This is a great new shopping area here in Fayetteville. I went to Sprouts. While their prices are generally a little high, they do have some great sales. I got green grapes for 99cents a pound and Roma tomatoes for 98cents a pound. So keep your eyes peeled for the sales. Btw they also have a huge selection of gluten free items throughout the store.

Great shops, but the design of the parking lot will keep me from going back. The parking lot design forces vehicle traffic to drive up against the stores where people are walking to and from their cars. On busy days, you crawl or sit for a while trying to get out of there. I was there so long trying to get out of the parking lot, I decided I wouldn't be back until they redesign it to optimize traffic flow.

Pretty nice shopping center. Brand new and lots of stores there. All contained in one area. The Dick's store is huge since it's combined with their other affiliate store. Good traffic direction since they even have a stop light in the shopping center.

I'm so thrilled that they built this place and added a Home Goods to Fayetteville. It was really crowded at first, but it has gotten a lot better as the newness has worn off. The whole center is clean, but the parking lot design could be better. I'm looking forward to seeing what the future will bring for this center and the area surrounding it.

Nothing against the shops, all are independently good.. everything else about this place is terrible. The layout of the town center; parking situation, traffic flow, it’s a nightmare and ill-conceived. Avoid if at all possible.

I like Sprouts, World Market, 5 and Less and Burke’s. Dick’s & Field and Stream are fun. I can not shop,at Hobby a Lobby or At Home because there are no store scooters for the mobility impaired. They are too large to walk. I am left to conclude that they don’t want the disabled. Hope that is not true, indeed.

I went with my husband to get a deer arrow target for our property. They did not have the one he wanted in stock. As we were leaving a sales associate asked if we found what we wanted. My husband said he had not.The associate took him to a computer, found the item and told him he would expedite the shipping and pay for it to go to our home! He had the large target at out home 2 days later! That was great customer service!

Building this town center was very much needed in the Fayetteville area. I was just as eager as everyone to see the restaurants and stores that would soon be built when the plans for this area was first announced. While I do love the variety of stores that have been placed in this town center, I find that the options for dining are severely lacking. I enjoy the fact that Corelife Eatery exists here, but this area could certainly use more sit down dining establishments. I look forward to seeing what other businesses the developer of this town center brings.

Greeted upon arrival by 3 greeters, who advised me where to find swim goggles. Went through the cattle herding maze to check out, and got in line behind a loud family, inpatient to be on their way. Both cashiers were trying to do something to one register and having extreme difficulty doing it. I abandoned my cart and bailed. Amazon is considerably less stressful. No need to hold people hostage to check out.

New Spectrum Store. This is a great opportunity for Fayetteville NC. The new mall complex has already lost a lot of great stores. This should help it go forward in their future endeavors. I like the location versus the older Westwood Shopping Center. I should be able to get in and out pretty fast to pay my bill. Also, new products may be available that I hadn't already seen. This spot on the outskirts of the mall complex appears to be easy to access.

I cannot stand the configuration of the roads, entrances, exits, and accesses of Freedom Town. It's just the opposite. I feel trapped. I feel as if I am in a rat's maze. I asked a couple of store managers if they have maps that would facilitate travel within and location of the new stores. They weren't aware of such a resource. There are too many dead ends, do not enter, and one-way traffic restrictions. It's a shame that the architects tried to implement a charming, novel departure from a traditional strip mall; unfortunately, the concept is too difficult to navigate.

If you want it, there is a store that has it! From healthy eating at Core Life and healthy shopping at Sprouts to gastronomic indulgence at 5 Guys, there are oprions for everyone. My wife can get her craft on at Hobby Lobby while I browse sporting goods at Field and Stream. More stores and restaurants are being added so just wait and see for many more exciting things to come!

What's not to like about a brand new shopping center? Parking is a bit tight, particularly around the Spectrum building (If going there, allow AT LEAST 90 minutes if you have no appointment.) Coming from Skibo, there's NO clear signage for the entry. Be sure to brake and signal right as soon as you see the railroad tracks and you'll be fine. Otherwise, it's clean, well lit, inviting. Stop by and take a look around.

Sprouts is a wonderful addition to Fayetteville. It is not a one stop grocery store but it has many food items you can't find anywhere else. It has a large selection of bulk items in bins, so if you are looking to reduce your plastic waste this is a good place to shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
