If you enjoy driving in convoluted traffic snarls, this is the place for you. The traffic is horrible and getting worse with time. I plan to avoid this place. Nothing that I need here is worth the aggravation.

Traffic makes shopping here a bit hectic but that seems to be anywhere in Raleigh and Cary these days. The stores are all clean, well lit, and there is a huge amount of parking. If the main thoroughfare was better managed and easier to navigate then I'd push this to a five star review. I am sure that falls on the city of Cary, but perhaps Crossroads can push on Cary for changes.

I always find nice gourmet food, snacks, and sauces at this Home Goods store. It is well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. I usually go here to pick up exotic snacks or new hot sauces. I found a nice little turntable style container here in the beauty accessories section that bought to use for bottles of hot sauces. They fit perfectly and it works as a nice caddy with a handle that I can use to carry my sauces to the table.

I really dislike the layout of Crossroads... until we lived only a few minutes away, I avoided it with all costs. Even the stores in this shopping center (I’m looking at you Ulta and Home Goods) are crowded, cluttered and overly full. But, there’s a wide selection here with just about anything you could be shopping for. If I have the extra time, I prefer Beaver Creek or Parkside. But if I’m doing a quick trip, Crossroads will do. I do like that Carter’s and Osh Kosh share a store in this center- allowing me to stack coupons between the two of them.

There are some decent stores here, but it's really hard to navigate if you've never been. The traffic pattern is terrible if you are trying to get back on the main road, Walnut street. It used to have a lot more going on 10+ years ago, but there are sections with empty stores. Also, since the stores are spread out, they should have better directional signs for how to get to big stores like best buy, old navy, Marshall's, etc.

The stores are good, but there are certain corners which seem to struggle consistently which is odd. Also, even after the traffic pattern change a couple of years ago, it still can seem a bit manic. I would not suggest going during the peak weekend times. Also, the Chick-fil-a causes a straight up traffic hazard!

Its changed a lot over the years. I remembered shopping here when they had a Book Star, a Sbarro and I am STILL SORE EXHILERAMA DISAPPEARED. Its changed very little in some ways and in others, its changed rapid pace. But as alwas, a good shopping center area with lots of variety.

Lots of shops. But my favorites are K&G and Steinmart, Home Goods. And plenty of restaurants to eat at. There's a Marshall's and aTarget store. Oh yeah Pier 1 is another store that has great ideas for your home. Great dinning room tables and chairs. So if you visit the Crossroad Plaza it's kinda a one stop shopping plaza. You can find what you want, what you need and things you didn't know you needed. So enjoy.

Crossroads has a wonderful variety of stores, but is terrible to navigate. It's too big to just walk from store to store and there are too many large roads that run between the stores. If you tried to walk, it would probably be hazardous.

This is an incredible shopping center with literally ANYTHING you could need. This is also a pretty walkable center if your able. There are different food options from Starbucks to Olive Garden. There are specific boutique stores, and general discount stores. The only problem is that it's very crowded, and it can be confusing and hard to get around.

I went to pick up my call in order, while I waited for it to get done, I asked for a container for banana peppers and jalapeno peppers, I was getting some banana peppers, when I saw a bug on a banana pepper in my container, I went to the counter and showed Emily, she said eeewww, and threw the container away, I went back to the condiment station, waiting for her to bring a new container with fresh banana peppers, I looked back, and she never made and attempt to get rid of the peppers, so I went back to the counter, and asked her to give me fresh banana peppers, while she was getting some, the black guy with glasses came over and called a number out, I got his attention to let him know what happened, he asked were the bug and peppers were, I told him Emily threw it away, and he just walked away, and did nothing.. I will never be back.. I called and talked to the manager about the situation

This plaza is one where is a really good variety of stores, but they're spread out a bit. They have quite a few that can be anchor stores on their own: Bed, Bath, And Beyond, Best Buy, DSW, Michael's, but sadly no more toys r us. And all the stores seem quite busy, but I havent noticed any being overly crowded so generally, you can get good parking near where you want to shop. It really is a central place where a lot of chain stores have locations, but it's not really set up for walking. Also, Nearby, you have home depot, Lowe's, REI, Target, and others. You can walk if you have the time or if you're sticking to stores close to each other, but the layout doesn't really feel that "inviting for walking around. I find myself coming to this area a lot more than I thought I would, simply because many of the places I need to shop can be found in close driving proximity. Overall great area to shop, but not as easy for store hopping. It really is just a tradeoff though. I probably come to this area more than I'd like to admit.

Chic-fil-a - a great place to meet a friend and share a bite and conversation! I had a Market salad and coffee and she had a grilled chicken sandwich. We both would have had a bowl of chicken tortilla soup, but at 2:30 the next batch was not ready.

When I lived in Cary I really enjoyed coming to this shopping plaza there are so many retail and dinning options here. I really like how the movie theater is not far from here there is plenty of parking and they have done a really good job of always maintaining the property the parking lots are lit up like a Christmas tree. Even though I live in North Raleigh there are times where I'll drive all the way to Cary just to come to this shopping plaza.

Good shopping center. Although I do hate how hard it is to get back on Walnut. Left turn on Crossroads Blvd onto Caitboo is always backed up, two traffic light rotations. The right turn by Chick Fil A is always congested. I call it Chick Fil A traffic.
