Nice place bucks up !
Awesome place, especially during the holidays. Lots of unique stores.
Nott like it used to be, it's all high end now anx not nearly as much fun
This little slice of The People's Republic of Eugene has always been a unique experience. Not much parking available on Saturdays. Fun time.
Expensive but good atmosphere
Neat how everything was all together, and can shop or eat anywhere and everywhere. Little pricey food but delicious
Walked around, ate a fantastic Greek salad and the atmosphere was great!
Great place. Great options
Older than dirt Fifth Street Market is rich beautiful and almost to Rich like cheesecake on an empty stomach but they have a water fountain a wishing well to those who suffer from heaven or sick in hell.
Boutique shopping on a small scale. Great to meander and pass the time. Clothing, Gifts, food. Easy parking
If the 5th Street Market is supposed to represent the "best of Eugene" has to offer. Well this idea does NOT apply to their customer service at all. Depending on how much one is sending, they will give you a whole different experience. Today, I went in to see plants and found one that I liked. A bit later, I was waiting to be check out. While I was in the short line, I noticed that the cashier was welcoming and warm towards the woman infront of me. However the cashier had the complete opposite treatment towards me. They acted cold, distended, and very unwelcoming. To the point that I had to question if I did anything wrong by just being there. At the end of the transaction, they gave me my card back and started walking away immediately, without an acknowlegement. Leaving me as if I was invisible.
I like to have lunch at the food court. They really try to serve you fast at lunch time. Provisions at 6th street level has great Margharita Pizza by the slice. Just enough cheese and enough sauce to make it delicious
Like all the food choices. It seems a little less quality of the food, compared to 5 years ago when last I was here.
Very cute shopping place with awesome stores! The children’s toy store has a gorgeous selection of books. The fancy food court has yummy food I’m dying to try. There’s a cool food store too! Need to come back and explore more.
Classy well built shopping market, trendy and relaxing
Always a pleasure to stop by 5th Street, for the shops, the food, the smiling faces. Even on cloudy days it's beautiful! The sheer variety of things you can find here is incredible Try the salted honey latte at Provisions Market Hall, so good! <3
The wife and I love going here when we want to feel upscale and classy (which isn't often) love the open air while we browse the shops. The amazing food court is what always draws us to this location. Even when they get a new restaurant it is always the best quality with the freshest ingredients. The beer on tap is pretty top notch as well. Long story long, I always leave this place with a smile and a full belly.
Excellent environment and the people (staff) at all the stores were fabulous.
I fell off on the yellow curb between Marche and the south entrance of the 5th St market during lunch time today. It was raining. The curbs were very slippery. No warning signs found around. I fell on the ground and injured both feet and my knee. I went to the office and talked to management. The lady there said “I am sorry,” but did not seem responsive to my suggestion to have a warning sign put on the slippery area.
The meal and service at Marche were excellent
I mostly come here with my family for the slices of pizza and pastries at provisions market which also has a great wine bar perfect for a date or girls day. Also Elephants trunk toy store is a favorite of my daughters. Overall pretty pricey but worth it.
Love this place. Went in the morning for a coffee and a croissant and sat outside by the fountain. It was great. Nice and cool on a hot day. Marche provisions had a lot of great stuff to takeaway. Upstairs, the food court has a lot of great looking options for a quick lunch.
Great shipping, good and very appealing!! Great you sir too!!
Fifth Street Market is in a class by itself in Eugene!!! The Inn at the Fifth sets the pace now. The Oregon Store, all the food shops upstairs and downstairs, the African shop, The New Twist. It's a grand traditional Christmas place too; Santa has his own shop and with all those windows, and such an amazing easy chair. Go there! Explore the place! Have Fun! Let your curiosity carry you away, right there in downtown Eugene!!! Relax and let the good times roll in 2018!!!
Great variety....a little spendy.
Nice area of shops & restaurants. Attractive building with a fountain in the middle. There is music @ nite once or twice a wk. I ate @ Cafe Glendi [ greek ] first floor @ the 5th & High st entrance. I had chicken souvlaki. It came with rice pilaf, big salad, pita bread & tzatziki. $8.50. And two dolmades @ 50 c each. Quite a bit of food for the price. Yummo !! Opa !!
Very pretty shopping centre. The best shop is The Red Dress in the little yellow house at the corner of the parking lot.
Very nice vibe at 5th Street Market, beautifully done with flowers and fountains
.It's been around for a long time lots of changes. Nice environment
Love this place since I was a kid in the 70's.
Really good variety of dinning options. Marche is a must try.
Nice place! Great food too.
This place has a nice vibe. My wife and I enjoy casually strolling about the many boutiques and eateries.
Great shops and restaurants
This is a fun place to visit and shop. Lots of variety.
Loved it found my perfect top portion of my wedding dress
Love their selection
Omg, first time seeing this lovely place. So many beautiful shop's and eateries
An awesome place to find all kinds of different items. One could get lost in all of the stores. I truly enjoyed my little taste of thr market.
Always enjoy the casual atmosphere. Fresh and delicious food. We've tried many selections from the deli, bakery, and pizza oven. Excellent.
Cozy coffee shop and other shops in a downtown Eugene Or.
Good variety of food selection, including vegetarian/vegan options. Lunch specials are pretty good.
Delicious cappuccino, great spot to get unique food and trinkets.
This place is really fun to explore! The courtyard is amazing! Provisions is super rad! All shops have excellent service.
So many different shops and places to eat.
Wonderful shops! And fantastic food!
You should visit it. It's great and part of Eugene
5th Street Public Market is my favorite place in Eugene. There are a variety of stores on several levels with most anything you could dream of. I love the flower and homemade craft shops immensely, but 5th Street Market has it all. Clothing, jewellery, material shop, etc. I remember bringing my Mom here 20 years ago and eating delicious food from the food court at a small table in the open center court surrounded by massive flower containers with birds singing and swooping around in the sunshine. My Mother said "This is so lovely, I've never seen anything like this. I wish we had a place like this in Tacoma." That about sums up our 5th Street Public Market! Please click on <<<
Excellent place for visitors and locals with deep pockets
Great place for family events. I have yet to visit all of the stores
Great place to eat and shop!
Gawd. I used to love this place, and spent many happy hours hanging there. What the hell happened, Eugene?
I absolutely love going to 5th Street Market for the sole purpose of Rhythm & Bloom beautiful bouquets available all the time. The market itself has a very large variety of wonderful things to buy too.
Wow this area was decorated beautifully. Large fountain in the center Halloween decorations and fall was all over big huge pumpkins a lot of effort went into decorating I really enjoyed it. We had dinner at Sushi pure which is very good would recommend it great evening overall nice place to visit while you're in Eugene
This market is fantastic year round! It has undergone many facelifts over the years, but I enjoy the current version with flowers, meat/ seafood/ cheese, wine, and limited produce as focal points and a whole bunch of dry goods, housewares, gift items to boot. Food choices that never get boring and plenty to choose from no matter what your diet is.
A nice place, but people need to learn to park...
Fun to look at but kind of pricey.
Great mall to visit. so much to do like, eat, shop and all their seasonal activities are extra special.
Best atmosphere in Eugene, it is a fantastic mix of culture, food and even a winery! Love it!
A good place to wander about. Several interesting stores and eating places. Good nummies at Provisions b
So many wonderful things under one roof! This place was such a treat! Shopping with booze in my hand was a unique experience that made this place fun and different. Grab q drink and roam around (they welcome it).
The 5th Street Public Market is a unique place for our town, it's just not my style. I would like it better if the Infrastructure surrounding the market made for better access but right now it is more of a pain than it is worth to visit. I have heard the hotel is very nice but it is a bit out of my budget so I likely won't ever experience it myself.
Loved this place. Visiting from Tennessee. First I had some great Greek food in the food court, then over to buy Mountain Rose Herbs Assam tea and some organic soap and visit other equally lovely shops. Wish I lived here. I would shop here all the time
Especially pretty during the holidays, but always a joy anytime of year. Nice atmosphere, cute shops even if it feels they change a bit too often. Love the Oregon store for souveniers and gifts. The food court upstairs is awesome for grabbing a bite during your lunch hour and it's nice for even a stroll for coffee. Nice location with ample parking.
This is an upscale shopping center, with several boutique-like and locally owned gift shops. Fifth Street Market also has an eatery with several locally owned restaurants. Everything here is expensive, in my opinion. I love this shopping area, however I can't really afford to eat or shop here.
Expensive stores only but cozy setting
Meh, upscale rude crowd, expensive
Fair amount of choices on food. Lots of fun little local shops great for out of town visitors. Always bright flowers out in the walkways and outdoor area. Always clean. Not the best for toddlers/young kids.
Upscale shopping and good restaurants.
Amazing! Good shopping. Good food.
A beautiful space with a great variety of shops selling high-quality foodstuffs, clothing, and things for the home. The prices, however, are not quite as friendly as the atmosphere. Provisions has some of Eugene's best marzipan/almond croissants, and if you're lucky, you might be able to snag one at day old prices.
always loved this place, a small get away to be happy to be in, an amazing toy shop, good food, top quality places. should at least take a stop by and look around, its amazing here and filled with good and happy people <3
Gotta love provisions.......
Great shops, difficult to navigate.
Great place to meet up with people.... Lot's of options for food and socializing parking is pretty good too...
Can't wait for the updating. DaveHW
If you got money to spend while in the capital, spend it here. Otherwise give to charity.
Daughter was looking for a specific toy and Elephant's Trunk had it.
So fun to come and shop and eat. Great macaroons!
Very fun market with lots of cool stuff. You can pick a great wine, get some cheese, or chill at the little lunch area. Feels very like the way Whole Foods used to feel back in the day...
Very eclectic, different open air shops to look at, most under 1 roof, including a flower shop and more things upstairs which I didn't go to. They have at least 2 restaurants, one upscale the other I didn't go to but was told they have hamburgers, they also have a place to buy coffees. Some place cool to bring visitors.
What a neat little place! We were looking for a regular mall and found this little gem! Super unique shops and a really nice little grocery store / eatery on the bottom floor. We found a lot of cool stuff that we ended up buying.. Artisan pasta, little scrubby brushes, wooden utensils and a pretty decent wine selection! Clean bathrooms, shops and floors. Really beautiful and some ornate flower arrangements. They had one of the best toy stores we had ever been to, with a huge selection to choose from. We went during October and their Halloween directions were on point! They had a giant pumpkin that was being carved right before us. We enjoyed our time at this fascinating place and we'll be sure to return!
Lots of cool little shops and great food. A wish well water fountain tops it off. However everything is $$$. Not really a great place if your an average income earner.
It's a nice chill place to hang out.
Always a wonderful experience and most often run into friends!
I enjoy visiting this place especially during the Christmas season. The boutiques and decorations make this a lively holiday destination.
What an AWESOME cause!
Went to the Elephant Trunk nice toy shop with fun and educational projects
Parking at the meters sucks, especially when you have to go get change. On the up side, there are a huge variety of stores and restaurants.
Cool place to go shopping for all kinde of stuff
5th street public market
I just ordered the ramen bowl #1. The pork belly was raw and basically a chunk of fat and the the broth tasted like old fat soaked socks. I love ramen and actually wanted to cry upon tasting it. I mean visually it was cute but taste GROSS. I politely tried to get a refund or an exchange for a different item after having only one bite. I was told I’d have to pay for a new item. So i asked for a managers number to call. Was told they couldn’t give that out. So now I’m $12 out +$2 tip and I’m hungry. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE.
The market does Christmas right. Snow falls on Friday and Saturday nights from 6:00pm - 6:30pm. Great for kids, really the whole family.
They need to have a coffee place upstairs & a vendor for a good breakfast. Someone spilled water and it took a long time to get it mopped up. Nice stores, but expensive.
Just was there for night of a thousand lights. Beautiful! Live music, snow machines, santa, whole place lit up. What a fun start to holidays. I go there often for lunch, :great restaurants, interesting historical building. Love it!
Beautiful place to shop.
So much fun! Always love stopping in, when we are in Eugene! Quite, easy, airey atmosphere! Great for bites to eat, chill, and shop!
In a beautiful small City they can't seem to decide what it wants to do as far as style or retaining historic buildings, they did something tasteful here in Fifth Street Market. It's inviting, has a variety of places to visit such as Provisions Market that has many types of food to choose from and a lot to look at, with self service, as well as servers in certain sections, good food, an actual Market where you can buy delicious meat and pasta from Italy, a store where you can buy kitchen items of quality, and a flower shop that is one of my favorite in town. If you're not sure what you looking for, go here and you will find it, along with great coffee, good conversation and fun and good wines to choose from. There is music as well and always something new at the wonderful shops.
This is a quaint, indoor shopping experience. Food to clothing.
Great place to eat grab a bite, and nice window shopping!
Great hotel and shopping center. Something for everyone great selections
Great ice cream!
Wish I had more room in the fridge it all looked so good.
Great local place to meet someone. Many food choices, great coffee and both inside and pet friendly outside seating. If I were traveling to Eugene, this would always be a destination.
Cute marketplace that is a welcome change from your typical mall
I'm going back, this is an awesome location.
Unique place!
Very cool place! Went in to get an already ripped pair of Jean's, altered to be 'less ripped,' in the knee area. A plus, for a very finicky customer, who was not me! Believe me, or not; alterations in a very culturally diverse, high end, mall?!
Pendleton woollen Mills....I can't find anything in there that I DON'T want to buy!!! I live here, or I would stay there in the motel.
Good food court
Always a joy, always expensive.
First time at 5th St public market. Beautiful!
Very upscale and super pricey!
Fun place to wander, several good restaurants, including a tasty French Restaurant.
Killer shopping mall. Really cute, excellent variety of shops with quality goods, great food selection. Definitely recommend!
A very fun, cute place to shop. I enjoy getting flowers there.
Lot of nice shops
Parking so limited..I hate going there..love the place though.!
Always a favorite place of mine... I’ve never been to Europe but I imagine fifth street captures the vibe quite nicely
Simply my favorite area in Eugene. Visitors coming for business or family must stop by 5th street market. Modern, sheek, sophisticated, refined. Enjoy the local shops, wine tasting, fantastic food, and serene ambiance. I have been going since I was a child, and it never gets old. I wish there were more notable brands and stores, though.
Everything for a road trip picnic for exploring the surrounding areas. The warm pastries are on the money, buttery and flaky-Perfect. The coffee and Cappuccino's are also very good. The best part is we stayed at Inn at the 5th and just walked over to pick up our goodies to snack on in our room. You can also fine wine here, local produce, cheeses poultry etc. There are also a wide variety of dining options on site. Amtrak is only a couple of minute walk to the station from the market.
Lots of beautiful shops and high quality food and groceries to be had at this all in one stop. Shop with the family or bring a date to one of the restaurants here and they will surely be entertained.
Pricey but lovely courtyard and fountain.
It's a great small market. Have a little bit of everything. Very convenient. Service was good.
Love all the boutiques and unique selections.
Good place to spend time and get great food.
Great place to hang out for a while lots of shops to explore had a great coffee and visit with a friend
If you like expensive junk or want to spend an arm and a leg for mediocre food this is the place for you. Do you want to sit at a trendy Edison lighted shiplap bar drinking a double ipa while the try hard hipster next to you is "working" on his macbook. This place is for you. In all fairness it's alright. But places like this are pretty much in every City now and all look the same. Trendy open air market/store/bar where everything is $$$. But you feel cool doing it.
The outside eating areas are so cozy. With the fountain and the flowers it almost feels like Europe.
We visit several times a year, especially on or near Halloween. All the shops have trick or treat candy and photo-ops galore. My favorite store has African artifacts and Musial instruments. Also, a sewing shop with hard-to-find buttons. There's also Provisions Market Hall on the first floor that's awesome. There's fine dining at Marche' and Blackboard which is an oyster bar. Finally, Sushi Pure which is my next stop.
Sweet Cheeks tasting room. Nice atmosphere, good wine, and great music from Joseph Bonnevie and Michael Anderson.
Very small and nice. Parking can be a problem though.
Our favorite place to walk around and shop in Eugene! The food court had great stuff as well!
A nice indoor market with numerous shops and restaraunts.
A little spendy but fun to hang out.
Upscale shopping and dining. Nice establishment.
Nice balcony with amazing music!
U6 huh you uh 6and i'm u ho u6 uh 7uu
This is always a great place to stop when traveling through Eugene. We always enjoy the food, shopping, and people.
Nice small shopping area.
One if the best places in Eugene
Lots of shops and great food all over the buildinh
This place has everything. Lots of great shops; a huge food selection, both within the market and around, including Thai, Greek, Ramen, Mediterranean, and more; and a high end hotel. Lots of free parking on site and right next door.
Great place for a lunch freeway break. Lots of choices with better than Mall food court choices.
Will go back....nice
They always have a really awesome Halloween trick or treating event there each year! The kids love it! Thank you!!! ❤
Amazing, high end an beautiful place with alot of fresh food and shops. Great place to get lunch or dinner and for some shopping. Also great during holidays, they always have something going on.
Great place to go shopping for flowers, Coffee, food, clothes, and lot of fun stuff. If you're visiting definitely go there. You'll find it very interesting.
This place has character
Whenever my family comes to town they always stay at the Inn at 5th Street Market. A fun place to stay always lots of fun shops, restaurants & cafe's. Valet parking...busy place but the workers are always friendly...the same for the clerks at the stores & restaurants. The hotel is very clean with little balcony's off the rooms. All in all a fun place to stay, eat & shop!!
The downstairs bistro has some of the worst food I've eaten all year. It's despicable how bad it is. For my board, I was given minced processed meat, bread, wasabi, and fermented strawberries and pickled...carrots?
For a high end feel I've had some hit or miss customer service, sometimes none. Sweet Cheeks winery was A+, Le Bar was very nice, and Provisions always makes my day! Guilt and Gossimer had a wonderful, attentive sales person too but they extremely select sizing and quantity. Elephant Trunk is so fun with great workers! Bad news: there's a clothing and cross stitch store that apparently doesn't care about customers which is too bad because the clothing is great. All in all, I love to come and see what's new but some stores may want a refresher on quality service.
Lots of specialty items, all of high quality. Good places to eat.
Always the best go to for their varied pate like duck liver mousse. They have the best selection of beautiful cooking supplies, high end ingredients from around the world, specially picked cookbooks, and a plethora of food options like pizza, oysters and wine, bakery items, coffee, and the mother ship... Marche
Gotta love this little gem of a market. Is is pricey but a fun littlw outing.
Really interesting shopping, viewing, and dining experience. A must when visiting Eugene.
This place is full of excitement and there's lots to see and do here think of it as a very small compact Marketplace that occupies two separate buildings and two stories tall. One of the buildings house a number of food establishments, sort of like a food court. Try it, I think you'll like it.
Great place to go if your looking for something upscale
