Steubenville isn't a ghost town quite yet but such an empty mall is eerie. Surprised that there were two police officers - not much of a selection at the mall to shoplift.

Tough place to walk into anymore if you're not there specifically for JCPenney, GameStop or AT&T. I've noticed they're currently laying new carpeting and other fixes. Looking forward to where they go with it from here.

The only reason I went to this mall was to go to Pennys and Game Stop both for my son. The mall was empty. There are no stores and the floors are so warped it is like you are hiking instead of shopping.

They hold nice events, but there are just so few stores and the floor and parking lot is horrible. Full of dips and potholes. I just wish I could have been alive to see it in its hay day, when it was actually an attraction!

Empty shell of what used to be a mall. Carpet is gross, bathrooms are gross. Within the past year it has catered to 100 teens running around like children (not shopping, just loitering) and at least 3 to 5 well known creeps that follow women around the mall. I would like to see the mall come back because in its hayday it was a nice place to shop. Beautiful fountain in the center, tons of stores. It was something to see.

Parking lot is terrible and need to be repaired some of the pot holes in that parking lot could do a lot of damage to someone's vehicle, the mall it self has potential, it just needs some work and the right people to run it and attract some businesses to occupy it, other than that it is a safe place to visit

Pitiful excuse for a mall anymore. Hardly ever visit the stores. Mainly go there to eat once in a while at The "Ville". Good food. Reasonable prices. Travel to Robinson or St.Clairsville to shop at a mall.

We ate at the Ville which is inside the mall.They had good food. Unfortunately a lot of stores inside the mall we're no longer in business. Very quiet place for late afternoon on a Monday.

The rent is so high, a lot of stores have left over the years. It's very sad as I grew up coming here with my family to browse and shop. Plus, the floors have decayed and need to be leveled again. I'm hoping more stores will come to fill in the empty spaces we have left here. As of now, though, it's near barren. Good place to walk around and exercise though, so there's an upside at least.

Not many stores left. Most of the stores are expensive. I like the Gamestop and Bath and Body works and the center counters and of course the ville. All in all it is nice just not much left

Unfortunately this mall has been going down hill due to the number of stores that have closed. Its usually not very busy but you can still visit and I hope you do. Theres not much to to in this area so I hope the mall can stay open for local kids to be able to still have somewhere to hangout while at the movies etc.

The fort Steuben Mall is a mere shadow of what it used to be. Back in the 70s even 80s it was packed full of stores and always had lots of people shopping here. I think because online shopping has become so popular in this malls condition has really deteriorated over the years and has a handful of stores left it kind of gives you that ghost town feeling walking through.

I want to give it 5 stars because I want people to visit and spend money there so it can be what it once was. It is usually pretty empty when I have been there recently. A lot of the stores are closed. I wish it could be revived! It could be a really nice mall!

A very sad mall. This place no longer has many stores. In fact their are only a few I can think that are still there. Macy's, JCpenny, Bath and Body, and AT&T. If you're looking for a good place to shop, it is best to to else where such as robinson mall.

The 3 biggest attractions at the mall now are the Theater, Wal-Mart, and Game Arcade. So many store have closed Radio Shack, Macy's, Sear's, Payless Shoe's, just to name a few. The businesses left are nice, but it is no longer a place to spend the day going from shop to shop. And of course this is just my opinion.

The parking lot and roadways are a mine field of craters deep enough, an plentiful enough, to cause serious damage to a vehicle. then add to it everyone trying to avoid the potholes and you have a bumper car arena. The mall itself lacks good shopping choices. I'll drive to Weirton or Pittsburgh from now on. Gave it one star Since there isnt a negative star rating .

Total ghost town. Easter bunny was only there till 6pm on a Wednesday night, we got there at 5 after. Ended up driving to Robinson like we should have in the first place. Parking lot is a minefield.

Not a whole lot here anymore, it use to the place to go about 20 years ago but since then the majority of the store have pulled out. If you decide to checkout make sure your step, the ground has begun to settle under the mall resulting in some unattentional ramps in your walk thru the mall.

Mall management, thanks for leaving the note on my truck door about parking in your nearly ghost towned parking lot. It's not like me or the other driver where taking up space since we had no trailers atrached. I guess truck drivers are not allowed to need to shop and enjoy themselves on their time off. Never mind the fact that I spend hundreds of dollars in your garbage mall, or put money into your failing movie theater. What a giant fail on your part.

This is currently my favorite mall. They have everything including a Walmart with equipped Subway. There is a tool store right down the hill from there. I have no complaints and highly recommend going here if you are actually looking to have a good time and get stuff done.

This mall was once a wonderful place to shop and just socially hang out. Now it is not even a shadow of its former self. A once beautiful public center has become virtually an abandoned ghost town. With only a few shops, some offices and practically dangerous uneven floors, I don't recommend it. They need to revitalize, reinvent, and renew.

This mall is empty, the store around the outside are just about all there is to the building. There was not much in terms of shopping available. There was a restaurant inside. That's as far as food goes that I saw. Hope it turns around, Indoor malls are great to shop at.

Theater's a mess it's our mall when we would go shopping we would drive by to see the markee. Now you can't how stupid this is.there costing there self loss of many people.now I just go home.
