Not really into consumerism, as this is the transfer point for some public transportation, I find it soothing to sit on a bench or in a chair, and gaze upon these creatures in their false habitat, as they go about their conditioned way to hopefully purchase that thing that will momentarily make them have a feeling of worth, Honestly IT'S Comparable to a continuum of retardation, sickening to the thought really, and further shows the lack of self love generated in the world. The air conditioning works and it stays clean through the diligence of worker bees.

It's got so many different things for different types of people. The food court in the mall is a really great hang out place. They have a variety of resturants to eat at. There are places and things there to keep small children entertained. I also like that the security is good. This is a nice and safe place to shop at a variety of different stores and resturants and such.

Its not what it use to be when i was a teenager. Now, you have to watch your back and make sure you dont give anyone the stank eye because everyone takes life to seriously...but when it comes to the stores, they literally have any store you can think of (except a cheesecake factory lol) you will spend hours upon hours going into each store and then the many many kiosk stands that you walk by... it can be a very hectic place but if you catch it right when the mall opens, it can be very enjoyable.

It needs major improvement like Handicap Accessibility and assistance (i.e.: Rented Wheelchairs etc.) It needs remodeling all around, especially the exterior near H&M and especially needs to replace the old Sear Buildings with a more attractive store. The Victoria Secret & PINK need to be close togther. Security needs to be visible to reduce Anxiety considering the area. Lighting needs to improve might I suggest: Starr Electric. Floors need cleaning and polishing. More Plants and possibly a Waterfall somewhere would be nice.

the mall is ok. nothing special with your average stores and a smaller food court. No sit down restaurants. They do have little carts for the kids which is fun for them. The cleanliness of the mall is not the greatest. Overall it is ok and average.

This mall is pretty small; therefore, a lack of variety but the selection of stores is not bad. It can feel a little claustrophobic in the stores since there is not a lot of space. The food court and the mall need more lighting in certain areas. Parking is provided all around the mall which makes it convenient for shoppers.

Decent mall with your average amount of stores and things to see/eat. Despite this, it can be very annoying traveling through the mall as the booth workers there seem to be a little too in your face while shopping. A simple no thank you doesn't seem to mean much to them and there is always someone trying to sell you something there. Other malls I've been to the amount and annoyance of booth workers has never been that bad. I know it's their job and they work from commission, I just wish they were more spaced out in the mall and tried to be a little less forceful with their products.

I want the Philip Michaels to buy me a suit for my nephew's wedding. I was overwhelmed by their stock of suits and sports jackets that they have. If you're looking for formal attire, this is the place. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend it.

The mall used to be an enjoyable place to go, but now it's an empty dull she'll of the place it used to be. Almost all of the unique stores are gone, no toy stores for the kids, the arcade is gone, the only interesting stores remaining are spencers & hot topics, & they are way over priced & honestly not that interesting any more. For the high prices & lack of "fun" to be had at Cross Creek Mall I'd rather not go there. & I won't even comment on how nice the mall used to be at Christmas time, & now it's just terrible & anti-christmas. Boo to the mall.

Parking is never too bad as long as you're fine with parking in a suboptimal spot. Quality of stores varies. It really just depends on where you go in this mall. Like, of course everything is going to be expensive, but some of the customer services are less than adequate. Some of the food options are also less than acceptable quality. Fortunately, these small blemishes don't cover up the great experiences you can have at this mall.

The mall is really dirty and not taken care of. Doors don’t work,handicapped doors don’t work, and the bathrooms are some of the grosses ones I’ve seen. The stores in the mall are great and the play area is usually clean but this mall really needs a face lift

I stick to daytime visits with this mall. The food court has free wifi, has decent selection, but could improve some. Be prepared to be harassed by kiosk workers. Good store selection, has a kid area that my son loves, but I that carpet smells like pee. I feel pretty safe inside.

Although much busier than most malls I've been to, like most others it seems, infrequently lately, Cross Creek Mall was clean and busy. There was the ever growing amount of closed and empty storefronts but over all the mall seems to be hanging in. There was nothing special or different. It 9s just your normal, everyday, suburban mall.
