This mall has been through its ups and downs. When I was kid this mall was the place. Then it went down hill and basically non existent through my teens, I'm 27. Now though the mall has found a nice balance and still is trying to grow. Monroe is defiently experiencing a revamp and is getting more interesting. This mall doesn't have the most things to offer but it's got a few odds and ends. Its perfect for a little Saturday of doing something if you dont have nothing else to do.

The Monroe mall has a couple of restaurants. It has added the chang store Rose's. Other than that the other big store in size and name is Belks. There are a several empty spaces where stores have left. Which is a shame and has effected the foot traffic. This mall does allow for walkers a hour before stores open. Which is a nice safe place for that. There is a security guard on hand when the doors are open. Unless you use the few stores that have a restrooms The malls is down a long hall way and at times can be to far away. But it does have some smaller stores worth checking out.Plus Also there are spaces where you can sit to get out of the summer heat.

Not a bad place. Kinda smaller than what you would think of when thinking about a mall. Not to crowded specially the during week. They could benefit from putting acouple new stores in and maybe something fun for kids of all ages. My son used to go to the play place in there but is getting to big to enjoy it now.

1 star for Belk and 1 star for Bath & Body. The rest of the mall needs an overhaul, seriously. The anchor store is Belk & Roses (1960 atmosphere inside Roses.) Spend the extra gas money and go to SouthPark for the real Mall experience and for quality goods. Sorry, but it’s true.

Currently 2 anchor stores are leaving. There are not a lot of stored inside. There is only one restaurant in the food court area. The mall is nicely remodeled and clean, just a lot of vacancies.

I bought the latest Xbox and talked to the counter person about getting the latest greatest game they had to offer for my brand new system. The man at the counter convinced me buying a used game would be just as good. When I finally got to play my system I realize the game was an older game and not something that could really be experienced with a brand new Xbox. I told him I wanted to buy anything that was the greatest game out right now. He led me down the road 2 something I didn't want. I bought my new game on the Xbox Live store that I really wanted.

Small local mall for basic shopping needs. Stores do not stay for long in mall except for your traditional OG stores who have been there forever. Great for a morning jog and weekend shopping. Beautiful holiday decorations and events as well.

Not a fan. This mall needs stores. Stores that people go to. People are correct in saying this mall used to be great. Sears and JC Penney may have been anchors but I never shopped there. I've been preaching about renovations to this place for a long time now. A Dave and buster's is an idea of where to start. Right now it's old folks doing laps.

It's okay to visit if you live near it, I guess. I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to visit this place though. Not a whole lot of stores really left in it since JC Penney and Sears shut down. They do have a decently sized Belk remaining at least. It has a GameStop and overall the mall is clean. Personally I'd rather go to a mall with more variety if I were to go out shopping.

It's an under serviced mall with minimal offerings. For a place so uncrowded, lines at the "food court" were slow and I decided to continue on my way rather than continue waiting for the fast food that would take half as long anywhere else. Most stores are fairly average mall fair without anything outstanding to anchor and bring a crowd.

Monroe Crossings is a shopping mall located on 74 in Monroe. It's a smaller shopping mall, but has very functional stores. It includes a Belks, Jcpenney, Bath and Body Works, Shoe Department, Joann's, Rose's, and many more stores. There is a small food court located in the center of the mall. The food court includes a Chickfila. At Christmas time, there a Santa Clause set up in front of the Jcpenney store and a set up for pictures with Santa. There is also a picture area set up at Easter to get pictures made with the Easter bunny. This mall holds a small town shopping center vibe, but is still a great place to find deals. Belks has a large selection of Women's clothing. They carry a small collection of vineyard vines clothing for both men and women. Belks has a large purse section carrying Michael Kors, Kate Spade, and Coach purses and wallets. Belks also has a good selection of children's clothing ranging from infants all the way up to juniors. Belks is a great store to find something for the entire family. Along with clothing, they also carry shoes, kitchen essentials, home decor, bedding, and luggage. They also have a great selection of Christmas decorations. If you're looking for a good place to go Black Friday shopping, Belks is great place to go. They always have great deals and it's a one stop shopping trip. I would highly recommend a Belks shopping card to get better deals and a percentage off every purchase.

A lot of stores have closed or are closing. It's really not a bad mall but it needs an injection of more stores to be more viable. I do always see security doing rounds which is nice and it is kept clean from my experience.

The mall is basically dead. The Belk, however, is nice. No need to make a special trip here unless this is your closest destination for Belk or you're looking for somewhere indoor to walk, as the inside of the mall itself is decent.

This mall has struggled over the years but they are still hanging on. The rumor is that Belk could be leaving and J.C. Penny already left this mall. It still has a Chick fli-a in the mall that has really good food and service. There is a Bath and Body Works that does good business. The stores have some things that you can't find around Monroe. They have some other things that will surprise you. There is a small theater that the Mall has given to a local theater group free of charge.This Mall is not a perfect but has the potential to be a place to go.

I went to Monroe Crossing Mall late this afternoon mainly and mostly to walk. The mall was clean and orderly for the most part. This mall is a decent place to walk and shop and I was able to get my 60 minute walk in with no problem.
