Lots of quick lunch options. Usually clean inside (though the bathrooms aren't always tidy). A few clothing stores for those in need of a quick replacement during the work day of a wardrobe mishap occurs, but I wouldn't go out of my way for the shopping here.

Beautiful venue for an event in Charlotte. Great for corporate or wedding events. During the day it's used as a meeting place and it is pretty high traffic.

Good place to meet - Caribou serves good coffee and even Jamba is there if you are trying to get off caffeine. Conveniently located from most of uptown offices. Also accessible through the elevated walkway, so no need to get on the road in that cold.

This building is spacious with plenty of seating areas. You could have a snack, drink a cup of coffee, or a smoothie, or just sit and watch the water flow in the fountain. You could walk around as you wait for your show at one of the three theaters. You could dine at one of three eateries. You could also rent out the space for a reception, wedding, party or fundraiser. The security officers are friendly too.

Visited Founders Hall to see the Leonard Bearstein Orchestra. It was great! However, we parked in the BB&T deck and it was difficult to get over to Founder's Hall with a baby stroller. Too many flights of stairs. If there were stroller or wheelchair accessible paths (ramps/elevators) they aren't marked very clearly so not very visitor friendly.

Bank of America corporate Center. Tallest building in Charlotte NC with beautiful Italian marble Interior. Old style Frescos by Artist Benjamin Long of Ashville. Cons, Overhead st mall but closed on weekends.

Went to a wedding reception and it, by far, has been the nicest event I have ever been to. The ceilings are super high and the place oozes fanciness. Never even realized they hosted and catered events in Founder's Hall

Great space, terrible service from the only provider you can use for an event. Sonoma Restaurant Group is inconsiderate and inept. They also pulled a bait and switch with the food. What they presented to us at our tasting was completely different than what was served at the wedding. Mariah not only one of the most dim witted people alive, wholly incapable of her job, and cannot keep here story straight to save her life. This is a "restaurant group" that couldn't manage to complete dinner service for 125 people in over two hours. I had friends ready for dessert and my family still waiting for their dinner. Sonoma/Aria were overwhelmed, underprepared and understaffed to handle the most basic of tasks. The one shining star of the whole evening was the bar service. Bartenders were on point and had good pours. Thank goodness for that!

Terrible... Went for my hour lunch to Fitzgerald's because it is across the street from Bank of America in which I work .I figured it would be quick easy lunch since it's right across the street. We sat at bar never got acknowledged it was because we were behind the wall according to the lady at the bar acknowledging us to tell us this but never taking our order..... so we moved to a table. Never got acknowledged again after approximately 20 minutes sitting at the bar and then 20 minutes sitting at the table we decided to leave..... As we were walking out they decide to acknowledge us it's a little late for that.......lesson learned if you only got an hour lunch and you want something convenient since there aren't a huge amount of choices don't go to Fitzgerald's... Now I know why they're other locations closed
