A short distance from Seaside Oregon right off Hey 101. A small outlet shopping and it is more like a roadside strip mall than an outlet mall. If you see the brand you like, then worth a stop, no overnight parking; otherwise, keep driving. Oregon has no general sales tax but all accommodation (hotels, BnB, ...) pay tax.

Super fun place to take the kids. Lots of shops with good deals on souverines. They have the old time photos which are cool and a couple tshirt shops where everything is under 20 bucks. In the middle of the mall is a carousel for the kiddos to enjoy. They also have a funky little hat shop fo check out.

This is a cool little place. There are a lot of shops to cater to all age groups in my opinion. I would definitely continue to go here. Plus it is near many other locations. Its easy to get lost downtown Seaside, so many things to see and do.

Stopped in really quick on the way through Seaside to check out the Nike store. Was amazed how cheap they were! My girlfriend and I each got a pair and are super happy with them. The staff was really friendly and helpful too. Stop in if you're driving through!

So, it's not that this outlet is terrible, I just think retail is pretty dead and these are dying places. The Nike Outlet there is SO tiny...even I couldn't find anything to buy! I do love that that have a store that they emptied where kids can play (for a fee) if you needed to do some shopping. We went to the sandwich shop there and it took awhile and wasn't anything fancy but we LOVED our huge sandwiches and kids pizza. I'd give that place 5 Stars!!!

i went into zumiez with my son for a a couple of minutes and he had his hands inside of his sleeves because he was cold and a man working there would not take his eyes off of us. it made us feel very uncomfortable. he then proceeded to ask my son if there was a reason for his hands to be in his sweater and my son answered he was cold. the man then nodded and continued to look at us in a very unfriendly matter. he called a couple more workers out. and they all were giving us the same look. my son felt uncomfortable and i just felt plain disgusted so we left without buying anything. ruined our time. they thought because my son had his hands inside his jacket he was stealing. would never recommend this store. and i would never come back to this outlet. just a head ups for people with kids. i really hope the man gets fired. he was tall maybe 23 to 26. white male with blond/light brown shoulder length hair. facial hair. WOULD NEVER COME BACK. very unfriendly and disrespectful.

Not the largest outlet mall. Some of the stores are not outlets, nor offer deeply discounted items. As a local, we don't really feel compelled to do much shopping here. A few of the places really need to train their employees better in customer service and courtesy.

There are a few more shops than there use to be. Actually have a Bath and Bodyworks store! Also, the Christopher Bank store carries a large selection of clothes for the size gifted patron (such as myself). Nice to not have to drive in to Portland to shop all of the time.

it's a family tradition to walk the strip mall every trip to Seaside, even if we don't buy much or anything. Our favorite store is Rue 21. The mall is never super crowded or packed, so you have your choice of parking and freedom to wander as you please. Definitely stop by if you're in town.

Fun place. Definite tourist shopping but with some great finds. The carousel is beautiful and fun for any one who is young at heart. Good variety of shops from ice cream and candy to toys, clothing, hats and seashells. The owners of the businesses are very friendly with good customer service

Wide variety of shops, my personal favorite being book warehouse. Great books for up to 85% off. It's a peaceful outdoor mall and it's fun and enjoyable to walk through all the shops. Love this place!

It's a shopping center. Looks like most shopping centers I've ever encountered. It's just a matter of culture symantec's, i think? Doesnt "look" [have an appearance of] any "Mall" I've ever encountered...those are generally indoors It's a nice regular "shopping center ..." (Looks like one, too)

Good customer service is hard to come by. Especially the clothing stores. Usually means over worked an underpaid by corporate businesses. Better luck trying on sizes am shopping online. Unfortunatly our only outlet mall. Food places an salon are great though!

I drive my mom up here once a month for a hair cut from a gentleman in perfect look. He used to work in Lincoln City but moved north. I drive her from Pacific City to seaside just so she can see this gentleman. He's the only one my mom will let touch her hair. And always makes sure she leaves extremely satisfied!

It's an OK little outlet. Not a huge selection and the only outlet prices, I find are in the kitchen store. Quite a disappointment, I definitely wouldn't come here just because of the outlets. Though the Hanes store is a great one, they do custom fittings. Oh and don't forget about Tokyo Teriyaki yum.

But in the end, had no choice all the stores in town same price. The mall has most everything a person would want. This mall has a variety of stores, and I enjoyed it a lot. I went to several of the stores that I have always enjoyed, and I found them to be overpriced and with poorer variety than I expected, but that’s not a reflection on the mall itself. This is a wonderful mall and it is a fixture in the community. I will happily visit it again each time I come to Seaside.

Nike outlet store “Excellent “ Robert found my sister a pair of Nike that fit perfectly, he was able to ring us up where we stood, a very knowledgeable staff member. Ask for Robert, he will direct you to a great pair of Nike shoes or Nike apparel ring you up then pick up your receipt at the front counter. Bravo & Big Time Kudos for Robert.

There weren't many shops open when we visited, it was the weekend of Martin Luther King Jr day 2018. Seemed some had gone out of business. Our shopping trip went very quickly because we weren't interested in many of the shops there. I did find some cute shoes in the Nike store though.
