While GPS may get you to Friendly Center, and even help you find some establishments, the place is big enough that one of their maps will be of great assistance. There are plenty of places to find refreshment, with something for almost anyone. Same for the stores. If you are going to do the store crawl, prepare to change parking spots each time. Walking store to store is a rarity.

Old photos on walls at Jay's show thriving mall since 1960s at least, now recently updated. Area shopping still expanding. Newest area has apartments that are nearly finished.

This is fantastic shopping center with top notch stores, and the friendly center pet store is awesome! With a big variety of pets that are well taken care of , the little green parrots there are so loving and friendly. Every animal is fed by hand so once you take them home they are already really friendly.

I CAN NOT believe Children's Place dont have changing area's or bathrooms. Its bad enough they dont have buggies. I mean come on its a childrens place!! They couldnt seem to work the register either we were trying to get rung up to pay for like 30+mins. And thats not counting the time in line..

Parking can be difficult. Shops are very spread out, you have to drive to different shops because of how spread out it is. Not too walking friendly. Traffic patterns don't make a lot of sense, there are a lot of traffic jams. Does have several nice stores & places to eat.

Great shopping area with a variety of shops! I wish it was easier to walk around though. It is definitely lacking cross walks in a lot of areas. It would be nice to be able to park your car in one spot and be able to walk around the whole shopping center with a stroller but it seems more set up to park in front of where you want to go. Overall its a great place to shop.

Great shopping mall for all ages. If you are looking for anything from food, cloths to toys this is the place to be. I would feel comfortable letting my kids roam this place safely also. A place I would recommend eating at is us sushi if you like Japanese food. Also juice shop has pretty great smoothies

Friendly center is one of the best known and visited area of shops in the area. You can find anything you are looking for from a range of many prices. The only negative is driving around within the shopping center. It’s not Friendly Centers fault. It is the selfishness attitude of hundreds of people being in a busy place and everyone is trying to get through the shopping center as quickly as possible. If you love busy people and are able to park and walk while shopping this would be perfect for your needs.

We went to Nothing but Bundt here to pick up an Easter Cake. This plaza has many many shops. We will be back when the weather gets warmer because this is a place you could spend the day browsing shop to shop. Nothing but Bundt has the best bunt cake I ever tasted .

I love coming to this shopping center versus going over to Four Seasons Towne Center. They have a mich better selection for stores, restaurants, and the atmosphere is much more inviting. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because there are typically no crossing guards. It is a high traffic area and having a few traffic guards all the time would really help.

Parking lot is awful and an absolute nightmare to drive around in. It was raining and there was absolutely nowhere to find cover from the rain. Barely walkable because of the sprawling parking lots with no crosswalks to cross the streets or pedestrian crossing warning signs. One star because there is a good selection of stores, if you can get to them without getting soaked/sunburnt or run over by a car. I won't be back.

Shopping center is so convenient instead of going across town to the shopping mall. Various stores, eating establishments, nail salon, etc. The Beverly Hill salon staff were great. Poblano bar and grill staff and food are exceptional. Each store & restaurant that I visit always has a nice atmosphere.

We went to the movie theater not the shopping mall at friendly... Best most comfortable theater ever. Really expensive though.

Great shopping center with a lot of options. The "newer" side seems to get a little more attention, which sometimes leads to the older side looking different, and a little run down. Sometimes it feels like it's two separate shopping centers. However, it's still one of the absolute best shopping centers in the triad.

Parking sometimes sucks but that is unavoidable in such a popular shopping center. Nice & clean with plenty of spots to sit. Free wi-fi.

I love coming to this shopping center versus going over to Four Seasons Towne Center. They have a mich better selection for stores, restaurants, and the atmosphere is much more inviting. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because there are typically no crossing guards. It is a high traffic area and having a few traffic guards all the time would really help.

Trendy as one could get in Greensboro. It seems every time that I pass through on some random errand, there is another shop and more traffic. If you are in the upper 5% income bracket then this is your paradise in town.
