This Mall corresponds to the category of Shopping mall.
I love this place ..it has a little of everything..now with black bear cafe across the street ..I visit this area alot ...I am not much of a wal-Mart lover ...but this area has Green apple !!! They have the best girls working there ... Loads to eat and do ..not the perfect place but great to visit for sure!
Best movie theatre!
If you like shopping while countless bums walk the parking lots looking to steal anything left out in the open, then Eastport Plaza is for you.
The Eastport Plaza Shopping Center has almost everything you might be looking for.... Walmart (which carries a wide variety of merchandise), LA Fitness, US Postal office, Ross, Joann's fabric and craft store, Dollar Tree, plus others and a gazillion different food vendors.... and the best Cinemark movie theater in Portland!!
Good shopping and atmosphere
Lots of good stores I just don't like the area
The resturants that hog all the parking next to starsucks
NEEDS MORE LIGHTING AT BUS STOPS & NEEDS SECURITY GUARD GOING SOUTHBOUND ON BUS STOP AT WALGREENS FROM 8PM - 2AM
This is a shopping plaza. I assume it is east of Westport. Probably also south of northport, but definitely more of a freeport vibe than qeynos.
Love eastport plaza shopping
Awesome movie theater
Plenty of decent shopping, but I wouldn't go here on weekends as it's a zoo. Also don't go alone at night unless you're armed or can defend yourself against the junkies. Be aware of your surroundings Keep your head on a swivel.
Awesome little shopping area. Absolutely loved it! felt like I was in Japan. And everyone's pretty helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it.
Been a fan of Eastport Plaza for years. I went to Walmart. Didn't use to have a Walmart. Good store for shopping. Always been a nice mall.
Shopping centers are gross generally, but this one is close to my house.
Being at THIS Ross dress for less shopping was an adventure. They profiled a young African American woman and called the police. She hadn't stolen anything. She just got mouthy when the security guards tried stopping her for no reason on the way out. The police let her go. They had no choice. See this entirely too often.
Nice place.
Lots of stores and fun to shop there.+movies. Fun.
HK Cafe and Gamestop are the only two places that I've visited there. Parking can get full on weekends. The place is full of people you'd want to avoid on sidewalks. And most people just seems to come there to smoke cigarettes.
I'm a Walmart lifer love that place has everything one stop shop and I like the dollar tree there and the theatre is really nice too with their recliner seats so comfy
Lil bit of this n that shopping, coffee food different tasts, all around
My fave Walmart & Dollar one-two shopping "punch"!
They had moved the PGE office since I was there last looking for the PGE office now it's next to Sally's beauty shop and Jo-Ann's the fabric and Craft store
Went into the craziest Walmart around. Located right off of 82nd in the hub of nonsense. Found this wonderful cookware set. About $100 bucks , actually less. I end up over here alot. Gave them 4stars simply for the entertainment purposes Walmart provides for people watching.
Amazing, there are plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. The place is pretty big so there are plenty of things you can find that fit your style of whatever your looking for. The workers are kind too. The only thing that is somewhat anoyying is that because of the place being so big, whenever you go and explore for different shops its hard to find the entrance again. However if you have been there multiple times you start finding your way around a lot easier by remembering where certain places is are. (And there are a few maps around the building so you can find your way back also)
Movie theater is a little dated. Last couple experiences have not been great at the theater. No ushers seeing if people were on their phones or being disrupted. Manager says they will address, but it keeps happening.
I stopped in here for some quick shopping. The experience was pleasant.
Most of what you need and alot of what you don't.
Eastport Plaza has really been renovated since I left in Portland over 30 years ago I was actually impressed with the area it looks like they are trying to bring it up and clean the area up there are a lot of stores and businesses around that was not there before.
Strip mall now. But I remember as a High school kid skipping school and going to the arcade. Also they had G.I. Joe's and the hydro tube!!!!!
Loved all the different nationalities... Even the Walmartians were well behaved today!
Went to Walmart but they were not to good at wall Mart. But the plaza itself has good food and some good places to shop
I went to Ross and got my daughters birthday present. They are always pleasant at Ross
Useful stores but in an area full of drug addicts that roam the parking lots and regularly break into cars and Asian drivers that do not like to look when changing lanes on the streets running along the mall. Pick your poison if you drive there.
Wonderful place to shop as a great foods that she is seafood and also has my bank there lots of shopping go see and have fun there. Enjoy your shopping
Everything you could ever need is in this shopping center. Be careful about what you leave visible in your car though, there is a lot of theft
People drive way to fast in the parking lots. I'm surprised I've yet to see a crash.
Ross stop, get a haircut, and sushi all in one place? Its the best.
The place has changed so much. I used to go to high school right behind there I would walk there every day on my lunch break. It's nothing like it used to be. I don't know whether that's good or bad.
There is a good selection of stores here, however, the parking lot is a mess. Not because it's not maintained, but because the people who shop there tend to be terrible at parking.
Too many homless hanging out. Walmart here dollar store here. I actually fear for my life shopping here. I am not going to shop. Eat. When I fear for my life. Fred Myers is safer too shop at. There are other dollar stores I can shop.
It's a very good place in Oregon.
Love shopping at the eastport plaza
I love going during the Christmas holiday season because the streets are light up and there's a Christmas tree. I love that there's also a mailbox for Santa so if you drop your wish list Santa will mail you a letter back.
If you can avoid this area, do so. I live near it and thanks to that Wal-Mart it is definitely HQ for some of the spiciest people in Portland. BUT the dim sum place on the corner of this plaza is super DOPE!
Eastport Plaza is better than it was in my youth, but it is no great center for excitement either.
Went to see jexi, wasn't as good as it looked on trailer
Favorite place to shop but the lines are always so long and employees don't like doing there jobs
High crime rate. Lots of tweakers. Entertaining and it is right next to Walmart
Actually, went to Walmart to see what was still available after X-mas and if so, any good sales.
Well I went to Izzy's pizza restaurant with my family and I always enjoy it there, delicious and fresh food always, and there is a worker there name Pablo, very very friendly guy with good hospitality, I love it
it's a great place top buy east ports and to eat pork
I go there because I have to. The bathrooms are pretty stellar
Stopped at the subway sandwich shop, always good food and nice staff,
Pretty convenient lil spot. A few necessity stores in one place w/ food. Hey what more do you want..?
Dont know why this pop just stop at red light
HK Cafe is a good tasty restaurant.
Ghetto fabulous. They got a Wal-Mart and a dollar tree. Haha
Love it. For special spiritual meetings. It's very big.
Security is quite rude and rather useless as I have only ever seen them harassing people going about their business. A woman was told she couldn't park in an empty parking lot(the Northeast corner of the Century theater parking lot which nobody ever uses) to pick up her grandson from school unless she went to see a movie.
Always a heavy foot traffic area. There are lots of different verities of store to shop at. Fast Food. Sot down food. Hair. Nails. Fitness center and lager retail stores. It is a good one stop shop.
I go there to dhop at Joan's fabric.love that place.
Try it for yourself. You will like to visit as often!
Only shopped @ Walmart Supercenter. But I love Oregon
Went to LA Fitness gym, nice to see security patrol the parking lot
So many stores to choose from, great shopping center. Good parking, clean lot and well-lit.
Another dying mall you only go to for the few specific stores.
The parking lot is demolition derby, so be sure you have car insurance. Great GameStop there, and one of the best Chinese restaraunts in the city
Verizon team have..Excellent service and new devices in special
Love my Ross store
Cool place to go with your chick or dude whatever...lots if stuff to-do and look at if your not busy..
Good neighborhood stores. Location & access if good for people working in the neighborhood. Great varieties to chose from. Good collections of items. Good choice of eateries too, with a decent price range without burning much of a hole in your pocket to eat. Nice place to shop & eat.
Why does it seem that every time I come to this home depot they're always out of what I'm looking for.
The Dim sum. And the subway yummy food
A busy location but it has everything you need. Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Dollar Tree, Ross, a handful of fast food restaurants including two Subways. As well as a couple of nicer restaurants. I shop here regularly.
Lots of places to shop. I often use the Starbucks there for meetings with my clients who want me to marry them.
Nice shopping mall. Lots of parking and good selection of stores.
Lots of stuff in walking distance from Max
The gym the stores the people... great experience!
The security guards are on everyone. I have bad knee's and my pops out & I can't stand or walk so I sat down on some stairs that are out of the way that hardly anyone uses. I literally had been sitting there for less than 5 minutes & the security guard was very rude tell me I need to move & I explained to him that I could not walk or stand & he told it's not his problem and I needed to find a way to move off the stairs now and I stood there until I could maneuver myself up and I he was saying something in low voice & I heard what he was saying & he was saying quit faking lady I told he I wasn't faking & he told me he didn't want to hear my lies. He didn't ask me if I needed medical assistance or offer to help me. I understand there's a lot of dishonest people they deal with but I'm a 50 year old grandma & I hope to God no one treats his grandma the way he treated me
A lot of shopping centers in one spot, but located in one of the worst neighborhoods in portland!
Love it here I can usually kill 2 birds with one stone here I can stop and get a lot done in this parking lot and feel like my day has actually been a full day of getting things accomplished.
This shopping center is filled with great stores & places to eat (casual & fast food). The centerpiece of it all being WalMart. Lots of parking, central location.
This review is for the Verizon Store @ Eastport Plaza- in my neighborhood, very convenient + parking is always available. One Verizon staff in particular has been especially terrific in all the important ways: immediately welcoming & attentive, professional, knowledge-able, patient, respectful. This fellow's name is Seajay. He deserves 5 stars!
Great place great deals .
The homeless Killed this area stay clear
This is the theater closest to our house. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly, and the movies are on time.
It has a variety of places to shop near the Lents District. Wallmart, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, US Bank, Nail Salon, Super Cuts, Jo Ann Fabrics, Movie Theater, Postal Mail drop off mail boxes, PGE payment station, Taco Bell, Burger King.....and much more, all within walking distance and in the same general parking lot.
Pretty much a one stop shopping spot as long as you can park decently... Or at all. -1 for that.
Was @ Eastport today to do some shopping at Wal-Mart. Beautiful day today. #LivingTheDream
Dont bring anything valuable in your car in that area... a super shady area.
It was a great experience!! In one store and out.
I have lived in Portland my whole life. I have had some good experiences at Eastport Plaza. And I have had some not so good ones as well. That can happen anywhere though! I will say that this last visit was a good one.
I don't mind the shopping center really i just don't like the area it's run down and it's just that part of portland it makes me scared to be there by myself. Plus the Wal-Mart there is more dirty and the bathrooms inside are disgusting. The store ia also soo very disorganized when looking in a section for something it's also very crowded all the time and they have had soo many thefts they have to have a seperate checkout just for the cosmetic section. It's crazy in the Wal-Mart. I just think that shopping center all together needs higher security and camera's or something. Inside and out. I also think a parking police security system I've seen them around in certain places in parking lot's they are huge and it helps less crime happen.
The best thing here is the theatre
This shopping mall like a lot of them, due to businesses coming and going. I like Joann Fabric store. We eat at the Izzy Pizza place once in awhile. It is a nice mall.
Good place to do some shopping!!
Thank you to the employee who carried out my groceries. Not as crowded as it could of been. Pleasant experience.
As a lot of great variety of stores with good public View of them updated and clean environment well maintained definitely a lot of eye catchers what stores for anyone and everyone in a occasion for groups by yourself friends or family what's good parking spaces and location
Went to.Laborworks. great place to find a day labor job and get paid same or next day usually.
Lots of fun stores...Ross.. fabric store...dollar tree..and of course Walmart. Many fast food places and the movie theater
Eastport plaza is the best especially if you love plaza's
WalMart: The employees are the rudest I've seen ever. Consistently rude and even down right mean. I've heard the recycling room attendant cussing and clearly harassing the people using the facility. I was making a bottle deposit return last week with my two daughters teaching them how to use the machines and the responsibility of society to do our part to protect our planet from pollution, and that our family was really trying to limit our impact on the planet through renewable energy, sustainably and of course recycling, when an employee named Leo I learned later through a very helpful man I'm assuming was homeless. When Leo walked into the facility and yelled very loudly at this young man to get the F#$& out of there he wasn't allowed in anymore today because he'd already reached his daily limit of returns. My youngest daughter Emmy was visibly frightened of this employees yelling and foul language. I turned to the youngman that had been helpful and informative to us on the use and little tricks of bottle deposit returning, as the machines aren't in very good working order and half seemed were not operating at all. I was so upset by the trips events that I offered the young man the receipts I'd collected as a reward for his help and told him the employee was out of line and he should report him to his superior. He looked up at me with defeat in his eyes and said the entire staff was rude and demeaning to not only him but every person who returned deposits regularly as a daily income of sorts. He said the poor and homeless are treated like vermen by nearly everyone that was employed by Walmart. He said they knew that Walmart was breaking ethics laws and were down right guilty of harassment and profiling of these folks but that no one would believe them over the world's largest corporation. He told me to keep the cash from the deposit returns please and to treat the girls to an ice cream, because he wanted them to be rewarded for their had work and dedication to planet Earth. I agreed and thanked him again and we went on in the store to collect and promptly left. I will never return to this Walmart again. And I personally hope that the unethical practices and policies of Walmart are brought to the attention of our states officials. The actions ok saw personally and in front of my daughters ages 4 and 8 were on my opinion unlawful and should be address by state and local officially promptly. Shame on you Walmart!
Lots of traffic but good for shopping and eating. Bus 72 goes right to it!
Great for short shopping trips
It is so safe.
It's Eastport. It has a lot of shopping options. A new ramen joint just opened in there.
A fun place to people watch, always something weird happening it the parking lot.
My girl, I'm call her "Bonnie" she Steals the Merchandise. And Me "Clyde" Returns the merchandise. The Real Bonnie & Clyde favorite trapping spots... Be good or be good at it!$
Really amazing everything. Everybody was really nice.
BIG place, Lots of stuff, so..."where" do I find- - - -...
Didn't go shopping but the theatre was great the chairs are so comfortable when you get up to go restroom or get more snacks it makes you want to say pause the movie
Long lines but I felt like I got a lot of food for the money!
I haven't been there in years I was by there but I didn't buy anything
P.G.E. payment station. Also Walmart.. Stop by... You may buy school clothes and supplies for kids in your family... School supplies are available at Walmart.. Shop early..
Movie theater with fancy recliner seats and extra space. Ross, JoAnn's, Wing Stop, Walmart, Hawaiian BBQ, and a bunch of other places I can't remember. I find myself at Eastport a lot.
Not like it was years ago. I actually miss the mall setting, especially here in oregon. Where you have access to stores shops and stands all indoors..... because after all this is oregon. We dont get sun all year around, these California developers need to learn this.
Comfortable seats in a well kept theatre. Very enjoyable experience.
I go to LA Fitness what's the best gym in Portland least the only one I know of
This place is total chaos 24/7. You can usually count on someone parking right in front of the WinCo in just the right spot so they block traffic both way. Speaking of WinCo, I love the chain but this particular location is at a major intersection so plan on being accosted by the horde of meth-heads who are all vying for first place at the can return machines.
I go to the movie theater here. Reclining seats and vegan butter on the popcorn. Perfect.
Every rhing you need in one shopping center Over 12 stores in this area. N a bom Mediterranean restaurant
Amazing place to shop!!!don't worry about the street walkers there friendly for the most part but don't talk to them lol .
Has many stores to choose from and a couple of good eating places.
A shopping Center with the diversity that mirrors our city.
Good shopping center food shopping what more could you ask for
Besides walmart there's a lot of other great businesses around there.
Wal-Mart Is My Favourite
Nice area but the Walmart there is discusting
Tweaker wal-mart!
If there is a perdition on Earth it is surely the Eastport Plaza Walmart's parking lot. May god have mercy on your souls.
Great service, very friendly employee's and very clean!
While I was in the theater enjoying a movie someone broke into my car and destroyed my dash to steal my stereo. It wasn't a top of the line stereo, but it was mine ~ in my car. There are only two security guys there and one shopping center patrol. THEY HAVE NO CAMERAS AND THE THEIVES KNOW IT! Secure your valuables and always lock your car! Non emergency told me that it would take 'a while' for an officer to get there (it was already 10 pm) or I could go home and file a police report on line. For all the good that will do..... Just a heads up to all you good people who work for the things you have. Be careful and mindful of the ones who will steal with no regard.
Great shopping center
Great security team!! Friendly crews!
Cinemark was lovely. I enjoyed the comfy recliner chairs.
The best Asian buffet in Portland, or at least the one with the most Asians.
Kinda has those days but overall it is convenient a little bit if everything here.
Lots of tweakers. I love it though it’s THA FLATTS!!!!
Walmart is way overpriced on thermals
Great. Not too ridiculous to get in and out of, just a slightly confusing parking lot for my first time. Dollar Tree is a necessity for a few things, so I'm sure I'll stop here again.
So much to do and lots of different choices to shop
It's in Portland! The security person was rude and does not accommodate for Ada! I am deaf bought two bottles of water in front of the guy and he still laid hands on me when leaving. They need to get a clue about ADA! I should nota have to wear a shirt that says stupid. deaf
They security might tow your car well you're shopping inside because "parking is for customers only." Basically the guy, Steven S., is incapable of doing his job, since I was inside SHOPPING, BEING A CUSTOMER, when I got towed. Do better.
So so collection of stores. Always dirty, no security guards, lots of vagrants, homeless and criminal activity. No thanks.
Tell other people that you are trying to depersonalize a bit of money to get your business done with. I've been practicing on my own and I have been blocked by the fact that I have been spending a lot of money on the internet
Cool little plaza lots of commercial business and great stores a little far from where I live though but worth the drive
Yap Walmart was great got some toys for the little one.
There are so many stores its like a one stop mall where my family and I can get pretty much everything done we need in one trip
Lots of variety. Restaurants, all kinds of stores, post office, theater... If you're looking for something - there is a store for it.
Only go to Eastport if my friend needs fabric, kinda fun to look around tho as they have so many things.
Seen better days. The crowd here has grown unsafe in my personal opinion. I always shop with a friend these days. No security except site security for business that contracted on there own. Great selection of food, stores, banks and all your errand needs and conveniently located for SE/ Clackamas residents
It is a fun and relaxing place for the family and it also has a video game room.
The Only Place I Like / Love There Is Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart Is Good Store!
What's not to love about it? Walmart, $1 tree, Wing Stop etc. Walgreen's across the street and Don Pedro's down the street!
Dirty no matter where you looked
This shopping center has a bit of everything for everyone, including a killer delicious Chinese dim sum restaurant - with chicken feet! - movie theater around the back and Wal-Mart plus mix of locally owned and national retailers. Honestly, you could easily spend the afternoon there and accomplished more on your to-do list in an hour than you could driving around town for an hour!
