This mall has become so boring since they lost Disney store, and the puppy store! They seem to have nothing more than tons of food places and clothing shops...whoopie! The only things left worth going here for are the Black Rock (which is expensive but delicious), the Theater, and Game Stop. This mall has become very qued into the preppies who love to buy for themselves! Malls used to be all about family time, even their childrens play area is a joke! I'd rather drive back to Michigan for great malls or even Frankenmuth for a truly fun experience! This one is horribly boring!

I don't spend much time in the mall, but I do go to the restaurant, BD's Mongolian Grill, that is on the outside of the mall between Macy's and Dick's. I recommend it to everyone, I've been going there for years and never been disappointed. I do stop in the mall when I'm early for BD's and I really liked the discount section on the second floor of Macy's.

if I could give zero stars I would. The female security guard with brown hair and about 5’4” stops me and asks for my ID. But let a group of teenage boys walk past. Anyways I get my ID out and hand it to her which I didn’t have to do because security guards are NOT actual law enforcement. She doesn’t even look at it. She then gets her tiny note pad, and crayon out and starts writing something down, maybe what I look like, not sure whatever.. then 3 men security guards escort me out as as I proved I was 18 to the woman, didn’t matter I guess. I drove an hour to go shopping on non tax day to have to leave for being of age. Not sure if she knows how to do math but in the mists of being escorted out I was too mad to even say something. Anyways good mall terrible security I feel for that woman she was probably having a bad week from not passing the police academy:/

Hadn't been to the mall in quite a while but had to get my glasses fixed. I felt very unsafe the day I went. Guys were yelling, drawing a crowd about to fight. Cops and security just watched. Definitely not a safe place. I wouldn't go there alone.

This may be small in size compared to other malls. Accessibility is well designed. But some popular brands/stores are missing such as Nike. Food outlets quality is good for snacks or a meal while shopping. And all the big stores are connecting which is a good thing.

I went shopping at J C Penney's today. I love to look on the clearence racks. I did get a real nice Alfred Dunner shirt for $10.79. It was 80% off. The shirt was orginally $54.00. If you like to shop cheaply go to the clearence racks at J C Penney's.

The mall has a policy that does not permit anyone under 18 in the building without supervision on Fridays and Saturdays. My daughter who is a responsible 17 year old went in with a pocket full of cash and was refused entry. I also will not be spending my money there in the future. Discrimination comes in all types... instead of punishing people that cause problems; they've decided to block a whole demographic.

Has all the stores that you would find in a mall. Nice and clean. Although the restrooms are not that clean. May be the cleaning was due when I used the facilities. Has some covered parking which is nice. Having Cinemark is nice. If you are new to the area you must know a very important policy at the mall which is "All visitors age 17 and under must be accompanied at all times by a parent or supervising adult age 21 or older on Fridays and Saturdays after 4 pm."

Cool to walk around and look at things. Only a few select stores I can go into and not blow a ton of money for things you can find cheeper elsewhere. They also have a new policy after 4pm if your under 18 mist be accompanied by an adult this includes the movie theater part.

This is a nice small right in the downtown of Toledo I would definitely recommend it this a good selection of stores and a good selection of food in the food court and the cinema

Franklin park mall, i go to every once in awhile just to look at the stuff in shop. I very rarely purchase things due to everything being "overpriced" in my personal opinion. But the food court is nice and lively with a built in fireplace. The theatre is abit mediocre I'd say though compared to the theatre i go to in Michigan with reclining chairs. But in general its a good walk around experience

I hadn't been in this mall for sometime. I was surprised to see many stores have left and are borded up. If i had to guess why, its probably a combination of Amazon and the mall having physical altercations over the last several years. There used to be North Towne Sq, Southwyck, Woodville, and Fallen Timbers... Now its just Fallen Timbers and Franklin Park. Malls are definitely going extinct. This will be the last to go if it does go. It does still have some nice stores and if you go during the day on the weekends its always been a family safe environment. I just wouldn't take my kids there later in the day especially on a weekend. In my early 20s i worked several jobs in that mall and saw my fair share of fights break out... Hence the police station on premise.

imagine closing the mall to teenagers at 4 pm on fridays? you’d get so much more money if you got rid of that rule or at least let 16 be the cutoff. i bought tickets to see a movie with my boyfriend, got all excited, only to find out that we couldn’t be there at 4:25 in the afternoon alone. if i can drive a car, i think i can be in a mall without my parent attached to my hip. if i can get a job, i should be able to go to the mall with my friends without my dad 2 feet away from me. but whatever. make less money i guess. just saying, teens are your biggest demographic. horrible business move. at least this time when i got stopped, i didn’t get forced to walk in the pouring rain and darkness, alone with my boyfriend, all the way around to Dick’s INSTEAD of just getting escorted to Dick’s by a security guard INSIDE. Lol.

It's nice that you can choose from a wide variety of restaurants within the mall or several on the exterior or nearby. There is within the malls parking lot a mini amusement park area with several rides, slides and vendors.

Had a great experience visiting this mall, found it to be clean and well-maintained, really nothing to complain about here! Everything is on one floor, which makes for a bit easier layout to remember and navigate. Has a cool fountain and fake palm trees in there as well, great touches.

I feel like i’m always being watched to be doing something bad just because i’m a teen. I do love to shop here i just wish it was more teen friendly. Lots of nice shops and food though.

Was at the mall only to go to the apple store. I was comfortable, parking was quite easy. Restrooms were very nice. I had to walk through the food court, which was clean and comfortable- looking. I went back a few days later to eat at the food court. There is a sign that young people can only be in the mall with an adult. That made me much more comfortable to be there than I had been when I was there before years ago. I hate to shop, but will not avoid going there as I have in the past.

There is a new "law" in the mall now. People under 18 can't be alone passed 6pm. It is safe there, don't worry. Many shops with great quality items. Food is also really good with reasonable prices. There are even lots of tables you can sit at. The theater is on the upper level where you can watch movies. Also good prices with the latest movies.

Few shopping malls are what they were back in the day, and Franklin Park is no exception. I have fond memories of a place that was a destination and an experience, a place that combined the best parts of a street fair and a shopping center. Now it's sterile and monotonous, mostly clothing stores and the few new and interesting places seek to have their own entrances so you can get to them without having to enter the mall.

Hopefully this place lasts a few more years. Pretty scary everytime I go in and see another store closing. Aside from that it's a nice well kept mall. There's a lot to do and eat. Hopefully they can reinvent themselves to remain relevant after stores start closing due to online shopping. Thinking more service industry and less retail. Like a central location for all kinds of restaurants.

Much to see and many events and places of the mall were setup for visitors to have a unique seasonal experience. Any shop you would desire from electronics, boardgames, lingerie, and food. Great Lebanese restaurant too -- serves Turkish coffee!!

It's not a bad building or location but there's been a recent policy enforced that bans anyone under 18 from being inside the mall without a parent or guardian. I understand this rule in theory but guards have kicked me out in the middle of winter because I forgot my ID and I was not allowed to wait inside for my parent to pick me up. And now they are enforcing this rule in the movie theatre too. I wanted to take my brother to see detective Pikachu as a congratulations for getting good grades in his first year of high school but we had to call my dad and make him sit through the movie with us because of this new policy. I can conceptualize the rule as being helpful in most areas of the mall but the movie theatre? It's ridiculous. I think it says a lot about the mall that this new rule can be so easily enforced yet whatever problem this rule was created to combat was somehow out of the guards' hands. Let teenagers go to a movie for goodness sake.

After over 20 years of being a customer at this mall, I’m done. Being racially profiled, discriminated against, falsely accused of stealing and then treated poorly by mall staff after reporting it was the last straw for me. I’ve had issues with individual stores for different reasons in the past and the lack of action by mall owners/management always bothered me. It seems they rarely hold their tenants accountable for their deplorable actions and policies are not constructed in a manner that supports patronage or encourages an enjoyable shopping experience. I’ve never seen a business self-sabotage itself so effectively.

If I could mark this mall to no stars I would. Workers and shoppers are rude and mean. H&M is terrible. I took my roommate to the mall so she could shop at H&M. I was not buying anything because I did not have money to spend. I was looking around and I came across a cute dress. Not knowing it was plus size. A H&M worker comes over and says, excuse me do you need help. You know you are looking at plus sizes. HOW RUDE. What if I was shopping for someone who is plus size. I then tell her I am not buying anything and that I am with my friend as she shops. The worker then walks away and tells all the other workers that I am just looking around. They all begin to follow me around the store. I felt attacked. Another time I brought a medium size group of friends to the mall to take pictures in front of the waterfall. A female cop began to give us the hardest time about taking pictures while saying rude things to my group. I wish I would have recorded her. I get that Toledo is high in sex-trafficking but that gives NO ONE the right to be rude and nasty to people. No wonder why everyone talks hate about Franklin Park Mall.

Ive been to many malls and while Franklin park is one of the smaller ones, there is alot that can be done while youre there. Interested in tech? There is an apple store. Are you an edgy goth? Hot topic and Spencer's. Are you the opposite of an edgy goth? Claires is still a thing. If you want it, you can find it. Unless its the disney store. Rip.

Raising rent, forcing out stores that made the mall fun to visit. The Disney store is leaving in June due to the rent hike. There was human feces on the bathroom floor in the food court. If they’re going to raise rent, they could at least spend a little more money on cleaning staff. Pottery Barn is pretty much gone, Payless leaving. I get that things change, but a mall isn’t a mall without good stores.

Visited Lens Crafters and Kay Jewelers. Quick stops to get glasses adjusted and get rings corrected. Both we taken care of in a matter of minutes. In and out in about 20 minutes. Great place to shop during the week.

Went into the new Market in the Mall. Has over 30 vendors. There is a hot sauce vendor that had a selection I only saw once. They have alot of homemade neat stuff. Got about 10 hot sauces I had never seen before.
