sat in the middle of the mall upstairs and could feel the floor vibrate when people walked by, it was very disconcerting. Nice variety of stores. I always enjoy Hot Topic and Spencer's. Fun stuff. Interesting people watching. Miss having a bigger library there. Wonder what big store might fill where Sears was. Also confused about so many stores changing locations.
Gold's Gym is a good place to keep fit.
Great mall, interesting events and a fantastic spot for Pokemon go
Tired mall with nothing to shout about. Even the Macy's there seems ignored by their corporate entity.

I like how the store variation have grown. I went to get glasses today.

It lost too much great stuff. Wish Nordstrom's and Cinetopia were still there.
So many neat things to see in the store windows ...it was a fun day.
Wonderful mall with many different stores
Starcourt mall in Stranger Things made me miss the old Vancouver Mall of my youth. It just hasn't been the same without Nordstrom and it continues to decline every time I go which is probably down to 3 times a year at this point.
Kiddos had a blast just hanging out with mamma❤
Zales is no longer here. Sears is an empty carcass of what it once was. This is a two story mall which is neat in itself. The atmosphere of the mall is good with tons of people shopping here during Black Friday. Plenty of good looking mom's to look at for an improved shopping experience. Also they have an entire store devoted to leggings! What's not to like about that?
I like how nice the security people and everyone is.
JC Penney had the best service today. Super friendly service
Huge Mall! Love the Baby Store! My Granddaughter sold some things here
Its the only mall by me so its really the only option unless i love traffic. It doesnt have very good stores and is actually pretty bad for a mall. But i like how easy and accessible it is, great place to put it.
Shopping malls are starting to disappear and this one is no exception. Nice mall and the theatre serves beer and food.
Has a great variety of stores and services.
Happy SEE's Candy still there. Sad Sears is not. How long will malls exist?
Your regular normal shopping center. Clean and lots of great stores!
This mall has some interesting stuff and store. Not s big fan but I like going there and check out the cool store. Oh my fave
Best mall in the area. Beats clackamas town center hands down
You can observe the 1980s mall idea slowly fade away.
Overall a good place to hangout and chill
Its decent but dosen't have many places to get items for hiking.
Always been a good place to go
A very nice mall. I like that the mall has replaced some of the defuncted stores with entertainment business such as miniature golf and game stores
For someone who grew up shopping at the major malls in Portland, OR - vancouver mall has become my new favorite. It is smaller than some but just the right amount of stores. It doesn’t overwhelm me and the options are appropriate for my needs.
i have always admired the tolerance our mall has for the youth that has zero recreation , i also enjoyed working the kids train when that was available under the food court.. SURE HAS COME A LONG WAY SINCE I WAS A KID AND MY PARENTS USE TO SMOKE CIGARETTES INSIDE THE VANCOUVER MALL BACK IN the 1980s..
They have this cool thing for your kids to jump on.
Closes quite early but good stores!
I love this mall! It's got so many of the shops i love. Hot topic, GameStop, and Antique Imports, just to name a few. If you like going to malls I do recommend this one. This is the mall my family and I always return to when we want to go to a one.
Nice mall. Very clean. Modern. 2 story.
I don't really care for Macy's. Really difficult to find an employee for information or purchase. Macomb representative/ sales person was terrific and generous!!
I wish the would not have that puppy place :( so sad to the dogs.
Better than I expected
This was actually a trip to Outback Steakhouse. It was our first time and we had a great time. The food was amazing! Also, they have veteran and emergency services discounts.
Bought some candle at the mall. Store bath and body
Typical mall. Food court could be better. Same stores as any other mall. Santa pics are horrible.
I am not really a shopping kind of person. But when I have to shop, I am glad I can come to a place with 6 electric car charging stations.
Pretty regular mall, wish they had a 7-11 type store. Security guards are pretty wack, they let go all of the good ones. They should probably add some more relevant stores
We love Bath and Body Works
So convenient and this old place has good stores. It is a good place to come and experience a day of shopping.
Not much to do there, just an empty mall feel
So many neat things to see in the store windows ...it was a fun day.
Wonderful mall with many different stores
They have some really interesting stores in here. Then they have the the "rEguLAr" stores too.
Starcourt mall in Stranger Things made me miss the old Vancouver Mall of my youth. It just hasn't been the same without Nordstrom and it continues to decline every time I go which is probably down to 3 times a year at this point.
Kiddos had a blast just hanging out with mamma❤
There are family friendly restrooms and play areas, lots of stores for all ages and styles, along with a food court and coffee shops, there are also free electric charging for cars.
JC Penney had the best service today. Super friendly service
Huge Mall! Love the Baby Store! My Granddaughter sold some things here
Its good.
One stop shopping you can find it all there
Has a great variety of stores and services.
Happy SEE's Candy still there. Sad Sears is not. How long will malls exist?

Yeah this place is lit and all but one of my favorite stores aren't here anymore so it's kind of less lit.
Love shopping, studying, and hanging out with friends here.
You can observe the 1980s mall idea slowly fade away.
Overall a good place to hangout and chill
Its decent but dosen't have many places to get items for hiking.
I love visiting Vancouver Mall, you can easily find whatever you need for all your family members. My favourite place there is Torrid store.
Always been a good place to go

Best mall in the area for sure
We love going here bigger than the one in our hometown we travel from kelso for this :)
Fun place to hang out and shop. Great play area for kids!!
I Went to Cinetopia in the mall to see the new Avengers movie. It was phenomenal. The customer service was great too. I would definitely go back. My only issues were the prices and that I didn't care much for the cheese sauce that went with the pretzels. But all in all it was well worth it!!
This mall is laid out in a straight line, so you have to walk a long way...not good with small children, or if you have mobility issues. Also has 2 levels...enter the upper on the north side, the lower on the south. No wonder it struggles. If you have allergies, avoid the highly scented Macys store.
Lots of places to eat, shop, and have a fun time.
Many great stores and food available in food court. Recommend the bungi/trampoline experience.
Not enough handicapped parking near the cinema. I know you used to have a lot more but they were given to the charging stations. Why couldn't you put those in the back of the parking lot? I ended up not going to the movies.
Wow it's been a long time since I've been to this mall before last week and they have changed it compleatly. Every store is new and all the entryways and hallways are very clean and remodeled. Its definitely improved a lot since I was a kid running away from the security officers for run.
This mall isn't the biggest in the world, but it does have some pretty good stores. I would say one of the main things that stand out about this mall is all of the kid friendly or kid centered attributes. There are a couple different …
Really cool spot. Major stores. decent food court. A library.
WiFi is a total joke. You don’t expect amazing WiFi signal in a huge building like this, but I had to reconnect every time I locked my phone and do the “sign in” part constantly. That’s a settings issue I would guess (probably an attempt to keep as few people on it as possible), and it’s so obnoxious.
Very cool place to hangout with friends
Great place to window shop! Wonderful shops, above average food court! Easy access to the mall and plenty of parking available!
Love one stop shopping at the Mall. Variety of clothing stores to choose, children, teens, men and women.
We love the part where we can take our daughter and she can bungee jump she's only 8
The Vancouver mall is one of the cleaner malls I have been too. They have a very large play structure down stairs for the kiddos near the food court and Baskin-Robbins nice and new it looks like. Some of the stores seem to be a little …
almost all you need it's here .. but if never been there there is not Hollister store here ..
Variety of shops. Clean and family friendly. Not my favorite food court, but does have a delicious Mexican restaurant on the bottom level. I also really enjoyed playing laser tag here!
Nice mall, good layout, just wish more people would shop, so that malls like this could thrive once again.
Other than Sears not having what I need. I understand it's closing. However, I'm still looking for some clothing they ran out of. I did get lucky a couple of times though. I got a shirt, green jacket and a multi-tool. I tried Old Navy but …
Always in flux. Malls nationwide are in trouble. This one is reinventing itself to stay relevant. It has movies, exercise, library, and food options.
Its a good place to go when back to school shopping or just all around fun with friends.
The only good thing about this movie theater here is the popcorn. They make it so you have to pay extra just to have a seat you can actually sit in for whole movie length. Won't be back. ✌️
Great shopping awesome stores
Lots of great stores.
Definitely a place I visit frequently though I never really do any heavy shopping due to how high the prices are, I however visit See's Candy literally every time for that sweet sample of chocolate. Oh and nothing beats playing life size chess.
Men's Warehouse was very disrespectful to my son. They really showed him what prejudice was like. Just in case they thought he was just looking, he was ready to buy their best. We will not ever return to this store
It's a mall, I really don't know what else to say other than if you enjoy shopping for things you don't need in a giant indoor walkway that smells of industrial floor cleaner and cheap perfume while musack plays over dying speakers then this is the place for you.
Nice to see this place thriving. Good selection of what you would suspect at a mid-range mall. Maybe they'll add a skate rink or other attraction in the ghost of Sears.
this mall is great. I love the sushi place and right next to it is the bubble tea store. love it.
Great mall, was really surprised to see a mall with that many stores still in operation
Great place to take your kids to burn off some energy or just to see what's new.
No savings milage. I found the way six miles shorter and faster.
It's pretty cool, there are a lot of places to shop but I do advice people to bring a good amount of money because almost everything is expensive, even small smoothies cost an eye. Tho it was still pretty good to hang out there
Great shopping center. Also a dope place to kick it
It's got some good stories but a lot of the same stuff
Plenty of parking. I'm glad AMC THEATER purchased Cinetopia. WiFi throughout the Mall. The Food Court have many choices if your hungry. Playground for children on the 1st level and 2nd level.
Great place to hang out. I liked the options to eat and buy. They have a huge parking place and spaces to sit.
Great play area for younger ones and exciting things to explore!
I love this mall graat clean and they have hobbies lobbies
Clean big mall with nice shops. 15 minutes from Portland and worth the drive to bypass Portland's gang-infested Lloyd center.
Whether it's sightseeing or shopping this is a great place many friendly faces many stores to choose from.
They got a lot of neat stuff at the mall some of the stores are a bit pricey

Malls are doomed. This Mall is fun, with a modern feel. All your favorite shops represented. Decent food options, lots of fun for family, and friends. Good experience over all.
Many great stores and food available in food court. Recommend the bungi/trampoline experience.

This mall isn't the biggest in the world, but it does have some pretty good stores. I would say one of the main things that stand out about this mall is all of the kid friendly or kid centered attributes. There are a couple different toddler play areas and kids attractions in the food court. A grear candy store as well. This is a good place to take younger kids with extra energy! However, as a whole and shopping wise, you're probably better off taking your business over the bridge to one of the Portland malls.
Really cool spot. Major stores. decent food court. A library.

Very cool place to hangout with friends
I gave it three stars because I can't justify giving it four. Great for the library and getting some Pokemon Go done. However there have been some security concerns and the turnover rate for the stores is high. Has become slightly more "upscale" in the last 10 years but can't compete with the malls in larger cities.
Great place to window shop! Wonderful shops, above average food court! Easy access to the mall and plenty of parking available!
For a mall its good. Malls aren't my favorite place to go.
Love one stop shopping at the Mall. Variety of clothing stores to choose, children, teens, men and women.
almost all you need it's here .. but if never been there there is not Hollister store here ..
Great place to take my service dog for stairs and escalators
Variety of shops. Clean and family friendly. Not my favorite food court, but does have a delicious Mexican restaurant on the bottom level. I also really enjoyed playing laser tag here!

I got a shirt, green jacket and a multi-tool. I tried Old Navy but they only had the black shirt. The customer service was good though. Then I went to this other store by the name of "Livit Mobile" has amazing customer service. The clerk said I picked out the wrong case for my phone. He said he'd order one and have it in by Thursday. And I purchased a leather pouch so I can clip my phone to my belt. He pointed out how it had the card pouches too. I may be coming back again shortly before I have to leave

Great shopping center. Also a dope place to kick it
They have every kind of shop! Good, people who try to sell you things, as you walk by, annoying. It is a regular over price mall. Have to pay rent, right. Go somewhere cheaper.
Plenty of parking. I'm glad AMC THEATER purchased Cinetopia. WiFi throughout the Mall. The Food Court have many choices if your hungry. Playground for children on the 1st level and 2nd level.

They got a lot of neat stuff at the mall some of the stores are a bit pricey
The cinema is great with comfy chairs and great small theater with big screen and nice Soundsystem
Sad that cinetopia is gone, AMC? Come on now. Sell outs. But hey, the mall is nice with new additions and a good place to waste some hours
I have great memories here
A great place to check out so many unique items and shop. Let your kids play in the playland. Stop for ice cream at Baskin Robbins and have a choice of delicious food items to eat at the food court. Restrooms are clean and pretty much everywhere. Be careful of the elevator by the movie theater. We got stuck in it for a bit because the doors wouldn't open last night and once they did they opened very slowly.
My favourite library is here. The librarians are superb. I always have the help I need there. Great customer service.
Pretty good. Nice people there, good stores. But if your gonna buy jewelery from macys. Don't! I bought a 650$ "black diomond cross" but when we got it tested by 2 different diamond detectors it should up as metal! I am very disappointed and I'm gonna get a refund now.
Good variety of stores. Decent quick sushi and good for Pokemon go
Great meet up place and it’s fun to hangout there.
The food court is good. We love the massage chairs. It's an easy mall to navigate. We miss the escalator.
I absolutely love Vancouver Washington, stop what you’re doing and come visit Vancouver Washington! Rain or snow it’s just nice up here
Very nice mall even if it lost Nordstroms
Love all the shops, wish they would add more
Lots of parking, cool stores to visit, good variety of food to eat and a cute play area for little ones. Oh and a gym and a movie theater right next to an ice cream place lol
It's getting nicer and nicer!
My favorite mall They Have Great stores And Great Food To Enjoy with family
I was able to take my mom trick or treating! My Mother has Alzheimer's all of the store's were amazing! she had such a GREAT time! Thank You!! I shop here regularly but the kindness on Halloween! was beyond Amazing!!
Just happened to arrive there when another person had a emergency where they had fallen down and had bunk to their head pretty badly. the security team was on the job. They were very professional and what they did and helped the gentleman get it together so that he could go to the hospital with his fiance. I have to commend the security staff at Vancouver Mall. Great job guys.
I love this mall. Nice views, easy to navigate through, great food, entertainment, and shopping. It's a shopping mall. The mall itself is good, and the selection of stores is about average. Fun place to visit. Parking wasn't bad and the customer service was good.
The mall is your typical mall.... Although it should reflect the Pacific Northwest in design.... I.e more Flora and fauna like the old times....
I really like this mall. Surprisingly, they continue to invest in improvements like more stairways between levels. Nice mix of stores and eateries, even as the anchors struggle to stay open (RIP Sears). I hope this mall somehow manages to survive the shopping mall apocalypse.
Well kept mall. There is always enough walking space and garbages around the mall to keep it clean. I like the amount of activities that are available for kids to do. And having the massage chairs available after walking around for a while is always a welcome thing. They have some excellent choices for venders as well.
Stores are closing going outof business. Just not the sam anymore
Glad the Mall is continuing to offer other draws to visit their property. Go carts were a blast! Schools still perform and offer entertainment in the food court.
Took my fiancee and two kids to godzilla, i originally purchased 2 adult and two kids for the section with the autamins for youre feet and leather chairs online. When we got there i was informed it was 21 and up eventho the website allowed me to purchase 2 adult and two child tickets.. I had to purchase regular seats and have my extra money put on a gift card witch was very upsettling and a let down for the kids experience.. Godzilla was a great movie tho
If you’re in need of watch repair or in my case your eye glass frames welded. Stop by Watches Unlimited in suite 268. 8700 Vancouver Mall Drive upstairs next to cinatopia theater
Really miss Nordstorms. Westfield really did not do this mall any favors
Easy in, easy out, great service.
Very average mall. But does have a good variety of shops
The mall itself is pretty big and there's a lot of stores. It can be kind of busy at times but that's the sign of a bustling mall that's doing well. It's a pretty nice mall it's better than some.
Great mall!! Two story mall with wonderful movie theater. Gym in there too. Restaurants galore. Good deals! I prefer during the weekday not so crazy busy as the weekends.
It's really sad to watch the Vancouver Mall go downhill. I remember when it was built - it was the center of the community. Now? Meh.
Clean, open, good selection and friendly security staff... Only 2 real anchor stores, so it's not huge... But you'll be amazed at the quality and variety of secondary does and dining options.
I found several new places vacant and becomes more for others to sit in and relax before shopping or walking.
Trying to figure out what's going to be here next, instead of a mall? Good thing the movie theater decided to stay. Love Macy's, & Penny's, Sephora, sad all malls & stores having difficult times. Where are people going to go to socialize, if there is no mall? I walk for exercise indoors, & do laps with my friends, besides going to Ulta, Victoria secret, & Bath. Hopefully, it will stick around. We fought for it to come, why wouldn't you fight to keep it?
its nice on weekdays when it isn't so busy
The cinema is great with comfy chairs and great small theater with big screen and nice Soundsystem
Always good place to walk, shop and catch Pokémon
Sad that cinetopia is gone, AMC? Come on now. Sell outs. But hey, the mall is nice with new additions and a good place to waste some hours
Emily Traxler and I have great memories here
In addition to all the typical mall stuff (various sources of orange chicken, fast fashion and cell phone kiosks) this mall also has a library branch and a pet store. I had no idea mall pet stores even existed anymore. The theatre is super expensive with some of the priciest concessions I've ever seen.

This is a great indoor play place, but it does turn into a thunder dome in the wet season.
Great meet up place and it’s fun to hangout there.
Just mall walking but it's a great place to do it. Lots of good places to eat and shop plus the AMC theatre

Pretty cool. There is a pet shop here that doesnt allow photos
I've was at the mall the day it opened. I'll always be find of what was one of the largest male in the country. There are all kinds of stores in there so you should have no problem finding what you want or need!!!
Glad the Mall is continuing to offer other draws to visit their property. Go carts were a blast! Schools still perform and offer entertainment in the food court.

Always something to see or do. Great indoor walking space, cup of coffee and friends to chat with.
