Harris Teeter service is always on point. This just took them over the top in my book. I ordered lunch meat ahead of my visit. Once I got to self checkout line I noticed my name was on the order. However the code required to scan was not. The cashier working that area indicated she was not going to make me return to the deli. Bagged it and said Happy Easter. Excellent customer service! I really appreciated her handling of the situation, since i had to wait a bit as the self check out line was lengthy.

I shop here mostly for the Simple Truth Organic line of products and some other Harris Teeter brand items that I like that are unavailable at other grocery stores and also for it's convenient location. I find a lot of their prices to be the highest in the area (often even higher than Whole Foods!) especially for specialty foods that my family requires due to dietary restrictions. The produce is very hit or miss, and tends to go bad quickly. It's probably great for most people but for my family's needs it's not my first choice for grocery shopping.

Always a friendly staff no matter what time we come in. I love their customer service and pricing.

No waiting, fully stocked sheves and excellent staff. Especially Miss Collette. Her pleasent smile and the gentle tone of her voice was refreshing. Often times service providers are not as kind and in a rush. She was patience and very polite. Thus Harris Teeter rates high on the chart. I have never had any complaints. The entire staff there are knowledgeable, very inviting and always happy to assist.

Needed kitten milk for a baby bunny only Harris Teeter would carry kitten milk.. stopping for milk you better get a cart!... great stuff and half-price specials. Pizza Monday! Any pizza you want for 8 bucks

I am not familiar with the Harris Teeter chain, but I loved it. This store offers a great selection of fresh furits and vegetables. I must be honest that I would not shop here for my regular groceries, their prices are too high, but I loved that as soon as we entered the door a smiling face greeted us. I loved that, while it was a Saturday afternoon, and the staff was all young people, including the Customer Service desk, they were each professional, friendly and precise. Such a welcoming experience. I would definitely shop at this location again.

Went here for Sushi and Coffee. The Starbucks needs some work in guest relations. They completely made the wrong drink then when I corrected the girl she just rolled her eyes at me muttered under her breath and pouted. As I was leaving the lady that runs the Starbucks was coming back from a break but I was unable to talk to her about it at the time.

This Harris Teeter is always awesome, the staff are always super helpful and the variety of fresh foods here is also great. Very nice atmosphere about this place, and they're always changing things to look more modern and appealing.
