As you can see the average score it has is very high, and it is founded on a high number of opinions, so we can be quite sure that the assessment is quite reliable. If people have bothered to rate when they are pleased, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to place evaluations when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Mall is classified in the category of Shopping mall.
Finding a parking space is very much like finding a pinhead in a bowl of rice. It has always been difficult to find parking during the day. With a Publix coming right across the street, it probably will get worse before it gets better. The shops in this location make it worth the parking headaches.
I love the stores in this shopping center. My only complaint is that it seems like no matter what time of day or day of the week, the parking lot is really congested. If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would have, because it's not that big of a deal. But if you are in a rush it might be difficult to get through the lot, find a spot, and get out quickly.
Good shopping. GREAT SECURITY.
Needed to pick up a few things at Harris Teeter. I love that store. CS is awesome. Parking lot is always full at this entire shopping center that I call Cotswold. Pet Smart is fun shopping too.
Everything...I live 40 minutes away and I just want to go there all the time.
Had a great time shopping
Great little mall, but like most, parking fills up quickly.
We had fun. Smashburger is good.
If you're new to Charlotte and Cotswold Village is convenient for you, this is a great plaza to head to for all your shopping needs. The grocery stores are clean, spacious, and well staffed. The Marshall's is a good one, and there are plenty of other great stops for pet supplies, toys, and specialty purchases. There are plenty of choices for a quick meal, too.
I love this doctor's office for my kids
Parking here and trying to make a left out at the light on Randolph almost gives me an aneurysm
Got groceries there and a large store with big selection at Harris Teeter. I also got a haircut at the salon there and they did a great job for a good price. They have just about everything you need in a short distance.
Cotswald Ulta simply the Best Place to have a great Clarins Event!
Shops are great! Parking is a nightmare, as is getting in and out of the parking lot.
Enjoyed the store ac, easy to locate merchandise.
Pet’s Mark buying dog food
Great mall. Close to home.
Neat little shopping center! I mainly stop in to grab coffee at Starbucks or to browse Marshall's. If you are not familiar with the shopping center park grab a coffee then walk the shopping center, there are a lot of neat shops tucked away in the middle that you will miss if you don't know they are there!
Great for shopping in the morning. Trying to get out of the parking lot onto Randolph Rd in the early evening between 5:00 - 6:00 is terrible.
Bath&Bodyworks semi annual sell horrible, sales lady said they put out the cheap stuff this year, because body club card, think that's unfair to customers, last couple years very high quality products this year just junk you couldn't sell at the attic sale for a dollar, hopefully will get better, not sure if the body card was good decision, because you really not saving from the original sales, except for free product, but to get two free products you have to spend fifty dollars, they haven't come out with nice scent in years, aromatherapy line, they should be giving that away because its insulting.
Good selection of stores, restaurants, and parking is decent. Can be difficult to get out of in rush hour traffic.
Great location ,lots of places to shop
It was nice place to shop
Great stores. Well layed out and easy to navigate.
Variety of stories in a centralized location great !!!
I like this Harris Teeter so anytime I'm in this area I always stop by. They have a very good selection of ready to eat foods and now a wine bar. Nice.
One of the top shopping malls in cotswold
Of course Cotswold is a really nice neighborhood and most of the shops of people are very polite except for the Harris Teeter where I told you that the bakery lady did not know what she was doing other than that everything else is nice over there the bank people are nice the Dairy Queen is terrible the food is terrible and I would not suggest eating there but everything else is great 4 * stars
Love the Publix there!
Great shopping center - Harris Teeter, Rite Aid, Hallmark Gifts and Cards, Marshalls, Bath and Body, Pet Smart, UPS, ABC store, lots of nice restaurants, etc., etc. I love to shop here!!
History shopping neighborly surrounded by many financial institutions the Cotswold mall is centered in a fabulous place people are friendly social best Starbucks ABC Liquor Store Harris Teeter cross street at Publix everything you possibly need free shopping social event Walgreens IHOP you can't go wrong excellent place to visit excellent place to shop
Nice place to shop.
What a nightmare to navigate
Beautiful shopping area
Good place to get snacks and chill with friends
Nice stores, nice parking lot!
This place generates horrific amounts of noise for the adjacent neighborhood , which existed before the shopping center, and before Harris Teeter started using much larger, louder shipping equipment which makes the entire area vibrate and wine like one of those cheap motel beds you put a quarter into in 1960. It measures 63+ dB. all the time, 63 or more decibels. The property management are apathetic towards adjacent neighbors. If people who shop there only knew ...
Whatever you need, it can always be found in this shopping center.
Great variety of retail stores. Shop till you drop! Shoes, food, clothing, housewares, and furniture. Grab a snack and take in a movie.
I only went to the IHOP. It was very nice.
Lots of good eats and a large Harris teeter.
The best Marshall,s in charlotte
It's a nice place to shop and eat. It is always busy and parking can be a pain. But overall a very good shopping center.
All you need in one spot love this little shopping plaza!
Easy access to Harris Teeter & Bath & Body Works
Great small shops all in one place
Here now. Convenient!
Small strip mall. Some of the shops are tucked back making it difficult to see everything available. The best deal for lunch is actually inside the Harris Teeter. The sub shop is made to order and the deli has the biggest variety of $6 (or $9 or $12 depending on what you pick) of all the local Harris Teeters I've been to.
Great location for food with kids
Easy in easy out. Decent stores.
Very nice with great places to shop.
Besides the parking being a bit chaotic at times, the stores are great. Nice variety!
Where did you guys go?
A nice place to shop.
Variety and interesting shops!
Nice place but parking is tight all around/small.
Not open anymore
Good place to go broke LOL
I Love the set up they have there. You can shop, eat and pick up groceries for home.
Lots of great shops and restaurants.
Great shopping, enjoy the outside walking venue. This shopping area has been in Charlotte for many years. All the stores are a pleasure to shop in.
Get your needs taken care of here. With a BIG parking lot that's always busy. Just go by anytime as they have a few restaurants as well as a Panera Bread , a Bagel place a , Pet store , & a Harris Teeter among a few other stores. Even a Yoga Studio.
I love this location, great for picking up on the way to work and on the way home.. On the way to work, I needed to pick up something for lunch, quick and ready salads. They are great, a lot more in that little container than you think. H/T always a good place for regular shopping and quick pick ups. Great workers all around, lots of smiles and very helpful. Go Harris Teeter @ Cotswold Village.
I love this place
An accessible shopping center with a wide variety of businesses. The parking lot is large but is busy constantly. Additionally, the parking spots are very narrow so to prevent headaches I recommend parking towards the center of the parking lot and walking to your destination.
Love it different food to choose
Love this mall! PetSmart, Panera, Ulta beauty, Harris Teeter, Starbucks, & more! It's a multi-stop shopping experience in all in one place.
Convenient location
Good place to visit a variety of stores and restaurants. Parking is difficult: spaces are too small for all the vans and SUVs.
Very clean. Best shopping center
Quaint and good deals
Enjoyed everything can't wait to return
Avoid peek hours. This Harris Teeter is the worst I've been to. Produce isn't fresh. Not very clean. Will not return. Would give 0 stars but not optional.
Great place.
Don’t like the parking here
Love this place. Upscale BBQ. specially loved the green beans!! Sure wish they would stay on Cotswold.
Cotswold has a few interesting shops and a Harris Teeter. It's a good shopping center, and obviously a lot of other people feel the same. The parking lot is always full and as we approach Christmas, it's almost impossible to find parking. If I'm only hitting one store, I'll just go elsewhere rather than deal with the traffic and parking. Though there are various convenient entries and exits, exits usually get jammed up. I like this place but it's just too congested.
Cotswold has everything you could possibly need all within walking distance. And everything is with good pricing as well!!! There's everything from grocery shopping to varieties of restaurants and fast food too and a bank and so many things to do too!
Visited the IHOP, very nice.
The feeling of the area was comfortable.
One Stop Shop. We can get food you can get clothing you can get groceries he can work out while you're there you can pick up dinner to take home to make up for working out... Little bit of everything. ❤️
A one stop shop. Although sometimes parking can be a bit of a hassle depending on the time of day. Its a great place to get everything done including getting some great food!
Always a pleasure clean stores, Great sales
It was great while it lasted. They moved.
When this shopping center gets busy, go ahead and park in the back. The parking lot is terribly inefficient and needs to be redesigned. However, the 24 hour Harris Teeter, ABC store, Improper Pig (amazing bbq), Marshall's, and other heavy hitters make it worthwhile to shop here. Great place to spend some money/time.
I visit here frequently. They have a nice selection of retailers I use often. I shop this location for pet needs and services, eye doctor, arthritis supplies, and grocery shopping. This is an ideal location for handling multiple errands at once. I would highly recommend them.
Anyone would Like or Love this Village of Stores. Just about a one stop for everything, Shopping Center...Just Great if You like to walk park Your car and walk and shop from store to store...
Tasty food
Had so much fun looking around
Cool place
Shopping center is clean, designed well for the most part, and decent amount of stores to shop from or eat at. Only negative marks why this is a five-star would be the shrubs are high at intersections causing restricted visibility for turning into the road and there's not a light at the intersection leading out to Randolph.
Lots of traffic... not enough parking. Busy busy
I hate just giving this place four stars but you just have to be honest when you write these reviews. This place is seriously over crowded and it can be a parking disaster. The good news is that the Publix across the street may have freed up some of the parking in the area. The general mood and vibe of the people who both work and shop in this plaza seem to be very bad.
Nice atomosphere, good service and they have some good smoked wings.
nice place to visit on weekends
Food was cold. Then burnt trying to rush a recovery. Server was great. Had food at main location..was top notch..this place needs same menu
Good stores & restaurants, but it's always so packed and difficult to navigate
There are some great stores here, but it's not easy to get in and out of, parking is tight and it's always very busy.
Love the shops, hate the parking lot. Cars get dinged easily here because the spots are so close together
This area is getting bad and i dont recommend any of the restaurants unless you want to get sick. The health scores are very low
Great place to buy
Has a great variety of shops...from grocery..smell goods...clothing to coffee...becoming one of my regular shopping areas.
They have a starbucks and it was good. The only thing i didnt like was they didnt call out my name or drink when it was ready so my drink was sitting there until i realized it was mines.
Good ribs
Lots of stuff in this small.shopping center. Improper pig, The Lodge, Dunkin Doughnuts, Harris Teeter, CVS, and lots more. Cool little place for a nice drink on the patio at several of the establishments here. Check it out, it might surprise you.
Great deals and my pharmacy is located there now!!
I'm going way back, I used to work at the Cotswold A&P from 1983 to 1988. Remember going into the mall in 1979 when Wachovia bank was in the mall, miss the Red Lantern toy store, Bush stationary, Radio shack, and the record store, and don't forget Eckards drugs , been to Cotswold recently and was blown away by the changes
Easy in and out today.
Great place to shop. From restaurants to toy, make up, groceries, drug store and more!
There are many good restaurants and stores in Cotswold Village but beware that the parking lot is a zoo. A well planned entry and exit strategy is recommended.
Good selection of stores, be very attentive driving through here though, many people drive without adhearing to stop signs and common courtesy.
Visited the ULTA here and it's a really nice store, but the employees aren't as helpful or friendly as the one by IKEA.
Very convenient shopping center with a Harris Teeter and a Publix across the street. There are a variety of vibrant businesses close to a lot of people between Uptown and South Park
Dairy Queen my favorite! Lunch special!
The new store is neautiful. Thr staff is frendily and helpful.
Convenient & good variety
Ran in to Harris Teeter to pick up sushi. Pleasantly surprised at variety and reasonable price. Thanks, HT!
Great service and knowledgeable people
It’s a landmark and I love it!
It was a good place
A really nice place to shop. It has some one of a kind stores. I don't get there often but enjoy the time I am there.
Great area to shop in!
Traffic traffic traffic....every man or woman for themselves kinda shopping experience.
Harris Teeter is great to shop at & have the BEST sales!
Loved hearing Double Dog Dare play!
Lots of great shops but the parking lot is insane. I seen so many bump ups because people aren't paying attention. Also the parking spots are super narrow. If you're trying to get a child out of the car seat good luck! Even if the cars beside you are within their spot it's still very difficult.
Wonderful little shopping center to get grocery shopping done or to meet up for lunch with somebody they also have a place to get makeup or pet care so you have everything to cover you
A charming and relaxing shopping experience. Delightful just to stroll along the sidewalk and take in the lovely view. Nice mix of shops.
Always a traffic and parking pain, but a great shopping area.
That's why Angry groups have taken away their lives and have lost the youth by being able for themselves because we want people not on this planet to make mountains for the week. Please stop this conversation from him again every single word is true. Eventually it's going into place.
Clean, heavy traffic area, feels safe multiple shopping places.
Love the Harris Teeter store, always great deals, and double coupons, plus double up to 2.00 a lot.
Very nice area. My wife and I will come here and she will do grocery shopping while I talk my dog for a walk through PetSmart.
Nice shops. It gets crowded during rush hour and parking is tight. Just like anywhere else in Charlotte it’s hard to get around inside the shopping center during these hours. So if you can go during other times you have a much better experience.
lots of shopping here. Cotswold village has very nice selection of shops. It is set up one air style. It reminds me of an outlet mall kind of setup. We like the Starbucks and marshals stores here. There is a cute little bridge and some ducks Generally as well.
Nice, well-kept shopping center. The Walgreens is open 24/7 with a nice selection of usual necessities ...plus a fun Clearance section with unique close-out items for potential gifts for friends, or gifts for me! . ■ Thank you Cotswold Village ...and their Walgreens. ♡
This was my first visit & it looked like a great mall. Unfortunately, a blackout afftected the stores & restaurants causing them all to close. So I was not able to eat
Lots of choices of stores.
Cool shopping center
What can I say.. parking is an issue.. when Publix opens it will be crazy, however, excellent shopping, also not far from South Park.
Great place to shop and dine & dash.
Little bit of everything here. Really enjoy walking around and visiting the stores.
Love this area to shop, has so much offer.
Not a big crowd there
Quick stop for groceries (Harris Teeter) Beauty supplies (Ulta) and fragrances (Bath and Body Works..) There's even an IHOP for convenience :)
Go here a lot. Great stores and great people. Only compliant is that the parking can be awful around peak times.
Over crowded, hard to get in and out, terrable parking.
Heavy traffic. Not good to travel to this area especially during early lunch times. Traffic and area heavily congested. Restaurants and stores difficult to navigate. Parking limited.
Our favorites are Toys&Co., Carters, Marshals and World Market.. some of the best stores in one spot. Parking could be a little better but these shops are great.
Harris Teeter and Starbucks. Carter's closed
I love this place. There are so many diverse businesses to visit. Parking is a mess sometimes, but that's because they do a lot of business there. The only concern I have, (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) is with the security guy that rides around there. He is extremely rude, obnoxious, and has no customer service training. No manners either! Don't know if the same guy is still there, but, if he is, keep an eye on him.
I love it
Fine neighborhood shopping center with the worst parking lot
The parking is a challenge but the shops themselves are good.
The only place more densely populated than Cotswold at 6:00PM on a Friday, is the water aisle at a Food Lion when the weatherman calls for 0.5" of snow. Seriously parking in the parking lot and getting out of the parking lot is almost enough to make you not come here. I guess that's because there is so much here in such little space. Very good area with lots of shopping options, from groceries, to beauty supplies, to pet needs and more.... Just try to get there before traffic hits.
Has everything you need. Supermarket, bank, Marshalls, pharmacy in Harris teether supermarket, eateries, Starbucks, big toy store. Only negative seems to be limited parking for the amount of stores in the area.
Went to Harris Teeter.Good store to shop at
