Is down the road from my house 10 miles and big shopping mall has eateries it has everything you'll ever want all cons of foods all kinds of stores and shopping and their things around it to do its a little I and all day all weekend experience if you wanna spend that long. Prices are good you'll find sales you'll find friendly people you'll find help. They have bathrooms & handicap parking. They have whatever you need available to the customer.

This place is a great mall that has everything you need. There are plenty of great places to eat. There are lots of big box stores that have a variety of things available to purchase. There are also a lot of specialty shops that are very unique. It’s just a great place to shop.

Although there is always some store turnover, there is just about something for everyone in this area, from fast-casual restaurants to higher-end dining, and probably 200+ retailers in the area. I remember about 20 years ago, when my brother was in commercial real estate in Cleveland, someone would ask him where "the best" retail was in Cleveland, yet he would always answer "Polaris."

Really enjoy the "mall" atmoshere with all the various stores available and the food court. Always comfortable regardless of the outside conditions. Good place to just 'walk around' and window shop or check what's on sale.

Great shopping mall! Inside was beautiful and clean, there was a large variety of stores and shops as well as tons of restaurants surrounding the property. Even had an area where the shops extended outside where they had large outdoor games and tables to sit at. Would definitely return if in Columbus again.

If the like a very big and energetic place of commerce than this is the mall for you. There are multiple restaurants here (not including the food court inside) it's always clean. There are plenty of large stores (not the kind you'd find in a dying mall) and kiosks around the mall for smaller businesses. Overall I love this mall and almost exclusively shop at this mall over others

I tend to shop online at places where I'm familiar with the clothes fit but there was an excellent online sale at The Children's Place. I haven't shopped there in a couple years so I needed to take my son in to see how stuff would fit. We had such a great time at the mall he's asking to go back. First off, they have these cool cars that you can rent for $10 and push your toddler/preschooler around in. That REALLY helped with the fidgeting and boredom. He also loved riding the escalator, going to the Disney store, and stopping at the food court where he ordered his favorite, General Tso's chicken. This was followed by cinnamon pretzels and a frozen drink from Auntie Anne's. Of course being out with the little one involved going to the restroom. I was thankful it was fairly clean. I also noticed a sectioned off area of the women's bathroom that included a changing table, sink, and two gliders. This is perfect for mother's with babies in need of feeding and changing. There's a play area in the mall for young children, too.

The name of the mall is fashion place and it completely leans into that. The store selection largely consists of clothing and other fashion items. it is not a really great place to kill time or to shop for variety unless you're looking for a clothing or other fashion items.

Fun place to shop, lots of selections of stores and food. It's nice having cellular charging stations if you find yourself without power. The children's luxury strollers are pretty cool however. It's nice to see a mall environment still thriving in the age of Amazon home delivery. Would recommend for a day trip.

Polaris Fashion Place is one of the nicest shopping centers in Columbus. It offers a wide variety of shopping and restaurants as well. Easy access off of Interstate 71 and there's even valet parking. There are always some good sales going on at the major stores including Macy's coach of New York Von Maur Joseph Banks New York & Company Pottery Barn for kids and even Saks Fifth Avenue and if you're hungry there is so much in food variety from which to choose a hungry tummy.

Definitely the best shopping venue in Central Ohio as of this moment, great location and selection of dining and shopping opportunities. Many of the chains located here have some of their best locations located here as well. My only real complaint is this area had become ridiculously busy over the years but it's still worth a trip here now and then for the best shopping in Columbus.

Polaris is my favorite mall in the city. Definitely has an appeal that Tuttle lacks + 3 different Starbucks stores lol. Has every store you could ask for!

Lots of indoor stores, food, and some entertainment. A relatively new outdoor section as well. Everything you need for your life including a wife if you happen to be lucky enough (no, they don't sell wives here, it's just where I first met mine). Santa usually comes to town in the winter, Easter Bunny usually in the Spring. They have California Pizza Kitchen, some local hand made style stores, many booths with random things ranging from wine in bottles dipped in chocolate to neon fish tanks. Dave and Busters, Barnes and Noble, and all the classic mall stores and food court food as well as many more top notch restaurants.

Polaris is very innovative and stylish. They now have an eSports gaming set up on the second level which is very trendy and seems like a good place to put your kids while Mom shops. They also have strollers shaped like cars to keep your kids entertained while you walk around. A few stores are going out of business as of April 2019, so expect to see many new stores popping up this year.

Great Mall. Always love coming here. Just recently started going super early in the mornings to get my walks in and I love the fact that they open the main doors to the mall to allow people to do that. All the shops are in orderly fashion and the mall is always clean!

Fun place to look around. There are some very nice stores here but most are a pricey for my budget. They have a nice play area for young kids under 12 years of age. Lots of stores and restaurants located around the area as well

There's something here for everyone. I especially love the playground for the kiddos. It's a great spot to take a break in the middle of a shopping trip, especially if your child needs to get rid of some pent up energy (mine always does).

This place is well kept and super clean and tidy. The store lay out is ideal and you can always find good parking spots. The restaurants and bars in the area are really nice and well priced. Traffic is easily navigated and the store has plenty of options.

Polaris mall is a really nice place to shop. I see some new stores are going in and that is great. One of the stores that I would like to see come to Polaris is Cheryl's Cookies it's a very long drive from Marion to Tuttle Mall to get a Cheryl's cookies.

There is something for every person under one roof. It is spacious, clean and has ample parking (which can be challenging during the holidays). There is a food court and moving theatres as well. You won't be disappointed! There is even a children's play area.

My experience wasn't stellar. I traveled there to pick up a small kitchen appliance from William Sonoma. I parked outside of Saksnas there were 3 accessible parking places available and I had a knee replacement several months ago. When I left the store, the mall had closed and I had no idea how to exit without going through Saks which now had a metal gate in place. I returned to Williams Sonoma to ask and they too were locked up. I found an exit next to the elevators and wandered around the bowels of th mall following the exit signs. After climbing a flight of stairs, I finally found myself outside north of where my car was parked and I was forced to scale a very steep grassy hill to return to my car where I had left my cane as I hadn't planned on scaling either hills or stairwells. I found the will call door and followed another hallway to the Williams Sonoma door where I was met by someone who loaded up my purchase which I took home. Will call was definitely not easier in this case.

Huge mall. Something for everyone. Parking isnt bad, and is well lit. Feel very safe. Mall is always clean. Sanitation staff does a fantastic job. The selection of stores is great. I recommend this mall over all the other malls in the area.

Stopped by here yesterday while in town for my son's birthday. Nice mall full of a lot of businesses. A lot of the stores are outside of my budget, but, it's nice to see a mall thriving in today's world of online shopping. Love the food court options!

We had dinner at Moly Woo's. All was good until a fork had a piece of meal on the fork cut my lip. I called the q Waitress over and she gave a new one. But by that time the damage had been done. The food wa good but difficult to eat with a cut in mouth. I took it home to eat another day. No mention was made by our waitress of a discount or even a comment as to how my was. Not courtesy question " how is you mouth"? I guess they are afraid of being sued. I would never do that but they don't know that. Now I do have a raw place when it was cut.

Got some really great deals at the Sears closing sale. WARNING - DON'T USE A DEBIT CARD THERE! MY WIFE HAD HER CARD NUMBER STOLEN. THAT WAS THE ONLY PLACE SHE USED IT SO WE SUSPECT THAT THE CARD SWIPE MACHINE HAD A SKIMMER ON IT. Whether the temp workers at the checkout station were involved I don't know but I suspect so.

Ohio’s best indoor mall. I’ve been to almost all of them. This one is by far the best. Easton is outdoor and indoor, or is say Easton wins. Not by much though!

I grew up with this mall, I remember it being built. I like how this place has grown and developed into what it is. There is an outdoor space on one side of the mall. Traffic can be crazy at times, so plan ahead.

They have a court outside full of oversized games like chess, cornhole, and billiards. Probably the best thing about this venue, in my opinion.

The mall is going downhill fast. The patrons are rude. One security guard yelled at my preschooler for climbing in the play area and then another nearly hit him with an SUV. The retail employees chat with each other after leaving large stinking bags of trash in the elevator. The pricing signs are misplaced and the employees ring out items incorrectly. Don't shop here and particularly, don't take your kids with disabilities to this mall.

I've been to Polaris only once but it was a really nice experience. Many shops with good prices and a nice food court where you can relax and rest a little bit. The restrooms are clean and don't smell bad or of cleaning materials. The signs to the different shops are understandable and helpful.

I love the variety in this mall. Very big, its actually quite beautiful on the inside and a wide range of stores for literally all shoppers. It does it crowded especially around the holidays which isnt a surprise. I might take my best friend there when she gets home!

Great splash pad good indoor playground. Lots of good eating both attached to and near the mall. My wife and I will take the kiddos here from time to time just to blow off some steam. We especially like to do that when we need to pick up something from one of the stores like exercise equipment from Dick's or a book from Barnes and Noble. I wish we lived closer
