Here you will see all the opinions of real people who consume the products of Kenwood Towne Centre (Mall) in the state of Ohio.
Right now the business receives a score of 4.4 stars out of 5 and this score has been based on 5752 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is really high, and it is based on a very large number of opinions, so we can conclude that the rating is very reliable. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to set opinions when they are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Mall corresponds to the category of Shopping mall.
High end place but dont be discouraged. Sales are available In stores and they have good food.
A very enjoyable centre to go too
If you enjoy circling until a parking space frees up, especially from Black Friday through the new year, this is where you want to shop.
Best mall in the greater Cincinnati area, without question.
Very busy mall and clearly the best mall in Cincinnati. Lots of business, shopping, restaurants and scenery. The size is almost perfect as it's not super huge but not small either. If you are in the Cincinnati area I recommend coming here if you are looking for a mall to shop. The location is great. Kenwood is about 15 to 20 minutes north of downtown pending on traffic. Met some really cool and nice people here. This is the place to be.
My favorite mall of malls beautiful place to shop especially at Christmas
The only good mall left in the Cincinnati area!
Kenwood Towne Centre is one of two malls in the region I enjoy going to. Around the holidays, parking is terrible and I try to get all of my shopping finds done in one trip, but otherwise, I usually end up here 1x a month. The lego store, Torrid, Apple Store- all places we frequent. Maggiano's is my favorite Italian restaurant, and as they are there, it draws us in as well. Another favorite of mine, of course, is the Disney store. The employees are fantastic, they have regular sales, and the amount of finds in clearance are what keeps me coming back. I have purchased two princess gowns for my daughter on clearance since December, and spent 40 total, when they are normally 50 a piece. The value and quality, plus customer service make this worth going into a mall.
Loved Macy's in Kenwood!! Great supply of petites, Anderson doesn't have this.
High- end mall with many options for shopping and food. The Cheescake Factory is a must, along with the Bose store experience are highlights sprinkled with vendors that line the halls. I'm not a huge fan of malls or sweets, but if you're looking for a place to meet all of your needs in one location this is the place to visit. Whether you're from out of town or a local there's something for everyone.
Love THIS MALL.
Great place to shop. They have so many different stores. Love all the difference food place also. We pick a different one each time we go. All the small shops are great. Check them out. Had a great day there.v
nice mall with all popular brand
I really like Kenwood Towns Center. I started shopping there ever since it opened years ago. I still like to go there. The last time I was there was to the I phone center. Very nice people work there. Very helpful.
Huge Mall with a lot of name brand shops. I thought malls were a thing of the past. But this mall is thriving. It is huge, clean, and beautiful. Good signage, handicap accessible. Plenty of food and shops to entice everyone's taste. I tried the Cheesecake Factory for lunch. Wow! I wanted to stay and look around some more but ran out of time. Maybe another day. I will be back.
Nice mall. Many stores.
Love Cincy and love Kenwood mall....
Best mall in the tri-state and really the only one that is surviving. I drive 40 miles to go this mall. They have all the big names but cool boutiques too. and what great restaurant choices. You could spend hours here
Great stores..lovely place
Malls are outdated but this one seems to hold up pretty well. Tons of shops.
Rally's is definitely needed here , plus a wing stop
It's fun to go with family and chill through out the day. And it's good to walk around look at store.
Nice above-average mall. Contains Disney, Lego, See’s Candy, Nordstrom and Apple stores, plus restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory. Traffic can be horrible at Christmas.
Best mall in Cincinnati, and the only one I'll shop at anymore.
Great place to shop, if you don't feel like driving all the way to Monroe outlets. This mall has had many stores added and removed but it always been my go to mall. I would suggest arriving early for a good parking spot as it's always busy and parking can kind of hectic.
Great stores but always packed. You can’t even touch a restaurant without waiting an hour for a table
Even if you’re not a regular mall visitor, Kenwood Mall is one of those places you do want to go! I live in Dayton, where there are quite a few malls which I seldom visit....with the exception of the Greene. Kenwood although is fantastic, good layout, nice shops...plenty of them & a little something for everyone! Love it!
It is so busy even early on Weekday, that just parking and traffic can add 20 minutes to trip. But selection and stores are great.
It's a great place to go shopping taking others love the Disney store inside you can find buy the characters and bring others.
This mall is very clean, pretty, and easy to get around.
Great double decker mall with all the fancy stores in one spot. Parking can be a nightmare because ppl think they have to park close, so park far and walk. Big hangout for teenyboppers. Overrated in my opinion.
Always nice to go there
Microsoft Store has the best employees. Very helpful and answered all my "dumb" questions. Thank you!!
One of the great and thriving malls in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Love all the different shops in one place with garage parking.
Great mall! I always shop here in my trips to Cincinnati.
Lovely mall. So many stores to choose from. Great food court too.
Great shopping choices and food choices... Very clean and well cared for. Excellent mall experience
A beautiful mall. Fun to shop and browse. Great food court!
Great place to shop! The Mall has every store you can think of, the ambient is nice and the architectural design is breath taking. The polished floor, diverse food court, coffee shops and more. don't hesitate to stop by and and bring the family they will enjoy it
For sure the best shopping mall in town. Great service, good shopping and plenty of food options. Garage parking over by Macy's is great for rainy days.
This is a vast mall and town center, with a large amount of stores to shop from, supply a ton of activities. This Town Center and mall are a great way to spend a day shopping in a lovely area. Inside of the mall is a food court with multiple restaurants to satisfy the hunger of any avid shopper. This Towne Centre is a 5 star place to have a nice day.
Best Mall in Hamilton county
Great ace to spend a lot of money!
It is the only fully occupied mall around!
Bathrooms were disgusting. Food court was filthy. I was overcharged for my food at Charley's and there were two people with stolen merchandise trying to escape security when we were in the parking lot.
I shop here the most and love the atmosphere here!
Visit Lolli and Pops. The staff is amazing and the macaroons are to die for!
Love shopping there. All the best stores in one place, restaurants, etc..
Great variety of shops, food, and a nice place to walk around when you dont want to be outside.
I have visited the mall twice in the last two weeks. Each time there has been no toilet paper in the bathroom and this time I had to try ever soap dispenser before I found one with soap. This is unacceptable, the mall brings in enough money they should be able to up keep facilities. I let it go the first time it happen just thinking it was the luck of the draw but to happen a second time within a week or so that is crazy.
My best friend and I had the chicken madeira. Delicious. All the cheesecakes are incredible.
Nice, clean mall, with a good variety of the popular stores
Pretty much the only shopping mall worth going to in the city. All of the better stores have flocked to this mall. you can find all of the typical mall stores here plus some higher-end options. There are multiple dining options including a food court and nicer sit down restaurants. You can get coffee here in different locations. There are parking lots and garages and it's usually not a problem finding a parking spot unless it is around the holidays.
Very upscale area, and upscale mall. I will admit it was much fancier than I would ever go too, but it was very nice.
I enjoyed walking around the mall. I havent been to any kind of mall in years.
Love this mall. Would like more variety in stores, though
Great mall to go to. The best in Cincinnati!
Very nice mall soo many shops, very clean, and always good food at the food court
Nice mall. Tons of stores. Mall proper is spacious & very light. Felt very safe inside & outside this mall. The entry doors are marked - very helpful- but you have to look carefully, up high, to see those markers. Watch for maps just inside entrances. This is a huge 2 story mall, so be prepared to do a lot of walking. Food court is a very big, busy place. Not the most comfortable chairs but lots of food choices. Has stand alone restaurants too. I can recommend Red Robin Restaurant, near Macy’s, just inside Entry 7. Really like this Mall!!
One of the only great malls left in the area with an extensive catalog of shops that offer most anything someone could want to buy at a mall and then some
One of the last great malls. It shows that people still want to go out and shop. It's elegant with many high end stores. It's a great retail experience. So good to see a large group of diverse people walking around under one big roof.
Busy place with good stores. Parking lot adjustments really have helped with traffic even though they're a bit annoying. Definitely recommend going here if they have what you're looking for...but if you live closer to a different store go there simply because this place is always crazy busy!!!
One of my favorite malls in the area—always clean and spacious, lots of things to check out. Can get really busy though, and parking is sometimes a nightmare. Watch your wallet or you’ll end up buying more than you bargained for!
The home of all the brands no one else in Cincinnati carries. Love this place!
Went to some shoes for my sis great selection she didn't like anything tho she so picky
Beautiful upscale mall in Kenwood, OH. Best indoor mall in Cincinnati (just about the only indoor mall left in Cincinnati). Clean, safe, and plenty of restaurants. Parking is plentiful during most of the year; can be challenging during the holiday season.
Great for shopping indoors and bad weather. Good variety of stores
Omg whats up with solicitors in the front.... i get i give you a dollar or to bit when you ask me to solicit on your behalf thats a next level....
Great location! Lots of shops
It's the last mall that's going strong, take your kids show them what mall was before that are all gone in our area! Great place it has great places to eat to!
Lively mall with a lot of shops and restaurants. Food court is a little cluttered, but it's one of the better malls in the area.
Love the place. This mall is huge. But you can get a good work out walking around the mall. Lol..
This was a really nice mall. This was the first time my wife and I went there it was right off of 71 south in Cincinnati
Great place to go with many popular shops and department stores
Has a louis vuitton store
Very nice mall. Wide selection of stores and it’s very updated and clean. They could use a couple more options In their food court because I feel like the options are limited. But there’s a good selection of downscale and upscale stores here.
Red Robin! Ate a delicious Pepper bacon burger w/red onion. The spicy wings is on tap boneless or bone-in.
I was as able to shop a couple of my favorite stores, also grab soft pretzels and Icees for the kids
I enjoy going here I did their virtual reality thing that they have there and that was a lot of fun and I plan on going back and doing it again
Nice mall, there is a lady who sets up near the food court by the escalator. She sells homemade soaps and lotion. I absolutely love her products. The black soap is wonderful for my face (it isn't African black soap which is a miracle unto itself, but her own recipe) and I really like the lavender lemongrass, her soaps leave the skin feeling cleansed and soft without the feeling of a film residue like commercial soaps do. I will continue using her products. She also sells at a few local farmers market.
The parking situation at Kenwood Towne Centre is always hectic but the mall itself is clean, organized, and not overly stimulating.
Nice upscale mall. Some rude people go there.
I have to give credit to Kenwood. They are trying to keep things fresh. With brick and mortar malls failing rapidly due to the ease of online shopping they are doing a lot to bring you back in.
Great place early morning for a walk with our grand daughters! Stores open at 10 am.
Apple store was jam packed. Staff was very helpful. But Glad I don't go there very often.
The only busy mall that's still standing firm in Cincinnati compared to the other three
Love to shop here! And hang out sometimes. Good place to shop!
Went to the Apple Store because my phone was not ringing. The guy changed all kinds of settings without explaining anything. I have had many strokes and could not keep up with what he was doing. I do know he said when we were leaving if I had any more problems with it bring it back and they would switch it out. Came the next week because it still wasn’t ringing. This time the guy spent an hour with me explaining everything he did. He was very patient. Well I will be darned if it didn’t stop it’s ringing again today. That’s why only 1 star because I have been in to that store 4 times for the same problem!
Our back to school shopping experience was good. We enjoyed our visit.
Went to The Walking Company, See's, and The Cheesecake Factory on this trip. At all locations, the staff were warm , friendly, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with Kasey at The Walking Company. She helped me a year ago and still remembered me.
A great shopping center!
Great place to shop and great selection of products
Nice stores. Helpful staff
Dont go if you dont need to. Its so darn crowded. Especially around the holidays.
It’s only the best mall in the city of cincinnati.
Nice place and good shopping to enjoy your time.
Lots of different stores, not too crowded.
I really do love this mall but the traffic, driving through the parking lot, and finding a place to park is horrendous. The Chipotle at this location is awesome though and they gave decent portions!
I've been attending to kenwood mall they have the several clothing stores i am looking for in one place! So i don't have to make few stop to get what i am looking for!
I love going to this shopping center when going to a mall. You can find stores here, that aren't in other shopping malls, and everyone is always so friendly. Stores are easy to locate with their maps posted frequently throughout the mall, and is accessible for wheelchair use. I promise you, if you go to this mall, all other malls will seem dull in comparison. There's no other mall like this one, anywhere near this one. Also a great place to go on Black Friday. There are great deals every day but on Black Friday you will find some unbelievable steals!
Awesome atmosphere. Endless stores and neat finds. Wallet retires much faster than my feet, but feet a close second. Although if you're blessed you can find bargains here on occasion.
Very nice place clean alot of job opportunities would be a good neighborhood to live in terms of that regard
Busiest mall I've been to since living in Tampa, Florida, although I was there a week before Christmas. Nice layout, and even has a Lush! Also has more expensive brand shops, which was surprising to see here but a good sign the mall is thriving. Feels like the good ole 2000's again, food court was full and everything. I really like this mall. There are a lot of annoying teenage boys though that'll mock you right behind your back until you turn around and tell them to go screw off somewhere. A lot of entitled middle class ladies. A surprising lack of mall goths. I generally get treated better when I dress nicer, such as in my furs, but I suppose that will occur anywhere. Overall good and interesting shop selection and I didn't see a single empty shop. It wasn't dead like the majority of malls these days and rather seems thriving. Minimalistic design is apparently "in", and most of their furniture shops and store windows are thus styled in this way. Also, the Apple store is horrifying. Just crowds of people standing around empty tables on their phones or playing with the display phones on the tables. We're we to experience a zombie apocalypse, I would not be around the Apple store.
Descent sized mall with a lot of interesting shops in it.
yes it use to be the a nice mall but now they have , these people that sales very cheap stuff,in between the stores, this is the down fall ,just like northgate and tricounty malls, these people yell, scream at you wanting you. very rude, good luck also with the out of control welfare people that comes there.
Big mall full of high end retail. Great space and super big. I don't recommend going during their busy hours though because it's a pain to walk. Food court is also nice and big and has good options.
Great stores. Great food. Great location. Every mall should be like Kenwood Mall, they would thrive just as well as it does.
Good things to buy
This is the absolute best place to go for your shopping needs! This mall is huge, modern and adequately priced! You can find your high end stores your medium in stores and everything in between here and it also boasts a big food court with so many food options! what are you looking for clothes or shoes or furniture or household utensils, check this place out and you will not be disappointed!
Good mall with typical mall food court but great restaurants all around. Always clean.
Nice shopping mall. Good food court, plenty of parking and nice restaurants
Great Mall.....Love the Cheesecake Factory. I highly recommend this Mall.
Ate at the Cheesecake Factory there. Food and service was excellent
Best mall in this area for shopping!
This is the best mall in the area. Lots of options for clothes shoes restaurants and furniture. Will return if given the opportunity
This mall is great but always packed. You’ll have to park pretty far away. Prepare for a good walk
This place is always fun but I never get anything because the prices are high. That being said, they have an ice cream place that rolls the ice cream and puts it in cups and it's always amazing. It's actually the main reason I go. That and Aroma Sushi.
Fun mall. Clean. Cool stores. Great food choices
Great service & fun, ecviting place to eat.
Parking is awful by the Cheesecake Factory & stores on that side of the mall.
High end stores, easy access. Great place to shop.
Nice area very busy an super pretty. Was at the cheese cake factory. It's DELICIOUS
This mall is always crowded. It pretty much looks the same as it did 30 years ago, but that is part of the appeal. It is a classic mall with a great feel.
Very big mall with a variety of big name stores. You can find just about whatever you want in a shopping trip here. Type of business here is home decor, clothes, underwear, candles/lotion, candy, Disney store, novelty shops, Apple store, William Sonoma, health and beauty, and jewelry. There are a bunch of kiosks strewn throughout that are either snacks, drinks, or some item a pushy salesperson is trying to convince you that you need (you don't). Only downside is during the weekend there are like REALLY rowdy/loud teenagers. Like they are always so freaking loud. Your friend is right next to you, why are you shouting.
I hate malls! Only went for a specific item and then left. Too busy, parking was hard to find, just miserable on many levels.
Great for shopping along with good food at the food court!
Shopped at Vera Bradley store and Godiva Chocolates.
Definitely the best mall in the area
If you have money to spend and want a high end experience which mixes chain and boutique shopping look no further. Not for those on a fixed budget.
One of my favorite places to shop
Always a great experience. Lots of convenient parking and fun shops.
I love window shopping but I usually ended up SHOPPING :D
We went to eat at Maggianos after our trip to see the Cincinnati Reds. It service was great and so was the food.
Great mall great food court and lots of store's and great restaurants
Mostly the best mall area in the Cincinnati/outskirts area. Macy's here has some good deals most of the time. The restaurants are all standard chain stuff so if you like your high fructose corn syrup to go with your credit card debt, this is the place for you. There are just way too many kids here but that's expected. The kids love to wear torn jeans here and I feel like Nirvana is happening all over again from the 90's - the kids look like a polished version of Kurt Cobain with a selfie stick along with 1.5 million Instagram followers calling them fugly. Don't be upset if you're the only man in the lingerie store; clearly the men haven't tried female underwear before or even understand the cozy feeling of juxtaposed lace and satin on tender genitals.
It was fun and lots of places. So much to do that I kept getting lost! There were lots of stores, a lot more than in any other mall I have gone to. There are a lot of nice stores and anything you want there you can get pretty much. It was a little hard to find my way around but I think that was mostly because I get lost easily and I had never been there before now.
They have awesome men's suits and bowties in different colors
Cashier at Buckle forgot to take the ink security tag off of my jeans. How do you forget that? The alarm was going off when I left today, so they checked my bag and still failed to see the security tag I guess. I could have walked out without paying for anything and these stupid girls wouldn't even notice. Kind of hard for us people with day jobs to go all the way back to the mall on a week day to take care of ridiculous mistakes like this.
Centre was very nice and clean. A person in a Ford explorer door dinged the hell out of my car, taking a large chunk of paint out. Then can't even have the decency to let us know about it. Great Ohio folks here!
Not just a beautiful shopping and gathering place for the younger set but the older set too. Packed on Saturdays as a good Mall should be. Okay, well maybe I shouldn't say packed, you do have room to move around.
A shopping mall with good ambience. Well maintained, good facility and helpful staff. Shops selling ele tronic items, mobiles, computers, branded readymade garments, children's wear, ladies items, purses, travel accessories and variety of items. Good food court selling cakes, pastries and eatables of choice. Good place to visit.
To me, this mall represents what all malls used to be like 25 years ago. Tons of people, every shop packed with people, and almost exciting to be at (even if 25 years of inflation makes everything that much more overpriced) Have to knock a star off though, for the very poor parking conditions. They really should have thought out the parking lot better. It's literally a maze. Save yourself time and park behind Macy's in the garage.
If you want to go to a nice, sparkling clean mall, this is your place. If you want to go to a shopping center that is even kind of affordable to the average "middle class" customer, look elsewhere...
It's a great place to go you can find everything you could want if I'm there.
Ugh! The parking lot is a nightmare getting in , out, and finding a parking space! A lot of effort, and I walked out empty handed... except for Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory!
This is a great inside mall. Probably the nicest in town. Most major department stores including Macy's and Nordstrom. Lots of boutique stores and the usual actors. There is a side attachment that has an LL bean, crate in barrel, Z gallery, and Mitchell's day spa.
Love this mall so organized and the new store Akira is amazing love their selection of clothes
Great place to shop and get your 10,000 steps per day!
Great mall! Classy with lots of restaurants and stores. Kenwood always been pretty awesome.
Chick fil a is good and so are the stores except art of shaving
Our favorite mall. The stores come and go faster than they used to but they keep most of the shops occupied. Most brands here are higher priced options but some inexpensive fashion stores are here too.
8 at Marciano's it was great
Was fun lots good stores
Love.this mall it is always exciting to see all the new store and so many people walking around. Kenwood Mall is a great place for teens to enjoy and older adults too! Don't forget to visit the Disney Store, Lego store and Build a Bear.
Great food4a mall&stores were freindly but not pushy
Really, the best mall in Cincinnati. They have a tremendous variety of stores and restaurants and plenty of parking. When you say the mall, you mean Kenwood mall
Had all the stores I like. No children's place though.
