Wonderful place for all ages. N number of stores and great facilities. There are many large stores just outside of the mall too within walking distance. We love the kids lounge where our five year old spends some time every we visit there. Good part is we can find many retail stores within the mall. So, we won’t have to go anywhere else for any shopping. Some of my favorite stores are Macy’s, Belk, jc penny, children’s mall, shoe depot etc.

I don’t give mall reviews because I’m too focused on the individual shops but I’m making an exception. I have a newborn and I’m learning that not every business offers changing tables in their restrooms but I WAS SO EXCITED to see that this mall not just has a changing table BUT AN ENTIRE CHANGING ROOM with a bench, trash, mats, and paper towels. This mall is out of the way for me but I will be coming here on my days off to walk my baby in her stroller because of the amazing convenience they offer.

it's has lower end stores. some stores are smaller than they should be. the food court is okay, kind of dirty. I think I may have got food poisoning from the Chinese kiosk, not sure but I definitely has a stomach ache/cramp. staff (overall everywhere) is pretty rude. you do go there to shop and I did find some nice things

Never seen apartment duplex when you ask for the owner number that they didn’t give it to you and also you can have a child staying with you for two years in Carolina place and when they turn 18 they ask you to give a 50 dollars Like you adding a person on the lease this child been living in this apartment and you never called her in To sign the lease when she turned 18 And another thing I never heard one car to the apartment some fish about Caroline place but I am investigating I am going fine Out Who owns these apartments .Clearly I don’t live there I would never live there but I do have a family member that lives there and she will not be miss treated

Carolina Place mall was the second place where I experienced truly bad (as in dangerous) drivers, and this time on a neighborhood street. Nevertheless, this is were I found REI, which is one of my favorite outdoor equipment stores.

Memories might not completely vanish but, as everything else in this life, they will be discolored by the passage of time. There will eventually be a day in which I will misremember facts: was the weather in Rock Hill that summer of 2019 really warmer than in Los Angeles? Was the stretch of pavement in which I used to shout “I love Rock Hill!” called Cherry Avenue, or Cherry Road? What does not fade away however, is how people made you feel. The warmth of the Rock Hill community made its way across my heart, filling it up with hope; the friendships acquired do not function on the basis of time, but of sincerity. As such, I know they are great and beautiful. What I will also carry with me is Carolina Place, and the Sunday afternoon I walked into it next to Elizabeth Winthrop. She makes me nervous, this girl does, as has been perhaps evidenced in the multitude of other reviews in which I sing her praises. But once I get past the initial hesitation, once I learn her beats and rhythms, there’s nobody on this earth I’d rather be talking to. And on this Sunday, the best Sunday of the year, we talked a lot.

They need more security and they need it now! This is not only for the evening hours but all throughout the day. Many people are scared to bring their families here now. It’s simple math ‘no customers = no money = your stores leave = bye-bye mall. Please learn from what happened at Eastland and save this one!

Came here after it started pouring at Carowinds. Definitely a good way to brighten up a field trip! The mall is quite nice with a majority of store associates being very friendly and helpful. The large Barnes N' Noble is conveniently connected to the dining area with a variety of fast foods to choose from. I do wish I had more time to explore and experience the mall, but it was an enjoyable experience nonetheless. The bathrooms are quite clean and there's even a nice seating area outside the restrooms to prevent restrooms from becoming overcrowded with people waiting on others.

Definitely worth the hour drive to this mall. Variety of shopping store's to choose from. Everyone can get something from here. For book lover's, there is also a huge Barnes & Nobles. Playground on the 1st floor is a plus for small kid's.

Want a real mall experience. Here you have it. This is a grand big mall that reminds you of the malls you may have gone through when you were in your teenage years growing up wherever you did. This mall is most likely the largest in the area. It has a multi-cultural vibe to it as well and plenty of parking.

Good selection of stores. The mall is rarely overcrowded - except over the holidays which is expected. Easy parking. Standard food court. We prefer it here over South Park but sometimes have to go to South Park for certain stores.

It was crowded and people are rude. There's not much room to move around in the food court. Parking was awful near Barnes and Noble and only slightly better near Belk. Just not worth going to on Saturdays.

Google keeps telling I went here. I was only in the parking lot on my way to get dinner and I keep telling Google I haven't been, so I will review the parking lot. It is a fine parking lot. It is paved in asphalt and and the lines for the spaces are well painted so you can't miss where they are. They also have handicap parking that is conveniently in a place close to ramps and handicap accessible entrances.

Nice mall and has most places I usually shop at, but theres clearly a problem with out of control teenagers making this their hang out spot. Not sure how to explain it but it is clearly loitering as none of them ever have shopping bags in their hands but will hang out for hours. Northlake mall has a grip on this with IDing anyone who looks under the age of 18 and not allowing anyone under that age to stay there without adults. Maybe something Carolina Place could consider.

We like this mall; however, there has been many incidences here that now we just go in get what we need and leave. I no longer shop with my kids because they get nervous- so that saddens me. They do have really good stores, our favorite store (barnes and noble) is housed there and the food court has delicious options. My favorites are not in the food court but on the second level- Nestle & Cinnabon. Just be cautious with your little ones.

My review is specifically for the store Journeys in this mall. Horrible customer service , only received good customer service from Crystyle. Which happened to be my best friend so that speaks for itself. Walked in to try on and potentially buy some shoes. Once I came in and sat down one of the co workers shouted out “I hope you don’t think you’re about to sit and wait in here if you are I suggest you leave out the door”. Very highly rude and disrespectful and not to mention this is the KIDS journey. So you would think they would have common courtesy. I suggest anybody should go to either Northlake or Southpark when shopping at kids journeys.

One of the only malls around here with an actual kid play area that’s not just meant for decoration. It’s a small mall but has a nice variety of stores and restaurants. Food court also has a child seating area, which is convenient.

It's a crowded mall. Some upkeep and repair is needed. Escalators are located away from each other, up down. Elevator for handicap use is slow and often has a line as strollers use it too. Little security presence. It does not always feel safe.

I really only go here for the huge Barnes & Noble. I'm really not a mall shopper. That said one of the things I like is that most of the stores I do (in)frequent are larger in this mall. Bath & Body - Hallmark - Hot Topic much larger than other locations.

They should really just rename this place as Caro-Fine-a Place because I had a fine good time. Lots of parking and good shops to go into. Navigating through the lot can be kinda funky but it's all part of the experience baby!! Overall it's pretty good

The vendors in the middle of the mall are too aggressive. I’ve never been to a mall where all of them are shouting at you to come over and check out their stand at the same time. If you as a vendor see me specifically walking to a stand or store that I want to go to, there is no reason why you should be pressuring or harassing me to come over to you. If I’m showing no interest in your product, you shouldn’t be bothering me. It’s too much, I shouldn’t have to walk around the entire mall to avoid you. I would rather go to a mall where I’m not being aggressively harassed by the vendors!!

This mall is really nice, maybe I found it to be pleasant because I visited pretty early. The weren't many people and shopping was wonderful! I only shop with the early birds to get better deals and to shop in peace. A different crowd seemed to arrive after 1pm.

Its a shopping mall and it's pretty much what you would expect. The food court is ok but doesn't have that many selections. I would go here to go to journeys or something but overall they don't carry clothes for big and tall people here as far as. I can tell. Would probably not come here again.
