The shops in this center are all in and of themselves good places to shop. They have all been there for years, the only new addition would be 5 below. The parking area is usually full and always busy and full of traffic. Most of the time i end up having to park out towards the end, depending on which store i go to. They do need another stop sign or two because the cars travel way too fast thru there and its dangerous for pedestrians.

Sally's was great! There was a young Hispanic girl who was amazing and helped me the entire time. I TD her I was from out of town and needed out of my hotel and a hair color change. She hooked me up. She also helped me change me rewArds phone number which my own home town wouldn't even do. They said it wasn't possible. Thank you to her!!!

Love this place! Half priced books is amazing, Sally's is also amazing! Ross is fantastic! Old Navy is the real MVP here, I usually go to mwc but I checked this one out and everyone in there was so nice! They knew where their products were, every single worker asked me how my day was and if I needed anything to let them know. Once I checked out, I was assured that my size is super popular so they could and would order it for me online and have it shipped to the store! Great spot, I come here often.

I went to Penn Park Shopping Center today to pick up an online order from Best Buy. The parking lot is perfect for easy access to all of the stores at Penn Park. I normally shop at the PetSmart and Michael's which are located in the shopping mall too. Mardel's is located there too.

Small and quaint shopping area. There is a restaurant and a few shops. The water feature in the main hall is pretty. Full circle bookstore is a wonderful place to browse and has a little coffee shop inside.

The parking lot can get full at times however it is not as chaotic and stressful as other shopping centers in the Oklahoma City area can be at times. This part of the city can be a little sketchy in parts but this parking lot still feels safe. The shopping center in general is clean and is pretty well maintained.

I came here specifically for Best Buy. This Best Buy has a lot more things than the one in Norman so that was the whole point of the trip. The area is nice and clean and there's a number of stores here to shop at. There's also a number of eating places around here. I would definitely come back.

I went to Layne braynt but the shopping center is lovely I always see it clean and friendly. Each store is phenomenal at customer service I haven't experienced any trouble from them at all. I didn't experience every store in the shopping center on the same day but I been there it's all good customer service

I love Penn Square Mall. Many shops. Free parking. Handicap parking. Ramps and a front drop of and pick up spot. AMC movie is great. Reclining chairs. Special discount at concession stand. Online ticket orders. The Mall has things for smaller children. They have art shows. During school they hold school art. Woodworking and other judged events. I live out of town so this is what I have seen there.

The gym is really nice, The steam room has been broke for awhile though and nobody is sure when it will be fixed but they do have a Sauna that's nice, The only issue is there priced quite high at $42.99 a month

Too many young kids acting up. No more specialty shops! It seems that the mall is losing it focus on being a high end mall. I mean it starting to be like a flea market. It used to be special over the years it slowly has become second rate. It's always dirty. Plus you don't feel safe. We were there a couple weeks and two huge group of kids got in a fight. Plus what happened at Christmas the decor is so cheesy now.

Best Buy is the best tech store for pricing. To get answers and help in choose what you really want i would recommend going to Circuit City first for that then go to Best Buy and make actual purchase.

A nice regional shopping center with a good, easily accessible location. It has several interesting stores including a Half Price Books and an Old Navy. I have stopped here many times particularly for the book store. They now have a Five Below which is also an interesting store to me.

Good selection of shops and businesses. Cleared up one misconception about one shop names "Five Below" . I thought is wa selling winter coats and stuff to keep you warm.. I found out it's name means , EVERYTHING IN THAT SHOP SELLS FOR $5 OR BELOW, Great surprise.

Cool shops! Half Price Books is a huge plus! The parking lot gets a little crazy during busy times so beware! You'll also find best buy, Michael's, old navy, pets mart, a beaty shop and shoe store. Also a couple of restaurant choices. Sometimes has a problem with parking lot panhandlers..

Tons of parking, and an up-and-coming location. There's a good variety of shops and restaurants in the area. Traffic generally isn't too bad, compared to other areas around the city. You can see most of the shops right off the highway.
