The Lima Mall is still the place for social shopping or hanging out with friends in Lima. While Sears and Carson's are empty, there are still lots of options for clothes in most any budget, good snacks, and other things you expect at a mall. We enjoy the store with rustic homewares.

Enjoyed my time here. Somewhat of a strange setup-- making you have to walk through JC Penney to get to the other side of the mall, but overall had a great selection of stores and was tidy for such a smaller-sized mall. Would visit again if I'm in the Lima area.

If you've never been to the Lima mall it's different. You go through an anchor store then smaller stores then an anchor store and then smaller stores and then one that's no longer there and I believe that was beerman's department store

Its a pretty okay mall. Its not horrible but it had some pretty decent stories and was overall very clean. I was way a 7out of 10. There is betters malls and worse ones.

Decent mall with a good selection of stores that are open for business. One glaring problem though, the restrooms near Claire’s were closed. There was only one restroom marked on the map of the mall. Thankfully, there was a restroom on the third floor of Macy’s. I would hope that the mall management would make sure there’s an functioning restroom that is in an obvious and central location. It’s annoying and inconvenient to have to search for a restroom.

Dead. If Macys or JC Penney closes, it will fold. Simon has put absolutely no money into exterior or interior improvements in decades. There is no reason to shop there when you can travel for a reasonable distance to a store that is in a nice location.

This is quite a nice mail for the location. Many cities of comparable size have less exciting malls. There is a decent variety of stores and a few places to get snacks. Customer service was friendly in every store I entered.

Although it doesn't have a food store, it has pretzels and cinnamon buns. Lima Mall has every little store you could think of. In my opinion, Bath and Body Works is amazing. And Claire's, Justice, and BAM are also quite amazing.

What used to be THE place to be around here, has now turned into a ghost mall compared to what it used to be. High rent has been a major factor as well as favoritism towards specific stores has kept this place from ever recovering. American Mall 2.0

I think most would agree that the arrangement of the mall stores doesn't make sense and causes you to go far out of your way while shopping. It's a quiet mall that looks like it's always on the verge of closing. There used to be a great water fountain to sit around and throw coins in but that was removed many years ago, taking away the only appreciated sitting area in the mall. Compared to other malls, the Lima Mall doesn't compare in any way. The bathrooms often have a smell that might come from aging facilities. The stores in the Lima Mall are nothing to get excited about. I'd rather shop online than go into this dirty mall. Shameful Lima Mall.

Lima Mall. What can I say? This is a place that is either waiting to die or is dead and nobody will call it. This place looks run down. It feels run down and it is. Been going here since I was a kid & the mall had a lot more to offer then, which you wouldn't think it'd be that way. I realize a lot of people prefer to shop online these days, but people also still enjoy going to the mall, if there are businesses that make it worth the trip. We were in town visiting family yesterday & although I enjoy going to the mall there's not much worth going for anymore. Like others mentioned, the mall, including the parking lot, needs an update. Also, in now living in a bigger city, I realize the Lima Mall in fact needs a food court. The few places to grab a bite to eat are nice, but more options would be better.

Went to many of the stores in the mall came home with more than I probably should have. My son Terry and I went shopping the mall was packed already on December 1st. Then went to Fazoli's was very busy 5 minutes wait was delicious as usual. We had a great time.

Once you've been to any other mall, The Lima Mall, fails in comparison. Sometimes it's a convenience to go there, hence the 3 stars. Other times it's worth the extra time and planning to go somewhere better.

It's a mall went there one time people fighting right in the center of it. Small group of kids. Guards just watching it. But not much I can say about it. Store sizes are ok. Average with small city malls.

Lima Mall usually has what I need when it comes to attire. Now has more activities for children. Also has a few places to purchase food and snacks. Easy to locate.
