I visited GNC, inside the Cleveland mall. I purchased two bottles of flax oil, there's a sale buy one get one free for anything in the store. Flax oil is good form of Omega 3 and so many more benefits including arthritis. WHOOP!!

This mall, how to accurately describe it? It's the kind of place that once you leave the safety of Marshall's warm embrace you're ushered into the huge, empty walkway and you're sorta feeling a little cold and sad but you can't really pinpoint why exactly. All you know is that once you leave your store of choice and enter the ubsurdly spacious corridor you're feeling a bit out of sorts. "Why did I want to come here again?" kind of feeling. It's the feeling only a dead mall in a small town can give you. I'm cool with it.

Well, I wasn't at the Mall. I was across the way at Zaxby's. I go to the mall every now and then. They're putting in new stores which is nice because we need it. Not bad for Shelby, lol!

It's a okay, I do wish there were more stores to choose from and not so many sports shoe stores, I like almost all the stores here, I don't like TJ Maxx, it's suppose to be a type of discount store like Marshell's Etc., by their prices are still very high. They need a Ross or something although Burke's does need to update their stock more or have more choices. I do miss Sears being there though, Claire's needs to be bigger with more choices. Bath and body works I wished was also bigger with more to choose from. So in conclusion it's an okay place to go locally, but unfortunately if you want more choices of stores Gastonia or Hickory malls are much bigger and have so much more to choose from. Also at some of the stores employees are great but in other stores they can be very snobby and will treat you differently if your not dressed a certain way etc....

Very disappointed! Not a single store in the mall carried plus size clothing. Went for an evening outfit to where. Nada nope nothing even close to an 18. Why are they so close minded they don't want plus size woman to shop in the mall for clothes. I could where the socks in one store and that's it. Embarrassed is the overwhelming feeling I had .... Going from store to store in that mall. And I was told a mall in Charlotte was likely to be able ...possibly carry my size. I am over weight. I'm working on it. The mentality of the management of the three stores that carry clothes, I wonder what they were thinking. Screw the fat chicks... We don't want them in our stores in this mall. Humiliation.... That's the feeling. Bummed. But I gave this place 3 stars because of the couple other stores had fun decor for your home or office. Really cool nautical things. Happy shopping!

The reason for the low rating is bacause of the shoe department that we visited. We were not greeted by anyone and we spent an hour in the store looking for shoes in the right size or just the right shoe period and we were never appeoched by any of the 3 employees there. They walked by us yet never offered any assistance.

Keep going Clev Mall, you're getting to a point that 75% of the mall is worth visiting or more. We haven't seen that since the 80s. Lower rent would help. Out of an entire district of chain salons this malls rent so high there was never a managers bonus, ever. Just incase anyone wonders about the insane turn over of shops.

Small mall but very nice & well laid out...some of the stores are bealls, maurices, rue 21, bell, sears, & etc....very nice, clean & well maintained movie theater with a variety of 10 screens, concession is fresh & employees are friendly...i would rather go to this movie theater by far than the cinema in gastonia!!

Cleveland County mall Cleveland mall I don't know if you can even call it a mall anymore because there's absolutely nothing in there I think they have a the movie theaters the only f****** reason to go to that place it's ridiculous there's nothing in that entire building you just walk around in circles looking at empty ass places where they could be selling stuff but they don't have anything except for a nice movie theater do you want a nice movie theater that's the place to go to if you're looking to go shopping your feelings are going to be hurt soon as you walk in the place

Highly recommend! The Dollar Tree "anchor store" is affordable & convenient. Sometimes have difficulty getting handicapped parking space & ramp access isn't as helpful as it could be but shopping here is more than worth it. Also *great* employees. Highly recommend.

Always quiet, clean, and safe with mall security and real police on hand. Shopping is very limited. Definitely needs more up to date stores and more clothing stores. No real food court but there are a few places to eat. It's sad when bath and body works is the best place in the mall, and that's not taking a shot at b&b... Just that this mall sucks to be blunt about it.

The mall was the last place I thought about to go walking for exercise. I felt in would be uncomfortable because of the crowd. I try walking there and found out that it is the best place to walk this far. The mall opens early for walkers only, the people are friendly, security is great and the mall design is perfect. I have made walking there a part of my exercise program. I walk there 5 days a week.

Lots of great stores here. The Belk’s carries the Dooney & Bourke purses (some smaller Belk’s don’t). The Marshalll’s has a good selection. Dunham’s has what the sportsman needs. Lots of other stores. No real food court but does have a Chick fil a and Chinese restaurant. The movie theater is well laid out and easily accessible from rest of the mail. It’s always clean. I like shopping here.

Small mall compared to most but it's all I've ever known growing up & is a decent shopping variety.. Love Burke's, Belk & Bath & Body Works.. Also a Dollar Tree which is attached to building but separate from inner entrance & keeps later hours.. Super nice movie theater in same parking lot if u can afford a movie these days! Decent eats inside mall & several bigger restaurants surrounding mall. Safe, security-patroled & easy to get in & out of from Hwy 74..

Not too many stores here. There is one of my favorite places bath and body works and Marshall's. They are the only 2 stores I'd go back for. Otherwise alot of empty store fronts. Sad to see when it's the only mall around for miles.

I ate at Jade express and got food poisoning. I ate there on A Tuesday and was sick the following Day I went to the hospital and they did a ct scan on my stomach just to come to the conclusion that there was food poisoning.. I contacted the mall several times only to never get anyone on the phone.. Definitely won’t return!
