Lot of selection. The parking has improved, but can still be difficult. Fun mall to walk around and shop with plenty of places to eat. I prefer this mall over the mostly outdoors malls, but if you prefer the outdoor variety, there are more stores and restaurants surrounding the main part of the mall too.

Love Crabtree Valley Mall. Have been going to this mall since I was a kid. It's good to see them staying on top of things keeping up with times and competing malls. Have about every major brand store there and lots of great places to eat.

Crabtree is a great place to shop for just about anything. The selection of stores is enormous, with plenty of large brand names of the highest reputation, along with smaller businesses with great products that are trying to establish their own reputation. Plenty of good places to eat here as well, from mall Chinese food and high end Japanese food to Cheesecake Factory and Seasons 52. It can be VERY busy here though, and although they are always adding parking places, it can be tough to find parking at times and you may be better off parking near Best Buy and walking to the mall.

I always stop there when I visit the Raleigh area. They have a variety of shops for the entire family. The food court also has a wide variety to suit every taste! They also have some dine in restaraunts if you don't care for food courts. The popular Cheesecake Factory is one of the most popular restaraunts.

Great mall! Many different stores to choose from for every age. Well kept establishment. Various places to take a rest from shopping. There’s a food court inside for those who just love to eat, lol. (Cheesecake Factory right next door). Would recommend checking it out if you’re in Raleigh.

Shopping under one roof. I believe this is the best way to shop. The big difference is there no grocery. Store but the are lots of completions. The sales people are polite and inviting.

This is actually an awesome mall. Has the main stores you would love to shop at and is great for a day out and maybe just walking around. Makeup stores are well represented at this location and there is a food court as well. One of the closest malls to South Hill. Great spot for shopping, has Macy's & Belk's, & many stores in between. Free parking is a plus. Easy access from interstate; heavy traffic area around the mall. Mall has a food court & several good restaurants. For folks visiting from out of town, there are plenty hotels in the Crabtree Valley area & a short walk to the mall. Have fun shopping!

A great place to shop and eat; I have for over 22 years. Why not a 5? While there is lots of parking, in some key locations the spaces aren't wide enough and there is a lacking in handicapped parking as well: for me that's a real problem, maybe I should give them a 3? Not this time; maybe next time. I hope not as it really is a nice place to shop.

This mall has went down since my UNC Chapel Hill days. As a college kid this was the place to be. Went to visit while back in town and the only good store was Belk. All the other stores(Banana Republic, J Crew, Ann Taylor, Macys) underwhelmed and had much less than other states I have been too. Not to mention the staff in Coach was just rude so I just placed my order online. I was really disappointed as was looking forward to a shopping spree. This used to be the Mini Tyson Corner of the South.

Pretty nice mall. The typical stores Macy's, belk, Victoria's secret, Foot Locker, etc. Has a pretty varied food court. Although, the Sarku was the worst Sarku I've ever had. Also no movie theater.

Probably the best mall in the Raleigh/Cary area. Immense variety, good layout, and just a lot of places to visit. It's a great place to go for Pokemon Go community day too (my friends and I go on days with inclement weather). The only real downside is parking is always an absolute NIGHTMARE and there are some areas that are mobile dead-zones, but other than that, it's hard to complain.

Big mall. Lots of stores and a few stores I'd never heard of which is pretty cool. Lots of restaurants to choose from plus, there's a food court, bakery, and Starbucks. Lots of parking space, covered and uncovered. A blend between lower-middle and high end stores. Overall, cool mall.

The lady at Belks was extremely rude when I refused to be made to walk around the entire outside of the mall, at night after closing, because she we too lazy to walk 100 feet to unlock the interior door and let me walk through the mall instead. This was after I dropped $300 on my daughter's prom dress and shoes. I thanked her for unlocking the door and wished her a good night, my daughter felt the need to apologize for inconveniencing her and this woman didn't even acknowledge either one of us. You know I am going to call the store manager and give him an ear full tomorrow. I am tempted to return both the dress and shoes and never shop at their store again.

2 servers "lash ladirs" in 55 need to work on professionalism. Serve customers as they come. Complete an order before starting another. Use the proper containers... I was given lemonade in an ice cream container

Tuesdays are my favorite days to go to the mall. Only bad experience was at Kanki. An hour and forty five minutes wait to eat in the dining area is ridiculous. Especially when you can see empty tables. Then at the first come first serve areas the wait for hibachi food was fourty five minutes. Immediately left and went to Cheesecake Factory. The wait there was less than twenty minutes and the food was immediate and good.

I love this mall, the Crabtree Valley Mall, and shopping there is nice. But it is not just shopping, they have entertainment as well. At the moment they have live music every Wednesday on the patio. And they have plenty of good restaurants to choose from, I like a pita at Greek Fiesta or some chicken wings at Crabtee Ale House. A lot of choices.

Destination mall with something for everyone. The restaurants may be very busy for dinner with hour waits on Friday and Saturday. Hold hands and stroll people watching is a great way to walk off a meal. The lower level of the parking garage has a tendency to flood during heavy rains.

Parking is always a mess. There's no nice way to avoid traffic masses getting here. Also I think they could use more security. It didn't feel safe as it use to. Gain a star by getting more security inside and outside your facility.

I have not been in years. Love changes and can enter many stores from outside and not have to go into the mall. Parking can still use better marking and signage in the deck. Like the improved restaurant offerings. Better navigation inside mall so easier to find the store you want. May come more often instead of triangle center.

The matriarch of malls in the Raleigh area, Crabtree is still going strong. A diverse collection of shops and restaurants keep your experience from getting stale. The only downside is the parking. I recommend going around the back to park instead of using the garage.

A pitiful dying mall. I watched it have so many good places to visit. Now all of its flagship stores but one have left it, and the IKEA even bailed on the place. Id give anything to see it restored to its former glory or barring that, gut it and turn it into a huge apartment coplex.

Great mall to shop in Raleigh, NC! This is by far the best indoor shopping mall in Raleigh. They have everything from food to apparel to services! Parking can be a bit tight so I’d suggest parking on the 3rd level of the parking deck outside of Macy’s if you’d like to get right in the mall. You could easily spend hours in this mall. It is always clean and seasonally decorated. Hats off to management because this is the oldest most well known malls in the area.

I like what they do for the holidays there. I enjoy the big Christmas tress and the decorations. It’s a good size mall with a lot of outlets outside of it as well. It’s right next to one of the busiest streets in town especially during traffic hours. It’s also built on a flood zone so its always watered up when it rains a lot. I like it, its nice inside, has all the shops you need. One of the only places with an apple store in it.

I don't go often because traffic and parking is a problem. In 10 years only visited 4 times. I got my wife's wedding there at Kay Jewelers. My children love it there. Once the hours are extended after 8pm, maybe I will go more often.

There's a store for everyone. Clothing, electronics, bookstores and so much more. There's also several food courts. There's benches to sit down and window shop if that's your thing. Ladies can shop while your husband enjoys himself in one of the massaging chairs.

Their hours vary, once due to 2" of snow they closed 3 hours early without posting the information anywhere. Their stores sometimes close earlier than the mall itself- they don't seem to be very strict on their sellers, they could learn a thing or two from their European counterparts or other malls in large cities. However the selection of stores and brands is nice, parking is good. Food court is alright.

The mall selection here is a bit limited. Their major department stores are Belks and Macy's. Their main attraction I think is their restaurants. It is a great place to stop and catch a bunch of pokemon. Parking here especially on the weekend is a bear.

This mall is big, very nice and busy! They are doing something right here. Most other malls I've visited in the last few years are dying and this one is not. I heard they are going to do some updating and renovating soon.

Always a great time! The directory map is detailed. I just miss Brookstone, but the mall is a great place to bring family or friends. The place is very clean too and the kiosk staff don't push too hard with their products. If you are there for one thing, then it is easy to get what you need and leave. Or you can stay for hours.

Never see security walking around and the clientele shows it. Posted policies are hard to enforce if they don’t see and hear it. People coming to Mall half dressed with body parts exposed and people yelling and chanting walking through the mall. When shopping and you hear Others saying it doesn’t feel safe there anymore then it’s time for me and the family to leave. There has been a huge decline in the past two years unfortunately.

Very clean and beautiful mall. Variety of stores and the food court is great! Downsides are that prices tend to be way higher than other malls in the area, parking is horrendous and slow during peak times (which is almost all the time). I recommend entering through the Macy’s parking lot on the end right. It is rarely full and better than the main parking. Lastly, it is very easy to get your way through it as the mall is designed to very easy to navigate.

I was looking for a pair of Liz Claiborne Cognac sandals and they were they only place who had them in JC Penney at Crabtree Valley Mall. The shoe is comfortable and I love them.

I love shopping here but I avoid Saturdays cause of the crowds. Great variety of shops and restaurants and local events. It’s one of the places I think of first when I want to get a gift or something nice for myself! The new kid play area helps the little ones have fun too.

Decent sized mall with a lot of store options. Always seems very busy and crowded, which is why the 4 stars, though I know this isn't totally their fault. They seem to be doing a lot of construction lately that doesn't interfere much with the shopping experience so I look forward to see what new options will be available soon. Not a bad place, just a lot of traffic. I always find what I need though because of the amount of options so it is usually my go to place ☺️
