This Mall is classified in the category of Shopping mall.
Lots of great stores
The people that work at HomeGoods are true professionals and awesome people
Fun times gambling!
Bella’s the bomb
Portland airport exit just over the Washington. Border, strip mall close to the expo center. Great prices with no sales taxes.
The home depot is great
A favorite for those Washingtonians saving sales tax. Recently went under a complete renovations, so finding stores is completely different these days.
Historic Columbia River. What a backdrop. Spectacular.
The island is privately owned by two rich fat cats who pretty much make up rules as they go along! Too many people not paying for RV parking? Paint all the curbs RED so you can't park! Too many people camping on the beach? Put an 8' tall fence across any access point!
Hoin our Washington neighbors for shopping
Tons of great shopping here! So many great stores and Stanford's restaurant is always a nice place to eat after shopping!
Horrible traffic it seems every part ofvtyevdqy going in and coming out .. nothing special here to make it worth driving to unless coming from the 'couv.
Lots of stores ...easy freeway on and off exits
Curtious, very helpful and clean.
Busy time of day but enjoyable
It was morning and we stopped at Panera Bread for breakfast. Good food! But the majority of shops and stores were still closed. But it looked like a very nice shopping center.
Tried calling best buy at Jantzen Beach and Cascadia Station for product availability. If you don't have the product number then the phone tree puts you to hold... then nothing... it just keeps playing music... then a lot of advertisements... then nothing. I've been on hold for over 10 min now... really great customer service guys. So much easier to just order it online!!
A great place to house your grandpa
Great shops, definitely a go to place for most of your needs
Nice plaza to hang out, shop and wait for friends!
Great place to save tax money!
Great place to shop .lots of attraction s
Janzen Beach is getting better, much better. Newer shops, better selection. Good places to eat nearby. And its tax free.
Basic strip mall with great parking.
Ample parking it's a pain in the butt getting there but once you finally get inside of the parking area there's lots of good stores to go to traffic is terrible to deal with
Great Sale...
Huge outdoor shopping center with everything
Convenient location, thanks
Great place to shop. It has everything you can ever want. So many stores. Who ever designed the layout of everything did a fabulous job. Easy to drive around or walk to all stores. Plentiful, thought out parking. I particularly love the drive there because it passes by the Columbia River and all the floating homes and on a clear day you get an epic view of Mt. Hood. I knew jantzen Beach shopping area before it was redone and again, who ever designed everything did a great job!
Go there once a week for Beaches or shooping
nice shopping area. Nice variety compared to a fee years ago
Lots of stores to shop at and fresh look
The Ross there has the best selection o shoes for people with hard to find size 13s, for about half if not more off what you'd pay online or at a regular department store. Got these for 23 bucks!
It's a great place to be traffic sucks but if you can look past that it's all good
Went to Home Depot. Got what I needed.
A very pleasant place to go to buy the water, although parking can be scarce because it is a very busy area in the parking lots are not big like malls. Went to Beaches restaurant which was really awesome
Dislike the way the stores are separated and far apart! More enjoyable if under one roof in one building like before.
Nice area, little bit of everything.. clean..
I like to take a look at Pier 1 store at least once a year.
I was at the Michael's here and loved it!!! Though it was hard to find service, the store was huge and offered tons of unique items like letter shapped canvases, and supplies for flow painting. I was one happy gal!
Love Jantzen Beach! I have been going here since I was a little one. They have a really fun merry go round in the main Mall. A bunch of really cool little shops in the mall but outside, all the big stores surround the entire complex property. There is everything you need at Jantzen Beach. Several big chain stores such as Best Buy, Home Depot, Pier 1 Imports.. The list goes on! Take a look at their main website to see all of the stores. I love going there because everything I need is within walking distance of each store. Definitely a 10 out of 10
West Marine has a good location
Cool place to visit if you want to do some shopping.
Spirit Halloween (pop up retailer) is a blast. I love Halloween and really enjoy the selections here.
Great place to kill time avoiding traffic!
Great place for great deals.
Once saw a sign that said "Emerald Nut Tube". 10/10 advertisement
Ate at Outback . Excellent
We need to Pier 1 Imports my favorite store let's round back a few things very helpful employees very very nice if they don't have it there I'll look for it at other stores and have it shipped over or have it shipped to your home very helpful clean store great employees love Pier One
They have a bunch of different stuff in here now. Target. Big and talk store for men. Burlington. Honestly not bad!
Love this area has do much to offer, great variety of stores
We went to Cracker barrel and it is a great place. Good food!
It was great just the normal annoying traffic when at busy hours.
ONLY went Home DEPOT it was great!!
Poorly laid out, confusing. Full of small vendors in the middle of the walkways.
Everything in a little place. Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Clothes stores, Home Stores, Fast Food, Convenience store, Beach (at the river). Buses service. And more...
Different, liked the old mall better. Loved the original Jantzen Beach, was a great place
No opinion. I have never been here
I was impressed by how many stores are at Jantzen Beach now! I quit going there years ago even though it's close cause stuff kept closing like an old Mall 205. Lots of chains to choose from now if that is what you are needing.
Every thing in one location great
Still the place for Best Buy, Target and a myriad of outdoor mall centralized locations. Convenient for Vancouverites on their way home from work in Portland. Fast food and other corporate restaurants, easily accessible by public transit, ADA thorough.
This place is busy at this time of year, lots of crowds and limited parking. Decent variety shopping available.
Went to Sierra Trading Post, Petco, Target, Spirit and Panera. Pretty fun evening all (other than Spirit) within walking distance from each other.
Out of the way. Spread out. Inconvenient.
Great "walking mall" (or strip mall) There's a ross, target, best buy, home improvement store, chain pet store, and more. They also have several food choices across from the main shopping area. The bus does go there but its super confusing. You have to take the 6 to Walmart get off and take the 6 going the opposite direction to get to jantzen beach. The bus also goes to the middle of the shopping area before leaving, so if you have mobility issues that's a plus.
Love this little shopping center, they have Target, Best Buy and Panera Bread! For some reason that's all I care for. Anyways there is a LOT OF PARKING, and a lot of places to visit while being at Jantzen Beach Center.
One of my favorite malls relax and great family atmosphere
Great option for n.e. Portland shopping. Just across I5 bridge
They need new management. I have been going to pier one for years tri city's and this location in Portland. Really give it a bad name. Good employees HATE there jobs. An have quite because of management
Stopped at department st or for quick provisioning for boat. Selection was more than adequate.
Quite a wait for someone to come cut my wood at the saw... every time! Usually, I'm there for wood and need it cut while I'm there. And, usually, I would give a 2 star rating. But, the gorgeous man who cut my wood today earned the Delta Park Lowe's a 4 star!! ;-) lol
Pictures of the new Cracker Barrel. Just opened Monday. The service was good the food was a little blah. But I did have the biscuits and gravy with a little sausage on the side. The sausage is the only thing that saved it.
The place rocks. Very nice!
It's cool traffic sucks
They need another big grocery store
The public restrooms were very terrible Look nice from the outside The rested of the dock awesome nice design took great photos
Very helpful employee, who only been employed there for one week. Great guy, job well done.
Jantzen Beach is full of tweakers and transients. They are all lying thieves. Be careful with your belongings and car. If given the chance your stuff will be stolen and or vandalized. I work in this area i know. Be careful day and night but night is the worst.
Shop ,Have Lunch or Bring Lunch . You can Spend a Couple of Hours Here . Tri Met accessible
Great place to find what you need.
Immediate methyl catastrophe I'm loving it!
My sister took me to Layne Bryant it was nice alot of stores in this strip mall
It's very close to me I like it I go shopping I go take walks close to food and drinks good restaurants really good bars
Some stores are great such as Pier1 and Petco. Others are full of humans that leave their tried on clothes all over the floor of the store such as Burlington. Not a good thing to go there.
Awesome place to shop Target-Ross-Burlington- tons of food and many more places...
Bet they wish they had kept the pool now...
Very nice place
I go to Jantzen Beach Center, usually to hit up Home Depot when I'm in that part of town. Never too busy, always get a decent parking spot. The lots are always well kept and well lit. Jantzen Beach Center was a mall that was bound for extinction with no anchor stores to draw people in. After rebuilding and having several smaller segmented store pods, its a nicer place to shop. Home Depot, Michael's, Video Only, Target, Pier One, Best Buy, Burlington Coat, Cracker Barrel, DSW Shoes, Home Goods, Petco, Panera, Pier 1, Ross, Staples, TJ Maxx and quite a few others are there for perusing. For Washingtonians, a quick trip across the river, and tax free shopping awaits.
So many good store's
Great location, really friendly staff and customer service!
I love all of the shopping centers all together..
Fun for everyone! All types of fun to be had or to watch and just relax.
Super convenient location...on/ off freway
Good place to shop
got a trailer lock keyed quickly and reasonably priced.
Weird parking with a couple of spot next to the store, everything else is across a parking lot. Only location I've been to across the country that I've bakes throw hash brown casserole until 3/4 of it is hard and not edible. Have made the mistake of ordering it on two separate visits. Otherwise the location is fine. Also, note, when looking to enter the dining area, there is nothing marked entrance only the one marked exit with the greeter station at it. It's both
Various stores with variety of product range
Fairly good shopping center, with a good variety of stores. everything from Target department store to Home Depot to a couple different restaurants. can't really recommend it any stronger than that, but really have no complaints and no reason why I would avoid the location. It's fairly readily accessible from I-5, and other major streets in the area.
The center is winding down. Toys R Us is gone, Disney is gone and there are so many empty stores & shops. But it's still nice to go every so often.
I love Jantzen Beach Center they have just about everything I need I live closer to Cascade Station but I still like to head over there every once in a while the only downfall is it’s so spread out
It all there and the parking is great
Excellent variety of stores and restaurants. So convenient to those of us who live on the island. Tons of parking, even at the busy holiday season. Lots of shoppers from Washington state to take advantage of no sales tax in Oregon. Easy access from I-5.
I went to Best Buy located here looking for a protector for my new Samsung Tablet. I saw a sign that said "if you need help, look for the blue shirt". Well, I needed help, look around and there it was, a guy with a blue Best Buy shirt but he said he can NOT help me because he worked in the back. So Best Buy, those guys should not wear blue, yes?
Great shopping center, variety places to go shop.
Jantzen Beach Shopping Center has a wide variety of shops to choose from. It is close to I-5 and near the I-5 Bride to Washington State. Target, Home Depot, Mattress Store, Beaches Restaurant, a lotto bar, Best Buy, PetSmart and several other shops. Oh! There is also a large, beauty supply/hair care shop tucked in the back by the mattress store. It has wigs, bags of hair, lots of hair products. A nice variety of ethnic hair care products.
Stopped by Cracker barrel for breakfast, it was awesome.
Nice assortment of stores, however, I'm not a fan of the outdoor mall atmosphere. We have more rain than the sunny climates where this set-up works. The stores are too far apart to walk and tote shopping bags. That said, I often don't get past Duluth Trading anymore.
Love this home depot. They never treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about and always help me find what I'm looking for.
Enjoy shopping taxes free here. There is a lot of options here to choose from like: best buy, Target, Ross, office Max/Depot, Sears, video only, Home Depot, Star bucks, Pizza hut, Rugs, Spirits, High Sierra trading Post, Panera bread, footwear, Carter's, AT&T, Gulch, Burlington coat factory, cracker barrel, Denny's, McDonald's, BJ's, Jersey Mike's, T-Mobile.
Nice variety of places to shop. If you walk from store to store you even get good exercise! I have never been here when there were crowds that were uncomfortable to maneuver. I find the only drawback to be having to take route 5 to get there. The traffic from 2 p.m. on is bumper to bumper and makes for a miserable ride.
Many individual stores spread throughout the mall property. Prepare to drive from store to store. This is no longer a traditional walk through mall. Plenty of lighted parking and mall security. Very busy during the holidays and a favorite for Washington state residents.
Awful. Speed-by-freeway off ramp "area " . Don't feel safe there. Weird customers
Great place to go especially if you live in Vancouver. You can buy stuff there tax free. Traffic can by a dog, but we'll worth the trip. Kinda bummed that Waddles restaurant isn't there anymore though, nor Red Lion. Feels historic when I go there. Jantzen Beach Mall is built on the site of the old Jantzen Beach Amuement Park. Really sad it's gone, was so, so much fun!
Quick convenient close to home
Every store you can possibly want. Plenty of parking near any given store. Easy access to and from freeway.
There are big box stores for clothing, electronics, fast foods, medium priced restaurants & one that is more upscale. Variety of stores: Clothing, electronics, mattress stores (3 or 4), pet store, sporting goods, upscale shoe stores at inexpensive prices, housewares stores, furniture store, crafts store, building supply store, liquor store, marijuana shop, etc.
Big big big shopping center.
Good place to shop and grab a bite of lunch . Lots of stores and public transportation . If you like to walk outside , this is the place .
The security gaurd, of the property is a "racest" Don't go there!!! I told the manager, I would make a bad review & she stated "I don't care, go rite ahead, we have get mostly tourist anyway"
Good price at target
There's an awesome pizza place here. Picasso. The manager there is the coolest a-hole ever. I am he.
Good location for the few businesses I frequent and are at that location , the location allows me to get on and off the highway and not have to deal with alot of side street traffic.
So many great shops
Nice shopping variety. A few restaurants, some fast food and a few bars there.
I absolutely love shopping there and eating there. A lot of places to shop. And it helps a lot with no sales tax
It's the morning and most the afternoon I know that I was gonna get the most on the intimate time
They have alot of stuff I like to window shop it's relaxing
Great location and not far away from I-5.
Red lion, plaid pantry and liquor store, but do miss Safeway
Nice place, decent selection of stores.
My family loves this entire shopping center, the various Vendors cover a broad spectrum of goods.
Sunday, service was Great! Low wait time and excellent chicken, the way we like it..
Not as fun as original much a shopping desert hate got rid of grocery stores
They have everything from great food to home improvement and hobby stuff in this Mall and on the island. They have boat moorage for your recreational or
I love all the stores here they have a really great selection and wonderful pic of stores they put into the center. Very helpful thank you.
Ample parking
Has a variety on businesses, restaurants and stores I typically visit.
Another great mall
Many different stores lots of parking.
I don't like what they did to Jantzen Beach!! They broke it all up!!! You have to drive to each store you want to visit. And of course they got rid of the famous Merry Go Round!! I stopped going there!! I'll stay in Vancouver to shop or order on line!! VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!!!
Once again to Target for a lamp, shower caddy, rug, love those rugs, got a semi circle door mat for in front of my sink and one for in front of my stove, got a great pattern in them and they match. It looks awesome. They have a good selection of many items for people who don't want the worst, but can't afford the best. Works well a couple of ways. It was a good shopping time.
No lifeguards present.
I live super close to Jantzen beach and I looooove coming to the shopping center. I always find great stuff and the area is continuing to expand with new places like the Cracker Barrel. It doesn’t seem to get extremely busy down in that area but there is a little more traffic on the weekends. My favorite places to shop are carters, Burlington and Target. The whole area is really nice and there is a lot to offer.
Go here often to shop, variety of stores which means you don't have to far to get all your needs
Like the open air of the mall. 2 bad things, 1, seem like we drive from store to store because it us spread out and 2, they took the Carousel down to improve the mall, promising to find a new home on Jantzen Beach to put it. Plenty of empty places to put it and would also draw business to stores near it! It's an icon to Jantzen Beach from when it was an amusement park. They need to home it there!
A nice sized, clean looking shopping center
Went to the Liquor store there. Great service. Awesome people.
It was,an enjoyable experience and always return to do my shopping or to have a bite to eat.
I enjoy that its tax free and they have lots of options.
It has the things I want
I miss the old mall, but still a nice place to shop
There's a lot of selection of stores for your shopping needs; there is also cigarette & cigar stores. Usually pretty clean. Just be warned, the roads around there as well as the freeway entrances & exits so be careful!
My grandma Joe used to take us there.
They have everything here! Home improvement, Burlington and Beauty supply, all without paying sales tax.
Maybe the could pack a few more illegal campers in. Wtf
It's ok. Normally pretty busy but they have everything you need
Overall it is nice. Just don't get caught there after 5pm. The traffic is hortible.
Lots of interesting store.
