Parking is not great overall and the spots themselves are too narrow. You will not be able to open your car door fully in the narrow spots. Overall had some good stores, and it has a nice center part that you walk through. It's laid out like an indoor mall but it's an outdoor mall.

Some stores have good deals. Under Armour not one of those stores. The same goes for the staff. For example, I went into Samsonite and purchased 3 suitcases. The lady was as friendly and helpful as she could be. I went into Under Armour and they acted like they could care less if I was there or not. Needless to say as much of a fan of Under Armour I am, I didn't purchase anything from them.

These outlets are so nice! There are lots of stores available and at the time we went they were offering military discount at some stores and the people at Converse were so amazing and made sure we knew how to locate the stores offering a discount! We never go without getting chocolates! There are so many stores available it's a nice walking spot!

It’s a really nice outlet mall and still being developed. The seating area and layout is very convenient. The best feature is the food court style area with public restrooms, an information desk, and plenty of seating. Most outlet style malls lack food options or open seating. This area is air conditioned and centrally located. Great place to check out if you’re visiting the city.

I typically don't care for outlet malls. This is an exception. It's well maintained, clean and has a good selection of stores. I especially like the indoor food court. The parking lot is a full nightmare on weekends so be aware.

This is a great outlet store mall that it appears lots of people hardly know exists? They have great prices on wonderful great label clothes and shoes and all sorts of things. I have never been there at high shopping times but have also never been there when it was too crowded. Easy shopping with helpful helpers if you need them. Great location especially for shoppers!!!

The shopping center is great! Tonnes of stores that vary in product offering, so it's not just clothes. The setup of the stores is awesome. You park on the outside and walk in the interior of the plaza where all the stores are. It's partially covered but technically outdoors. There's also an indoor food court.

Nice place, lots of stores, but don't be fooled by the, outlets are cheaper, mentality. This is the assumption by many. Many of the products in outlets are unsearchable, therefore unable to price compare, for the most part. Still, many stores available with many that are unique.

Very nice place for shopping, meeting a friend or just walking. Great variety of stores for the entire family and reasonable prices. Love that it is open aired with sheltered coverings for those rainy days when there isn't much else to do.

Beautiful and almost new Premium outlet. Great place to buy and walk around. Good brands at this Premium outlet. Food court is small and food isn't good. There are many restaurants around the area.

It is a fairly large shopping mall, with several stores.It has very good promotions in some stores. It has toys, sportswear, shoes and travel equipment, among other things. It is not far from the city, maybe 10 minutes by car.

I absolutely loved this mall! It was my 1st time here and I loved the variety of stores they have. They have easy access bathrooms all over (convenient when you have a 2&5 year old). The food court was just OK. Not much selection there and the food was pricey.

I love the indoor/ outdoor mall feel. They have nice places to sit and relax. You feel like you are on a nice patio area. All the stores seem very spacious. Some people had their dogs there.

Nice outing for the day. Some good prices on things in some stores. Movado had a gold women's Ebel for 6k that I had not seen for under 10k anywhere that was new. Great sale there.

We went on a drizzling Saturday morning, not too busy yet and it was easy to get around and check out the complex of name brand outlet stores and shop for several items my wife was interested in. It's easy to locate, right off of I-485 and there is a large area of parking similar to what you would expect from a good sized mall. The stores are bright and clean, the staff in each store was helpful in finding what we were looking for. We also got to check out the food court or a Market as they call it. In the end you definitely save money if you are interested in the stores and brands the premium outlets have. The complex is nice with many covered areas with seating, a life saver in the summer when it's hot and you just need to sit down and recharge your batteries before attacking those final sales and stores!

You need to get this theft under control! Seems as anytime I go there I see someone running from security. Makes it not save for myself and family. Y'all need more police presence to deter theft. Not save at all tbh. I guess if you go there make sure you are aware of your surroundings. It's pretty bad..

I have been to this outlet for many many time because of my business. I really like the place and really liked to shop here. I really had no complain about this place until me and my friend received unfair/discriminate treatment from their customer service manager who's name is India Johnson. 1. When we arrived at the customer service center around 1:35pm, she is eating lunch and made us waited for almost half an hour. 2. When she finally done with her lunch and return to work, she gave us the we owed her a lot of money look. 3. According to the outlet promotion, each customer who spends 250 at selected stores can receive a 25 dollar gift card of select stores. Me and my friends shop together spent over 500, however, she refused to give my friend her gift card because she insisted that her receipt has my name/which the rule has no where found that they have to check the customer's name on the receipt( which only coach put the customer name on the receipt) My friend just got in this country and doesn't speak much English, neither does her 13 year old son. Even the little boy told me that he felt that he was been discriminate by India because he saw that she had different face towards other race of customers. After all, we don't care about the gift card anymore. What we need is her apologe and hopefully the people in charge of the outlet customer service could have a fair responds to this. I hope the nice place could have nice people who loves their job work there.

Great shopping stores options. Every major brands and departments stores have a location there. Wear flat or comfortable shoes to walk around. The parking spaces are too narrow but they do have valet parking also.

A large outdoor outlet mall, plenty of variety of stores, something for the whole family here. You can easily spend a day shopping here, and you will find something for everyone. Great prices, great selection. Usually busy but not crowded (excluding heavy retail times of course). A great place to shop.

Not really outlets. Had been to an Old Navy earlier in the day and the 'outlet' had the same thing & sale going on. Same with BBW. She even said we're not a real outlet but told me where the closest one is. Parking is AWFUL!

This Charlotte Premium mall has all your name brand stores at reasonable prices. Very nice beautiful atmosphere. However it is like a Tanger outlet but designed better. Visited the Nike store and was not welcomed but it was ok. If you need help, you will have to look for someone. Prices were decent and the place was nice and clean. I will visit again but maybe some other shoes places in that mall.

Beautiful and clean outlets. Great selection of stores and extremely friendly staff. Love the deals they had going today including Reebok with buy one get one free, Asic with buy one get one 80% off, New York and Company with 80% off clearance. I didn't have to ask the staff for specials and they recommended it to me and how I could benefit most from them. They even have my favorite outlet, which is the beef jerky outlet that sells the salmon jerky. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile as we entered each store.

I love this outlet. They have a lot of shops that I love to visit and even better when you are getting great deals. Check out the jerky outlet and I even liked the vacation sales people even though I usually avoid them like the plague. They had a really good deal and I am glad I listened to their special.

I went into several stores, thr only one that had any customer service was the New Ballance store. No one besides them offered to help in anyway what so ever. Very disappointed in the Under Armour store. I went for shoes and the selection of sizes was terrible. I'm not saying I wouldn't go back there but more then likely not.

I wondered why it’s such an uninteresting place to visit, then noticed that the same setup has been more or less duplicated in several cities across America. You will see this displayed as you come out of the rest room in the food court, which has possibly the most scant collection of food choices available anywhere in any mall in the country. The big draw can be one thing and one thing alone - find whatever deal you can on the clothing of your choice, then exit.

Awesome shopping outlet. Very spacious walkways and clean sidewalks. Parking can be hard as the traffic can back up into the actual lot. Avoid going on Saturday afternoons as it gets really busy. The stores and shops are great and things seem to be stocked well.

The parking is atrocious in the middle of the day during school. If it is the weekend or near a holiday, you should avoid this place like the plague. The solution that the outlets came up with... They chose to block off more parking spaces and charge you to park in them. Props to the real world economic lesson in supply and demand though.

I have never liked outlets, but this was the exception. They had everything, big cookies, clothing for all sorts of people. Was suprised to find skate shop type places with really good bargains. I even got some Levi 511s for $20 because of the wash. Hit up the clearance racks in back of Old Navy and grab yourself some $2.46 long sleeve Ts. It was like 100 degrees the day we went but there was plenty of shade and my old, immobile grandparents had no trouble getting around. Also a good place for people watching, while you wait as your sister's peruse Nike for several hours.

Lots of good stores including a uniform store with a small selection of chefs clothes and a larger selection of nurse scrubs. Also some shoe stores with pretty good prices. Would def recommend. As with all outlets they don't actually have better prices except for the stuff on clearance. Still decent place to shop.
