Ordered 2 chicken teriyaki rice bowls, Mongolian beef, and crab wontons. The chicken was hard and very over cooked. There were hardly any vegetables in any of the dishes. The onions were so over cooked they were mush. The place was very dirty and the bathroom was filthy. There is a shelf that has canned and bottled food stacked on it in the dining area and the shelves were nasty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in weeks. We went in around 4pm, well after lunch and before dinner and there were about 5 or 6 dirty tables. There were 3 people on the clock and we were the only customers, no one person was taking care of your restaurant.......poor management!

The employees at the Pikepass store were like zombies!! But typical for any state funded agency. This is one of them kind of places you put off for days until you just have to go in there!! But really it couldn't hurt for at least 1 of them employees to smile or at least say a kind word.

Friendly staff, comfortable environment. It seems they repeat the same information over and over to people that come in unprepared, so make sure you have all the information you need before you go in! Check the website or call the number! Estimated time I’ve been in and out including waiting is about 15 minutes from the time I went into the door until I left.
