Not a large mall, however, there are a few good stores such as Macys and Boscvov's. I don't care for the food court. I definitely like the carpet through out the mall - that's a huge plus. It absorbs sounds of those being loud and is more comfortable for walking, I commend the mall for that.

People are very disrespectful! They have the mall security they still follow you around and make you very uncomfortable.... If their security was that good they have no necessary reason to follow you around and make you feel uncomfortable.... you're so uncomfortable you don't even want to shop!!!!!

Make a stop nearly every month when traveling 70. It's fast in and out. Customer service at local restaurants are great. Would love to visit the shopping stores, but never take the time. Traffic is easy in and out here.

I know it's not their fault but there are hardly any stores in the mall and they only have a Footlocker, American Eagle, and Garfields are the only places I would shop at...maybe Buckle again and of course Victoria's Secret just to watch the big jagnormous TV at the register with all those sexy vixens struttin their stuff!!!

We we're shopping for dress shirts to go with husband's new suits at JCPENNEY. My husband is a large man. Size 3x. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. It was hard to find the size he needed in the colors he wanted. There was a buy one get one half off. But could only find one shirt to fit him from the shelf. He found a Shack brand shirt he liked that was 60.00 but was 40% off. He also found two ties he liked. We went to the counter for them to ring us up. I about passed out when they told me it was 180.00. because we could only find one shirt for the buy one get one half off, she said the one shirt would ring up full price....60.00. I hated to do it, but I told her I didn't want the merchandise. She was polite and said she was sorry.

Everything was on a 50 % to 75% off the original price. After Christmas mark downs. They don't want to store it till next Christmas so they will sell it at rock bottom prices so they don't have to pay to skipping back to the companies that distribute that product. So go get a lot of stuff for as little bit of money. CCCCCHHARGE IT!!!! and have fun.

The place is great they have a lot of good stores such as Sam's goody, the two different game stops, boscov's, now I don't really remember this certain food place but they serve amazing smoothies oh my god with just awesome pretzels, and their comic book store new dimension comics (it has a lot of great comics btw) you should go I recommend.

This mall has gotten so much better than it was 5 years ago. There are so many new stores and even a brand new arcade that I'm sure the old and young will love. There was a time when you would walk through that place and it was like a ghost town. Now there are stores in almost every unit.

Also I dislike the constant heckling of people asking me to do a survey, Grant it that's a job they get paid for but I just never much cared for it.

This is my hometown mall, and a shopping staple in the region. Over the years stores have come and gone. At the time of this review k-mart is gone and a hotel is going up in its place. Sears just finished closing. Pat catans went under but Michaels is going in its place.. in other words, business as usual in the ohio valley.

The Ohio Valley Mall is clean, well maintained and has a variety of good stores to check out. There was recently a large arcade added and a kids play area was already in place. It is also located by a bunch of good restaurants and right up the road about 3 minutes another shopping plaza with Walmart, Kroger, Lowes, Sams club and even more nice Resturant’s. You won’t run out of places to look around and shop in or around The Ohio Valley Mall.

Great cool place to walk through on a hot humid day. Shopping in the comic book store could be better. Foul mouthed music playing and lazy cashier with head down until boss told him to pay attention makes the visit there less then the 4 stars I gave the mall.

I’m from out of state and went here on two occasions. Each time I went there I couldn’t get help renting a stroller. When I walk into our VS store at home we are always greeted. Here The workers seemee rude and they weren’t helpful. I left the mall today without purchasing anything. If customer service is that horrible I won’t put my money there!

While the mall has a decent selection. Whoever decided to install curbs around the whole backside and along rural king has to be an idiot. You decreased the amount of possible exits to the main road by at least 10 times.

Great mall to go to shop. Plenty of stores indoor ranging to all different supplies from clothes, shoes, jewelry, and hats to bath supplies, vapes, music, comics, and games. The new arcade is a great add on. The kid zone is convenient. The indoor restaurants are great and worth eating at. There are several stores around the mall and on the opposite side of interstate. Beats the highlands hands down.

Love the mall. Like that you dont have to go outside and freeze (especially this time of year) to get to any shop you want to go to. The shops are well maintained and you can basically find anything you want. Also if you go online most of the stores inside the mall offer coupons.

With the death of all malls looming overhead, Ohio Valley Mall has made many improvements to try and keep the foot traffic going despite many anchor stores leaving or going bankrupt over time. Carpeted floors, new attractions and stores. Still come here occasionally but it's just not the destination it once was. Not bad though.

Very accessible, clean, not overly crowded. If you have small children and need a stroller have cash. If there's an older dark haired, heavy set lady working the info both, RUN AWAY, She is about the RUDEST, MOST UNHELPFUL, JUST OUT RIGHT NASTY person I have ever seen working with the public. I've had the "pleasure" of dealing with her several times. The first couple, I thought maybe she's having a bad day but that is not the case... never had any other problems with any other stores or kiosks!!!

This is a fantastic mall! Over the last year I watched it grow from a mall with 1/3 of the floor space closed to a place I would spend a whole day in. Offering a wide selection of stores from your typical mall fare of clothing stores, GameStop and jewelry stores it offers so much more! Now you can enjoy a huge comic book store with friendly staff and a whole arcade. When I say arcade I mean a place with games, goofy golf and laser tag. Add a great selection in their food court and around the mall it is a good place to bring the family on a rainy day or in the winter when you get tired of being locked inside the house.

Myswell shut the doors, no decent stores and the decent one's are all at Plaza. I would still go here before The Highlands, any day. I vaguely remember when the Mall first opened, it was a really good mall but times change, sometimes this technology (as convenient as it is) makes me really miss the good old days more and more.
