First off this mall has gone down in the past year!! Most of all the stores are either officially closed down or closing. Wanted to take my son to fun zone it was CLOSED despite the fact that their sign and google page said they were suppose to be Open.My son was disappointed so I thought id get him something to eat he was craving a hamburger I also got a shrimp plate for myself BAD idea! My stomach ached so bad a little bit after,I should of not trusted SEAFOOD at a mall GROSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!! Never ever again YUCK! Guessing how empty the mall is it might of been in the freezer for who knows how long!

Good mall. It's a smaller mall thats only 1 floor. It includes a hair salon, a target, hobby lobby, old Navy and a couple other clothing stores. It also has a GameStop and food court

They have a good selection and variety of stores, i think they should maybe stay open an hour or so later, but other than that it's a good place to just walk around in when the weather's bad and you wanna go on a walk

I Love this mall! It has a Target and a Ross also there is a fun little play area for kids near the food court. Love the Hawaiian Restaurant really delicious food I highly recommended it!

This used to be a much more vibrant hot spot in Albany, but a lot of shops moved out and now it's kind of a ghost town. There's still a few worthwhile the shops to visit here, but no real attraction that differentiates it from any other kind of Mall. Last time I visited it look like they were doing some renovating, so maybe that will change. I miss having a video game arcade in the mall, but I guess with online gaming now there's really not much reason to go somewhere else and play games.

This is one of the oddest malls I've ever been to, but it's the biggest and best anyway near Corvallis. Target, Ross and Hobby Lobby are the anchor stores. Glad to have Christopher and Banks. Eyeglasses store is OK. There's just sooo much empty space in this place and too few decent stores.

If you would like a good burger and fries go to Burger Blast in Heritage Mall in the food court. They have great burgers and half pound burgers too. Go there and enjoy a burger.

Best thing about the mall is Target. They charge too much rent and no good stores come and stay. Could use a dedicated plus size and big and tall clothing store.

This mall wasn't very busy, which was nice. Not a very big food court, but a few okay options. The bathrooms were pretty small, but clean. I wouldn't really call it a shopping destination, but if you find yourself in the area and need a clean, dry place to hang out..

Mall hrs 10-9pm. Mall bathroom was closed (8:30pm). Went to Ross bathroom and they had it closed (broken). For whole mall no other bathroom. Kids playground was close to. Hardly find mashine to exchange my money and at least get some candy for kids.

Its a great place to go and look around they have a lot to see. All the people there are very nice and helpful. They already have Halloween and Christmas stuff out if your interested. The only problem we had was finding a parking spot apparently lots of other people feel the same way.

Any mall that donates vacant spaces to non profits to do an event or a fundraiser is a great mall. This mall does that, and it is how many high school girls got their prom dresses for only $10. The management cares about the community, and it shows. I gladly give it 5 stars. It is also clean and well maintained. The parking lot has been kept up nicely. It is not a mega mall, but a very nice mall for Albany.

Heritage Mall is so tiny and not enough selected retail shops. There are empty spaces for space rental contracts, but unfortunately, the space rent is overly priced for any starter entrepreneur and eventually would face bankruptcy or outta-of-business. There has been some updates to the interior of the main mall areas, but still has quit a bit of outdating to replace. The mall advertises family friendly shops and schedules family oriented activities. Not a lot of food vendors to choose from. Constant yo-yo changes of the retail sites. Play area for the kids is very small. Most of the time, it’s an in and out type shopping. One major pet peeve of mine; doors are being locked two mins before closing. If have hours of operations posted; stick to the time schedule and not locked the doors two mins early! Two minutes in the retail/consumer world is very valuable for any sale to happen.

I mean it's about what you'd expect from a Mall in Albany, but I will say the food is good and there's some decent clothing and shoes.

Nice mall, plenty of benches, kid rides, a couple of gumball machines and stores like GameStop a store that sells cellanders to board games clothe stores, and a target connected to it witch has a Starbucks inside. The mall itself also has a large area to eat food sarrunded by small resturants.

Minimal mall, always has stores coming and going. I enjoy the main stream stores of it. Old Navy, Hobby Lobby, Target, Ross. It tries and has some everyday needs and some decent food places to eat, but still very minimal. Has a decent community out reach though.

From and era of bygone days, this mall is only 50% full, and soon will be completely empty except for maybe one or two big box stores. There's nothing really positive I can say except for there's plenty of parking.

Decent mall if you're a woman or have children. Typical fare includes Claire's, Bath and Body Works, and Old Navy and the usual cell phone stores. Largest stores are Hobby Lobby and Target. On the plus side its usually pretty cooled off in the summer and is kept clean as far as I can see. Feels like there's more to look at at the local Walmart.

This place use to be the bees knees when I was a kid. They had a lot of good stores to buy up to date things and was always busy. Amazon has ruined everything I feel. Here at this place is now just empty stores and junk.

Easy and quick access. I would recommend a more practical variety, wish they would have NOT taken away the foot locker store. I feel That it would have been a much more practical decision to discontinue the famous footwear store instead of the foot locker.

Even on busy days this Mall is mellow. It’s pretty classy for Albany. Zumiez, Ross, and Famous Footwear seem to be the highlights. Hobby Lobby and Target tie everything together. Needs a Champs or Footlocker.

It's a small town mall. Only 3 big stores and a few small stores. Don't have to fight walking around people that stay in way like large mails. It has target, hobby lobby and Ross. Great place to go indoor walk for winter to stay out of the rain.

Small town mall with a small town feel. It's actually really nice for a community of our size. You can get pretty much everything you need out of balance shopping mall, without it being overwhelming, like Washington Square, or Clackamas Town Center are. That's especially nice during the holidays and if you aren't fond of crowds.

Went here to visit Vision Works and get new eye glasses. The store was great and had an excellent supply of frames to choose from. The young lady that helped us was amazing and spent a lot of time helping us pick out the right frames for my both my glasses. I'd highly recommend her except she's moving to a new job in a couple of days. The mall has plenty of parking and was clean and neat in the areas we visited.

This mall is very small considering the size of Albany. There is a limited variety of stores to shop at. My grandson loves Zummies so we shop there often. They seem to always have something he wants. The food court is the worst food court in any mall that I have been to. Very few choices of food and the food that I have eaten there as always been substandard. Other than that it is an easy in easy out location.

Mall is very small with barely no stores. Target is their primary. If only they would have more small dept clothing places. Only major big bonus is, if you have small kids.. then definitely visit the bounce houses place. Its really fun, not expensive and big.

This mall has quite a few things to offer. Target, Hobby Lobby, quite a few boutiques and shoe stores. There's something for everyone with GameStop for the family gamer to Claire's for your little princess.

The AC is always nice to walk around in on a hot day. There are plenty of benches for people who require frequent stops or husbands that are chaperoning. Facilities are kept clean and I dont feel that I have to worry about my car while parked. There is a play center, socks required, that's free for kiddos. It's a wonderful bribery tool for getting kids to behave. With the location in the food court, food is a quick convenience. There was a lot going on for Wizards Unite in there. It was hoppin.

small walkable quiet mall. With Target, Ross, Hobby Lobby and other small tenants. Mostly quiet and slow. There's also a small playground for kids in the middle of a food court and a few kiddie rides and arcade games scattered along the way. Not much activity except during xmas and festives.

This is a perfectly fine mall, which is very likely around Christmas time but pretty much dead any other time of year. It has the large stores that are always there like Ross, Target, and Hobby Lobby. The Ross store here is the cleanest one I have ever been in!
