Sad to see so many empty stores. I know a developer is about to change the whole place. I love an indoor mall, and this one has always had a great food court, clean bathrooms, and a decent selection of stores. Not to mention it's extremely child friendly! Great photos with Santa for 7 years in a row here. I'd happily give it five stars except for all the empty stuff.

My wife and I actually had to pay our AT&T bill. And their office is facing Oleander Dr. Outside the mall. We met the manager Edwin Barreras. Five stars experience.

Not that exciting. Malls are not as much fun as quality Artisan shops. This one is confusing and dated. I think these buildings would be better suited for replacing dated schools.

Great location and a good variety of stores but this mall is showing its age. Unfortunately malls around the country are having a difficult time and they will have to transform into multi use facilities in order to survive.

Great place for all your shopping needs. There are quite a few stores and areas of the mall that is currently shut down, I was told they're still working on repairs from the last hurricane that hit. Despite this there are still a large variety of stores and places to grab a bite to eat.

Shopped Belts Dept. Store, specifically Keils cosmetics. Angela runs the department and I couldn't get better service anywhere else. She goes out of her way to introduce you to the product line. You will not be disappointed

Typical Mall. They have all the standard stores. There is a cute little train that offers rides throughout the mall. The Food Court offers a nice variety.

Only mall in Wilmington, with many shopping options, however the gem of the mall is the College of Wilmington for Cosmetology and more. Get discounted rates on hair, nails, massages and more. These students are the future professionals that will be charging 2-5 more times the rates of the price sheet.

Has changed a lot just within the past ten years. Cant really say its for the better. For wilmington being a pretty populated city, the mall here is pretty small and we are lacking a lot of stores that most malls have. Most stores are also overpriced. The main department stores are dillards, belk, and jcpenney. The store changeover rate is insane, its like a store goes out of business and a new one pops up just about every month. I used to love this mall, so i hate to say this, but at this point you can go to a consignment shop such as platos closet, and get an even better selection at much less of a cost.

Still a decent mall but not nearly as nice as it used to be. Many stores are closing in moving out however, it must be out of that the mall eventually is going to be torn down and new stores built so that does make sense. The Dillards and Belk are really good stores compared to other Dillards and Belk in the area.

It's been a part of Wilmington for as long as I can remember. I miss the days of going there as a small child. We would throw coins into the fountain that was once in the center of the mall. It's deed has changed hands a few times. It's stores will come and go. However, there is one thing that will never change.... The Early Morning Mall Walkers!

It's a mall. Not much to say LOL. Last I went, they didn't have too many vacant stores so that's always a plus. I'm shocked to see a mall still standing in 2019 to be honest. A decent variety of stores and some smaller local businesses are located here.

The mall is very limited. Every year it has declined in it's offering and now they have a whole wing blocked off. No signs indicating renovation so it may be on its way out like most malls these days. Seems a reasonable amount of people still come through but apparently not enough to keep everything regularly staffed.
