Here you will see the opinions of real people who buy the products and services of Jacksonville Mall (Mall) near North Carolina.
To this day the firm has a score of 3.9 stars over 5 and that rating is based on 2883 reviews.
As you can see the average of ratings is quite positive, and it is based on a very large number of scores, so we can think that the valuation is quite reliable. If people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to put reviews when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall is classified in the category of Shopping mall.
Love to shop suncoast for all the latest funko pops
Glad to see some interior construction. Hopeful for some upgrades! We had a great time at the mall. Plenty of stores and kiosks available to meet our needs. Love that they have chic filet !
Bought ice cream at the last minute. The young lady opened back up at the end of her shift to serve us while they were closing..
Absolutely love going here for most of my very big family's needs and wants. Has all the most useful stores and not so bad prices. Has sales quit often. So u always save!!!! Even nice to just get out and hang w all 6 children. BC there is always something for each of them to do. Especially when everyone's having a board day. Not all malls can provide that.
Not the biggest small but do have multiple stores that I do like. I wish it was a little bit bigger however beggers cant be choosers.
Fun place to shop
For a small mall I picked up what I needed.
We just need more updated store's. The new boutique is a nice change. Hollister is awesome, very fresh and inviting. An actual food court would be great!! They had an arts and craft show which was a really nice treat. Belk is definitely an upgrade, just need more friendly staff. The chocolate place needs to be removed since they have been closed for months now. Overall it's okay not to bad on the week days, weekends are horrible.
Store selection is minimal and its often infested by school house boots. Make sure you bring your camelbak lol.
this place need to be torn down and build something befitting the upcoming city of Jacksonville NC
The mall is nice but small compared to Wilmington or Raleigh. The food court is good and Tony's pizzas is the best in town for a NY style slice or pie. Starbucks in Barns and Nobel is a great place to relax and chill.
Tony's pizza!!! Ahhh!! Stop here when I'm in town every so often... everything ok n their menu is fantastic!
The food was horrible
Awesome food and service
Good selection of shops but don't like being "accosted" by the people at the little kiosks throughout the mall. I went outside to go back to the entrance I parked at instead of going thru the gamut of booths. JC Penney needs an overhaul; the mildew/mold odor ran me out of there.
Love Barnes and Noble here!
Full of great stores!
Nice clean mall and not too big, was here for the grandson's to see Santa, Great Santa and the staff there
They actually have a Sears Which I like.
Although this mall is a bit of a drive away from our house, my family and I enjoy coming to the Jacksonville Mall (NC). They have many stores that we do not have available where we live so this location is worth the journey. The Jacksonville Mall seems to have recovered well after hurricane Florence; for a few months many of the major stores had closed for repairs. Now all stores are open again and the this mall appears to be doing some renovations to add new features.
Lots to do not very many eating places there
Clean stores. Nice ppl
The place is clean. Sometimes you find bargains. Nice place to bring your family. Lots of stores to chose from. Something for everyone.
Starting to look great after last years hurricane damage. Great place to go.
Small but has great shops that get ran out of other pricey malls.
Love the stores here
Fun and close to the hotel
Nice layout open spaces
Needed a map and found them at Barnes and Nobel. Can no longer find maps at gas stations.
A great place for all your shopping that you need to get done
There's a decent selection of things to shop and do here. Super nice to have a new Barnes and Noble, but I really do not like the people who try to sell you useless products and trick you into being convinced that you actually need their products. I've seen too many times people being tricked into spending hundreds on dumb stuff. So long as you avoid that, you're good!
Great place, but one of the independent shops in the middle looked like he got mad that I didn’t stop at his stand to listen to what he was selling. I did say politely that I was not interested.
Great place to shop.
Nice but small
Very limited on stores and full of marines with backpacks. I would recommend Wilmington for a mall but if you just to grab something quick it works.
Great food
Get yourself a pretzel with nacho cheese, then walk around the store and find something cool to get since there's a lot of stores. After you finish your shopping, get some dip-N-dots and roam around the local events they hold for the mall like Christmas, Easter, etc. After you're all done with that, go ahead and come back again next time. It's the mall, what else would you do at the mall than shop and eat snacks?
Spent a nice 3 hours out of the heat in a very nice mall with lots of really cool stores
A great place to buy things, hang out, dine or eat great food! I love going there its a great opportunity for job openings and activities! One of my favorite places to go! Always has a fun time there and i enjoy bring there with friends and family. Thank you for every amazing experience there. You guys do an awesome job.
Has most of the different types of clothes you can look for.. some of it on the high side it's not to bad. Some stores are only just opening back up due to storm.
Good prices and quality. Staff friendly
Has a lot of different stores for everyone in there.
The mall has a overall nice atmosphere and is ALWAYS clean. Our only complaint is with the size of the mall. It would be great to see them expand and offer more stores. We have a ton of Marines here and really need it for the city of Jacksonville.
Love this place been coming here for 9 years
Family friendly place. Obviously the prices here are going to be higher than average, but that’s a typical mall. The kiosk people here are more annoying than average mall kiosks. I enjoy coming here and seeing what there is.
Has everything you are looking for
Everyone nice friendly and helpful
Great place to shop!
A "little pink" came out almost raw. Be careful!
Not as many stores as they're used to be but should meet all your shopping needs
Not horrible
Has 1 of most main things needed
Went to Jcpenney and everyone was nice
Acceptable selection of stores and restaurants, but seems like it would heavily benefit from quite a few more in order to maintain a steady crowd that would visit more than once. I walk through regularly (mainly to get some steps in after a big lunch), and it's juuust big enough to do so while perusing the newest items in the typical staple mall stores like hot topic, Spencer's, etc.
Kinda small, great Barnes and Noble
Is a bit smaller than most I have been, some new stores coming soon. Has some good stuff in it too
Nice place, seems like bussines is picking up because more stores are open and more people walking in there, good store selection
I love the mall, it has everything you could want.
Good shopping
Pack with hot Marines
It's great to see that J'ville's mall is making a strong comeback after Hurricane Florence with the renovations and reopening of stores.
Jacksonville Mall is hopeless. They need to remodel, and add a second floor. Very boring mall filled mostly with vendors at every corner trying to sell you things you do not need at an expensive price, like an asian market in Korea. The stores sell the same thing over and over, just different prices (especially the boots and name brand sneakers). Yawn, go out of town!
Sears people great & unloading fast
Average mall with decent stores. I’ve been to this mall many times, and it’s not particularly impressive or bad either. They have a rule that you can’t have a hood (or hat either if I’m not mistaken) on while inside, which makes no sense. Average experience along with the headwear rule deserves 3 stars.
Ok for some time spending
Limited store selection; needs much more variety in both shopping and restaurants. Too many aggressive vendors along the thoroughfare. I really miss the (long ago) convenience of a drug store, as well as the Lady Foot Locker. Would be great to see a Dollar Tree (or similar) added. Great location, however. Love the convenience of mall bus stop, as well as the obvious presence of a security team!
Not many stores but we went to see Santa and it was great.
Its small, dosent reallt offer a whole lot. Typical mall stores. Maybe one day since Jacksonville is really growing now the mall can grow or move to a different location and offer more.
Very fun place.
There's a decent amount of stores. Pretty lively on the weekends.
Very friendly service in Jewelry department at JCPENNEY
The Jacksonville Mall is a nice family friendly Mall. We found everything we were looking for and then some. Quite a variety and surely something for everyone. Clean and well lit facility. There is often the presence of the local police department which adds to a secure, comfortable environment and experience.
The pizza place is a good one in there... Think it's called Tony's Pizza... My mom loves it. Most ppl were helpful.. Don't know how much the kiddie carts are... They should post it.
It's a mall with many options that I love, never disappointed here.
New stores. Updated look throughout the Mall. Better..
Its cool and nice here,to do your shopping, and they do attend to customers very well, even,if you decides that what you choose you don't like it,they will still allowed you to changed it,and you're free to take a walk within, and, and there are places to catch fun there too,and there things are very nice,i wore one one the cloth i bought from the mall, which is jump suit
Enjoyed the visit with our son.
Busyplace to go inthe summer
Love the stores but can't get to all the stores. The mall doesn't support disable people. There aren't any cars like Walmart for disable to travel from store to store like other people to shop. I've spoken to a few that are sadden about this. The disable miss out on family time cause of it.
Very helpful and really nice. They were able to help me get the right makeup for my skin.
Awesome as always!
It's cool but I didn't shop that day. Was just picking someone up
What else you got to do in Jacksonville?
Pretty nice place
The mall is kind of small but it is clean and has nice stores. I didn't see a food court though. Has some restaurants located throughout the mall.
This place is so sad right now. Not many stores were open due to water damage from Hurricane Florence. From the outside it looked good but inside was heart breaking. Hope all these stores get up and running soon.
The music store has just what I needed, and they helped me out with questions I had about just getting started with music
I got food poisoning from this place. It was dirty and it had that dirty mop water smell when you wall in....unsatisfactory!
To be in a military town, this mall was a HUGE disappointment. Lacks pizazz and needs more stores that are actually open. A food court would probably help this mall a great deal.
Store selection is pretty good, but almost every kiosk throughout is a severe rip off. I've heard conversations from employees bragging about the money made off of young Marines.
I love barns and nobles so do both kids one of the olny reasons I go. They are awesome there normally there is someone that u can ask for help with they also have a reading thing for kids.
Great stores with friendly staffs
Parking is terrible and what there is is designed and engineered horribly. Negotiating the parking area is difficult at best. I've tried 3 food vendors that I will never go back to. Food was horrible. Food Court is limited. Not enough benches for elderly to sit down on. Actually an overall expansion of the entire mall would be profitable for all. You can expand with a 2nd floor.
Great shopping space for this area. Not really a mall but it does meet the targeted audience in the area. Clean, open space and always evolving in decor and retail stores. Keep growing.
You call this a mall lol
Love the Ulta Salon. Getting hair cut, highlighted, and straightened!
Nice mall but it can be really crowded at times and some of the people can be rude trying to aggressively sell you junk in between stores
The play area is really cute. The carpet is very soft. I was surprised that everything looked like hard plastic but was actually padded which is nice. There should be a gate or door to keep the kids from running out. A lot of the parents aren’t paying attention and would never notice
We were in Barnes and Nobles, my son and I, so he could spend his birthday money.
Closest place with a Belks.
Best burgers in town period.
Although it's kind of small, I love this mall. Tony's pizza is an awesome pizza pub, also Jacksonville Mall is Upgraded and very modernized, a nice variety of stores to shop. Great Family Mall, another Jacksonville go to!
It's okay as a mall, my wife had mentioned the Ulta was subpar for her standards if that means anything. The food choices were underwhelming, but a chic-fil-a is being re-added which is nice. A positive in my opinion is there is a Barnes and Noble, which is something that most malls do not have. Huge spot for military seeing as it's close to Camp Lejeune.
Big Mall compare my locate mall enjoyed their food court
For a town like Jacksonville it serves its purpose. I would like to see a bit more variety of stores, but its small size doesn't allow it.
Okay as far as malls go. The ride on animals are falling apart. Gamestop workers are very nice and helpful.
NICE PLACE MEET DIFFERENT PPL!!!!
Brought back memories from when I was stationed at Camp Lejeune.
One of the last social malls in America, thanks to the USMC. Youthful and fun place, popular stores, good food choices. Family friendly also, plus a Sears and a music store.
It is a nice mall. It has plenty of parking and the stores are good stores.
Love my Belks!
Wish it had more stores , but love the ones it has!
Decent shops. Movie theater nearby. Parking outside Barnes and Noble can be a hassle
I like the pretzels, everyone was friendly.
Clean and semmingly safe environment with lots of shops to choose from.
Jacksonville mall is big enough to get you what you need but small enough to not walk around all day. They have a variety of stores for the whole family, right down to the children
Small but really nice.
Needs better stores!
Sears was verry good helped me look up parts
Get what u want & go, 4 cash register and always someone operating them. Not like Walmart 40 registers only 3 working. WTH!!!
Small, and older mall compared to other malls I've been to. But has good selection of store's like your typical mall.
It's a decent mall. They've had a lot of renovations going on lately.
I love this mall. Lots of stores and lots of people. Something for everyone. Clean, well-lighted, family friendly environment. Nice place to hang out on a Saturday afternoon.
Their renacop wasnt there today to cause issues with the local motorcycle club that was BUYING stuff from the stores in the mall. Hope he finds a diff profession before someone gets hurt.
Excellent variety of stores and sales fascinating mall reminded me of Lehigh valley Mall in Whitehall P.A.
Couldn't find what I was looking for but the lady did try to help me
What they call a mall is equivalent to small plaza. The clothes selection is more for mature buyer's in each of their major department stores. They have a couple of stores targeted toward younger consumers like Victoria's Secret & forever 21. Most people in town shop outside of these city limits & for good reason!
JC Penney is a good place to shop.
Take out the trash that trolls the outside entrance between Ulta and Tony's. Sticking cigarette smoke mixed with foul mouth ignorance. TONY'S WAS 5 STAR THOUGH!
Nice place
Nice small mall. I had expected it to be run down as many malls are these days. Everything looked bright, clean, and well maintained. Good selection of stores, especially Belk.
Great place to shop and Tony's pizza us awesome.
A mediocre mall but its Jacksonville
Better now that branes and nobles is open
Clean mall. Good shops where open.
#Admin The generous man that gave me this renewable card with $10 on it. Thank You FBI Main that Cares.
Too many stores closed. Really want barnes and noble but it was closed.
Nice mall
Basic mall shops providing needed items.
Great food clean restaurant.
The mall is nice but small compared to Wilmington or Raleigh. The food court is good and Tony's pizzas is the best in town for a NY style slice or pie. Starbucks in Barns and Nobel is a great place to enjoy
Food courts good
Love Tony"s Pizza! We are from Wilmington NC this is great pizza!! NEW YORK STYLE
I love the mall.
A forgotten land of spending past. With the book store closed, the only reason I visit here now is to get some Tony's Pizza
Shopping at Belk in the Jacksonville Mall. We were helped by "Carol" who's fantastic with outstanding customer service. She has helped us select home decor items for the past 5 years and we really appreciate her.
Still under repairs from the hurricane, but I prefer shopping local.
Went to Belks beauty section they are always professional and polite to me.
Nice play area for the kids now.
If it wasn't for bath and body works, Penney's and Tony's pizza this place is really in need of a serious upgrade
Smaller mall. Lots of Parking, plenty of handicap spaces as well. Lots of stores to choose from, for the size of the mall. Lots of places to eat here. Seating available for resting, if needed. Security guards, clean big bathrooms. Starbucks is in the same parking lot as well. Crowded much of the time, as this is the only mall for all of Jacksonville.
Great mall...Such a variety of stores and not the usuals for a mall
I love this place. It is a good place to hang. I wish there was more shops but you get what you get. Some shops are expensive but it's not the malls fault. The food area is good, I haven't eaten at them but the pretzel shop is great, especially when they are fresh and crispy and the staff is nice.
It's a mall and I'm not a fan of malls but this one was okay. It seems to have a good selection of stores. My husband wanted a new straw hat and he found the western store, which had what he was looking for. I found the Ulta, which was what I was looking for. The mall itself seemed clean, and I didn't see any mall rats, which is why I don't go to malls. Disabled parking was adequate.
Nice mall, & they have the cutest little ride things for kids to go around the mall on. It was $8.00 for 20 mins, but I know the kids enjoyed it, & actually some adults were riding them too. Lol!!
Good store variety and they always have a great Santa and Easter Bunny! Restrooms are always clean. They could do with more activity stores ie; laser tag, mini golf, or arcade, but otherwise nice.
Nice mall .so glad Belks is back open! I love their clearance!
Jacksonville mall has changed quite a bit from when I was younger but not in bad ways, and they continue to change. Getting more shops, changing up the look, doing more to appeal to everyone. I enjoy going in every now and then and shopping, plus I love the bookstore (which also has a coffee shop in it).
