Nice parking garage close to downtown Salem. Has both metered and ticketed parking. Buy your month ticket for parking near Chemeketa and Commercial St.

Quaint well manicured downtown walking park that is host to a couple great eating spots. Mill trace runs through the park and the artistic water falls provide scenic viewing and seats to watch water, nature, and birds in the area

Marco Polo and gamberettis are awesome places to eat here. The theater I think is a radio station now? but I see things going on when I drive by late. If your looking to get your hair did I've heard the place there is great.

This is a very cool place, although right next to the road, it seems to be quiet enough to relax. very cool meeting point as it is open enough to gather lots of people. awesome old school water feature with great restaurants nearby.

Marco Polo restaurant here is very good. I have recommended it to friends and they have always been enthusiastic. Need something special for your diet? They probably have it. lots of parking in the back.

This isn't your typical "shopping mall" there are a few delicious places to eat in this building. There are a few unique specialty shops, a gym, daycare, office space and a park. I wouldn't recommend it as a place to go browse. But it's a Salem staple and most of the businesses there have been in the building anlong time. If you stay in Salem long you will find yourself there at one point or another!

The USPS has an office there and there are assorted shop with plenty of parking in the upper levels of the parade. The parking on the the ground is usually fully.

Easy parking, beautiful classy area. Loved the water and park area out front. Businesses are all nice. We enjoyed the crepe place.

Not a whole lot of shops but the ones that are here are quality. Of note is Kays wigs, Indigo wellness and Physiq. There is little village childcare and fantastic salons, but mostly this is an excellent place to go and eat! Oregon Crepe, Gambereties, and the world renowned Marco Polo.

Watched a homeless man throw trash around going through the bins, while eating dinner at a nearby restaurant. The whole structure smells like urine, and we noticed fecal matter and blood stains in the staircases. Elevator is scary!

The gym there is a great place to get your workout and tan or a massage from the hydro massage chair, the park-ade has a beautiful view of Salem on the roof.

Nice city walking trails..but near the college someone had pooped on the trail! It was human not dog and that basically brought our urban nature walk to an abrupt end. Just like the rest of Salem, there are garbage and transient camps.
