I really enjoy this shopping center. It is so well laid out with plenty of parking space and all my favorite shops and restaurants. It's like being in your own little community. Very lively and bright with sidewalks and crosswalks. The Mayfaire is my go to for shopping, relaxing and overall great getaway in Wilmington. I even spend the night and make a weekend of it.

A lot a lot a lot of stores here. Great place to stop for clothes, books, dinner, a movie, a bottle of wine, some doughnuts...you get the idea. Parking on the main drags can be dicey and it's usually all taken anyway, but there are several larger parking lots and nothing here is too far away to walk.

Tons of nice shops. Set up very well gives you a very nice feeling just being there. Almost like it's own little town. There's a movie theater, plenty of restaurants options. It's definitely a place you could take family visiting for a day and stay busy. My wife and I go to the fox and hound restaurant alot I like the nachos myself.

Great shopping area had just about anything the ladies in your family could ever want. Men make sure your cell phone is charged completely. You will need it! Most store we entered did have an area to sit and wait for your lady to complete her shopping expedition. The wife was pretty excited about some of the deals she found. All stores were clean and welcoming by the staff on duty. Great place for guys to earn some brownie points with their ladies by letting them shop.

Beautiful outdoor mall/shopping center. Very nice, easy to navigate. The only HUGE drawback is that parking is sparse. Definitely give give yourself plenty of time to walk, it's rare that you'll find a parking spot very close to the smaller specialty stores, but the large box stores have ample parking.

Mayfaire was an excellent location to host the travelling Vietnam Memorial Wall that recently visited Wilmington; Some great pics show the Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle escort for the arrival of the special dedicated Wall (replica of the original). Mayfaire erected and displayed our National Colors over the Wall and provided light at night so visitors could come visit 24/7. There was a great turn-out to pay respect for all the VN warriors lost in battle and for this solemn occasion to remember the MIA. Besides events held here, you can make a day of shopping, eating, and take-in a movie or enjoy the sports bar. Get your best burger and fries at Five Guys. Enjoy some sushi, Italian food, juice bar, donuts, favorite sandwiches, or many other choices. Spend hours looking for books, home decor, chic clothing, kids brand clothing, and many brand name stores. Benches are nearby if you need to rest your feet. Pet friendly area.

Newly constructed town center. Everything you could ever need can be found here. Grocery shopping, Starbucks, multiple restaurants, gym, multiplex cinema, banks etc. Additionally condominiums are constructed right in the town. Nice place to walk around and very convenient.

Traffic has gotten better educated for some odd reason. People seem to know how to handle a 4 way stop. They didn't use to. Went to charity sale at Belks. Got there at opening. Got a gift card worth $100. I bought a blender and had money left over. Also had a doughnut. Left happy.

Visiting Mayfaire Town Center is like stepping onto the set of a movie. The streets are perfectly designed and the shops are varied and upscale. The entire area is always clean and well landscaped. You can spend an entire day just walking around and shopping. The theater is top notch and the restaurants are all excellent choices. At Christmastime it's all lit up and decorated and you can hear holiday music playing throughout. One of my favorite areas.

This a nice place in Wilmington to walk around and get a little shopping done. There is a great movie theatre here, some national shopping stores, and some good places to eat. It earns a 4 star from me based solely on the limited shopping it offers. It is small compared to most larger cities although they are beginning to build more stores in this area. As it grows I will update. A huge plus in the summer is the lawn parties it has with live music on Friday evenings!

I was visiting Myrtle Beach and decided to take a roadtrip to Wilmington NC. The closest New York & Co. is located in the Mayfaire Town Center and the plaza itself is gorgeous. My shopping experience at NY&Co was amazing and all the employees made me feel quite welcomed. I strolled around Mayfaire and visited a few other stores while in Wilmington and this plaza has it all! You will find great food, great shopping, great people, and have an overall great time! I am planning my next trip and hope that some of my friends can tag along.

Came up to Wilmington for a birth certificate and we decided to head over here for the theater. The movie theater prices were very expensive and the popcorn was cold. We shopped at Belk, Lane Bryant and later ate at the fox and hound before we left for the day. Real nice little place, would be great to walk around on a cool day.

We went there to view the traveling Vietnam War Memorial. It is a very overwhelming experience. Seeing the names of the casualties was a very somber time. I encourage everyone who can visit it and pay your respects to the heros that paid the ultimate price fir freedom. It will be at Mayfair until Monday.

They've got it all! This is a large shopping area with any and everything you could want. It is a destination shopping area and a fun place to go spend the day. Movies, restaurants, a variety of retailers and is on the local bus route as well. There is am ice skating area set up for the holidays as well.

Love all the shops inside Mayfaire. At night it is very well lit and walk around and feel safe. Great restaurants to choose from and if there is a wait time it's not usually too long. My family and I enjoy feeding the turtles in the ponds at the front entrance. Movie theatre bonus. Plenty of parking and traffic usually flows smoothly (to those of us who know how 4 way stops work) I prefer Mayfaire over the mall any day.

Mayfair has everything you need for shopping. Theater is newly renovated so it has reserve recliner seats. Plenty of places to eat. The crew does a fantastic job with lawn care and place is very clean. Living areas above the shopping mall if that's what you want.
