This mall, like everything else in Rocky Mount, is dying. The magnet stores are fine, but there are more emptynstorefronts than there are viable businesses. Is great if you want to take an uncomfortable long walk indoor, or want a $5 soft pretzel from a kiosk.

Classic example of a fading American mall. Many empty stores. Limited services and nearly no security. It is worth the trip to Greenville or Raleigh to go to a real mall.

Great place to shop, although there was a crowd at the entrance talking loudly and using profanity. My husband and i were out for mothers day with our two year old and found the behavior very offensive. We opted to not go in this particular day.

DQ was out if milkshakes at 2:30pm on a Wed. Why? I've worked fast food. If u give out, I refill unless it's an hour or 2 until closing.

Had a great time at the plaza. Always a good experience when I come so far. The mall is always clean, no problem walking to stores. There are minimal stores but nice sele tion, like the book store. Each store visited had no issues. The sales were all good. I visited the bathrooms and it was clean, no smells, no issues with the facilities and no spills. The food I ate was fresh as usual and tasted great. As malls go, this was a great experience.

I was assisted by EB at Dunham's my son needed some cleats and she called all the surrounding stores to help me, I had to go back to work and couldn't receive calls, she took the time to text me and I was able to find the cleats for me son. What great customer service!!!

A sorry excuse of a "mall". For anyone wanting to do some actual shopping gi ahead and take the drive to Raleigh or Greenville. This place will does have a Belk, Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works and a few other name brand shops but even the merchandise is "blah" here. The racks and shelves seem picked over. The food court is a joke! Three places that sell food- two Asian places with the same heavy looking food in the window and a pizza place with a few other offerings. The BAM! bookstore is the saving Grace of this dying mall. If you do need some cheap quality stripper wear or a new gold grillz you will find it here. The whole atmosphere here is UGH. Save your time and money!

So sad to see the decline in this mall over the past 20 years. Shopping is limited due to the many major store closings including Proffits department store, Sears, Best Buy, Gap, Kirklands etc. Many others have downsized and moved to strip shopping centers.

Only visited the Great American Cookie Factory. Got there just in time to purchase my favorite cookie, oatmeal walnut raisin. They only had 7 left. (Looks like I'm not the only one that likes them.) Bought my son the M&M Double Doozy. Cookies were delicious!

The interior of the mall could use some updating. There is ample parking and security is usually patrolling inside, which is nice. It could use more nice chain stores. There are quite a bit of local stores which do not sell things I am interested in.

The Stores there are closing faster and faster now a days. Only a few good stores left, and a few new ones opened. It's okay for a hangout with friends, or just to walk around if it's too rainy and cold to walk outside. The piercing place there is very professional and welcoming. The food court is okay too.

Ahhh. So sad from the days when it was a hopping place. There are several businesses still there but it is struggling. Hardly anyone in the mall. Food court only has three places. 2 Asian food and 1 pizza. Even chic fila is gone. Despite the lack of people very clean, even had janitorial people cleaning as I strolled around. Need more in this mall.or it will never survive

I've been to the mall to buy candles from bath and body works. Staff is very polite and friendly. But the main scents that I'm use to buying they don't have them in stock only certain stores have them. But I still love to go there and shop. They have other good smelling scents. Love them so much.

This place is your typical small town American mall. It is by no means Crabtree Valley or anything even close :) Shopping wise you have one well known store: Believe and quite a few unknown places like Fallas. Clothing wise you have Belk, Ross, JC Penney, and some urban shops. Food wise you can get a good slice of pizza or Chinese or Japanese noodles, yes the have both places side by side. Oh you can also get a cookie or a pretzel. To sum it up, this place is more of a shopping center than a mall, it's mainly something for teens to walk around and you don't even see a lot of them there.

Huge location for your shopping delight. Several shoe stores and clothing stores for everyone's fashion taste. A large Barnes and Noble for your bookworms. A vitamin and health care store for anyone who is health conscious. Phone accessory kiosks as well as a gold jewelry kiosk. There are several food vendors and a large food court for a quick bite.

Very spacious! Lots of store selections and a decent food court. Just use caution as to where you park at night. The Belk entrance by the Olive Garden is dark. The entrance by Conn's furniture is well light.

Plenty of parking. Discovered a new store today called Fallas. It's in the old Bed Bath & Beyond location. It's similar to Rose's but I think their prices on many items if not most was a lot better. Definitely worth you checking it out. Also if you know someone looking for a job they're hiring. I will most definitely go back. Great variety,helpful workers,great prices, and quick easy check out when you have finished shopping to your hearts content or have spent all your money. Happy shopping.
