Dirty. Messed up isles. Rude people come here daily and act like fools. Seriously. Lines are ridiculously slow and someone is always arguing with the cashiers about one thing or another. I feel sorry for the staff at this location. Don't recommend this location.

What an awesome 'natural' backdrop of industrial factories and trains and tracks. I like the location and the real steel mill scrap decor pieces around this place. It's reminiscent of Station Square in Pittsburgh.

Avoid Wal-Mart at all costs!!! Unless you have nothing else to do that day and enjoy standing in lines back to the clothing department and chatting with other angry people. Doesn't matter what day or time, it's always that way. Gave it one star only because it wouldn't let me give them zero.

I love the great variety of stores here at Steelyards. I shop at Aldi's, Target and Carter's on a regular basis. And there are a lot more stores.

Nice to come to in the mornings. The evening's are hell. Especially in Walmart. Those customers act like animals and the cashiers act like they're doing you a favor. Its just better in the mornings, so I come here in the mornings.

They were highly unprofessional. I was there to exchange an item and no one knew their exchange policy. The shelves are never stocked and finding help is impossible. The only thing they have going for them is convenience to the city.

Only went to IHop but there's quite a bit of stores in this reformed industrial park. Traffic and parking are smooth.

There are many stores here. It is like a little shopping town. You can buy groceries, electronics and so much more. It is well worth the trip.

We have a saying in our family, nothing good happens at steelyard commons. We avoid it when possible. It was a brilliant idea to have an urban shopping area but it lacks charm, planning and a local community feel. It's like they cut out a chunk of suburban Parma and tossed it closer to the city. Gross big box stores and a smattering of fast food joints, Yuck.

I will not shop anywhere down here besides maybe Aldi with my child. Too much violence and crime goes on. It is 3mins from my home but I'd rather drive 15 to the same stores to feel safe and get what we need.

Cool place. Lots of good stores. Lots of restaurants. A good place to shop and spend the day with your family. Parking is free and if you park in the middle, you can walk everywhere. Everything is still clean and new looking. But, since this IS Cleveland, I wouldn't count on that remaining the case. Until then, enjoy yourselves.

Had a phone stolen there and problems at the money center and the management is whack, half the employees are friendly and the other half totally take away any pleasantness you might be lucky enough to experience. It's messy, many products are broken, packaging damaged, misquoted prices and awful customer service when you're experiencing a problem, unless you get lucky and deal with the one friendly manager out of twenty who can communicate effectively and properly and find resolution. Never go there, just go to Target.

No one looks very happy to be in this shopping area - folks don't hesitate to push you aside, no "thank-you"'s for holding the door, cars run you down. I try my best to shop elsewhere.

Every time you ask an associate for help,they never point you the right direction, nor they take the time to make sure you get what you need, "umm I'm sorry it's not my department " "never heard or seen that in this store" common answers I get,thanks Walmart!! Great prices but you're in your own!!

Giant Walmart ( truly giant!) With tires , outdoor garden etc. Store was packed with customers on a Tuesday! Service was friendly. Staff was stocking and straightening as I shopped ! Nice to see as my Walmart at 5 pm is destroyed. Maybe that is why they were so busy here.

Sketchy. The whole dang place. Surrounded by fire belching steel mills serving as a backdrop...envision having a nice shopping plaza in the center of Hell. With a grim reputation as "Steal-your-car Commons"? Not where I'd recommend grandma to shop without an armed escort. Even though I've never had an issue, I just think the whole complex is...well...sketchy.

The best time to go is in the morning because they're very polite and if you need help I will walk with you to show you where things are at but if you go in the evening you tend to have very rude peopleit's kind of like it if you ask him a question about where something maybe they got an attitude

where should I start well compare to the Walmart me and my wife shopped at today you guys can't compare. Well for starters your store isn't as clean as the one we visited. Second the employees at that store are very helpful courteous and kind and they seem to know where all of the products are when you ask and third the cashiers get you out very quickly even if there is a long line. If you live in the Old Brooklyn, Tremont, Clark-Fulton or surrounding areas the Steelyard is essentially a necessary evil. The place certainly has been known for a fair amount of riff-raff over the years, but ultimately it’s more so a frustrating experience rather than an unsafe one and has otherwise brought in a lot of businesses that otherwise were previously a hassle to get to from the surrounding neighborhoods. The Home Depot and Walmart are essentially the only stores I’d highly recommend steering clear from; Home Depot for lack of employee awareness (have seriously had an associate tell me he didn’t know what a fence picket is!) and Walmart for well, basically every reason imaginable. The Aldi was a little questionable when comparing it to other locations, but it’s currently undergoing remodeling which will hopefully improve the store overall. Every other business in the area operates about how you’d expect that respective business to be at any of their various locations.

I enjoy the places to shop, such as Walmart, Dollar Tree!!! I like to check out what they may have in their store, that I have not seen on the Eastside!!! I travel there on the buses, enjoying the sites!!! Only complaint is, I wish there were shuttles buses from one side to the other!!! It would help much for the elderly and or the disabled!!! Amen!!! Amen!!! There is a great divide between the two sides!!!

This is a decent shopping center. The Target is typically well stocked and Bath and Body works is within walking distance from it. Unfortunately it is not the most easy to navigate for those without a car looking to shop on both sides of this shopping center.

What a place. The Walmart is probably the worst thing ever. The Target is several steps up. Overall though, not a great place. But the car traffic is very pedestrian friendly on the Target side. On the Walmart side, not so much.

Employees barely want to help you. Not sayin all of them but 89% of them The yellow vest gentlemen is very rude. New cashier was asking for help he rolls his eyes n walks away from her. At least there was a cashier next to the young girl that actually helped her after her numerous temps to get that man wit the yellow vest or someone else. The door greeters are awesome especially the ones in the morning. I think the best time to come to this walmart will be between 6am to 11am. After that seems like it all goes downhill

I went to Target. It was like most targets. Definitely nice than the Walmart over here. Most of the stores were closing so it wasn't crowded at all. Was a little perturbed that there was only one lane open for target.

Pretty good place to shop and/or eat! The Sketchers outlet is BANGING and there's a Walmart for everything else. Bummed the Best Buy is closed though. Such a shame. Very close to downtown!

Has a lot of shops to pick from but is notorious for people to break into your car. Wouldn't leave a purse or phone in view when going. Has shops like target and walmart, to food places like IHOP and Guthries chicken.

This is my go to spot when I need to go to walmart or Target and sometimes Home depot. It's an added bonus theres food establishments there and also now that the Panda Express has been added. Easy to get to and easy to get out.

Steelyard is a nice shopping area. I wish there was a nice little coffee shop rather than just a starbucks in Target. I've been going there a few times and no matter how busy there's always parking The stores are well stocked and fairly clean. I haven't gone into all of them but I appreciate the selection.

Always looks as if bunch of 3yo ransacked the place 10mins before i got there!!! It's wasn't as bad this time, and Randomly the Toy dept was cleanest and organized well not too crowed looking!!! There was 4 employees standing behind the paint counter, i asked if i could get can spray paint, they looked at me, didn't say anything i walked back then went to walk away when finally another lady unlocked it,, kinda blah, she had to take to register

I and my daughter and granddaughter went to Alids and they are making some changes great I shop here before and NEVER HAD A PROBLEM . We chose are items went to the register and paid for EVERYTHING because we didn't have a cart the cashier wasn't letting us use her cart when I got there I didn't see any plus I used a box but my daughter wanted water she made that last. But the cashier was determined that we could use her cart or a co worker 's. I will not be back there is a thing called respect she didn't go the extra mile that is how you lose customers. Some nice customer seen me struggling with the box he step up and took it to my daughter 's truck. I hope the managers will do some more customer service teachings with ALL EMPLOYEES.
