Small but very clean and there are actually quite a few good places in this mall. It’s no Concord Mills mall, but good for a short and sweet shopping trip.

Grew up around this Mall as a kid. I miss the K&W they used to have here. However the food court here is pretty decent. And they also have a decent Mexican place here. It's nice going to a less crowded mall like this. Concord Mills can be very overwhelming with traffic and people. You can get in and out of this mall pretty fast. They have an excellent uniform store for medical personnel. JCPenney's and Belk department store. The shoe department here and the Rack room are actually pretty decent places to find shoes. Has a wedding rental store called Men's Wearhouse. Also has a jumping play place for kids. And probably one of the most reasonable and best movie theaters left in this area. Across the parking lot from Belk there is Cinema 8. They have an old style theater and they don't overcharge you too much for the snacks. Great place to take a date. Leisurely walk through the mall and then go to a movie. The days of these types of strip malls are numbered. Places like Concord Mills and Tanger Outlet are the wave of the future. I will miss the easygoingness of these small strip malls. Enjoy this place while you can. I hope something will come to fill the void of Sears. Be nice if a Marshalls or Ross would go there. Or better yet a Burlington Coat Factory. This place still has a lot of traffic for such a large establishment.

More walkers than shoppers! They lost Verizon and another jeweler with another clothing store closing. They really need to replace the carpeting as it is really nasty. Good for finding shoes especially since they have 4 shoe stores.

Visited the movie theater here on Thanksgiving day. It was a great experience. The seats were comfy... absolutely no numb butt after 2 hours. We arrived slightly late so we missed out on snacks, but they smelled fabulous. The restroom I snuck into was super small. Just one stall. I think there was a larger one down the hall. Overall pleasant experience. We will make it our Thanksgiving tradition.

We love Carolina Mall. If you want access to all the usual stores but don't want to walk a thousand miles in a super crowded mall, then this mall is the place to go. The food court is also good. We usually eat at the Chik Fil-A, Sogo Express, or China Shuttle.

It wouldn't kill you guys to play some music from the 21st century. And please do something about that god awful carpet! Updating things a little would probably help to fill all the empty retail spaces in the mall. Fresh look= more traffic= more retailers= more revenue and even more traffic! There is a reason this mall is slowly dying...

Stopped in for the Sears store because I had some broken tools that needed to be replaced and they were good people who are working with the customer's and that works for me so wen you can purchase some craftsman tools

This place has a little bit of everything. Great food court with lots of options. Big box stores. Trendy stores. Discount stores. Plenty of options for shoe shopping. Lee nails is a great place to get your nails done. Men's Warehouse is also here for your wedding and prom needs.

Carolina mall has came a long way. I remember coming here when I was only 14 years old and hanging out. I liked it back then but I wished they had more up to date stores. I'm 25 now with my own daughter and they seem to have gotten it together more. Either way I've always loved Carolina Mall!!!!

A smaller but thriving Mall in the hometown Concord. They still have a great food court and lots of stores including Belk. They have a lot of smaller Mall specialty stores as well. The place hasn't changed a whole lot in 40 years. Still has the old school charm and the opportunity for modern style.

Great place to go! I recommend this mall cause it has a good balance of stores and what you can eat. It is a good place for teens to go to shop with friends like at Concord Mills i can't guarantee this but i feel it is a better atmosphere than Concord Mills for teens. I enjoy coming to this mall and i think you will too

The mall itself is pretty decent. I went there to go to CK alterations to have a suit done. Not only did I pay to have the suit on but I gave the lady a $20 bill as a tip on the way out. My wife thought it was funny that she didn't say thank you either. I got the suit and open it on the day of the wedding and to my surprise half the stuff that she was supposed to do with not completed. The only problem this point was I was 450 miles away. I called and she was nasty on the phone and even called me a liar when I told her I paid extra for good service. The mall is good just stay away from the CK alterations

Convenient. Lots of stores. To name a few: Journeys. Footlocker. Food Court. Belk. Security enforcers present. Visible from traffic. Restaurants, Gas Stations ,Carwash, and major banks within 1-2 miles from either entrance. Also, the Hospital is directly in front and a cinema is directly behind.

Go here often with my family. Good choice of food and stores. Lots of shoe stores. Extreme play is super convenient being right in the mall. Traffic gets a bit crazy in the afternoons in that area so the parking lots is super crowded usually.

We enjoy Carolina Mall! It’s small, comfortable, and family friendly. It has enough of a variety of stores for us to shop at and all find deals and it’s never a crowded mess like the larger malls! We also love the Christmas time things that happen at the mall. It takes me back to my childhood and the smaller malls and family oriented things!

What a difference from a few years ago now that its been overhauled. Great prices ($7.50 for an adult ticket on a Saturday night) Good food prices, relatively speaking. Staff was kind and courteous.

My sister took me to this Mall. It was great. I wish I had had the energy to enjoy the outing of shopping. My sister Barbara is by far the Best Shopper; and finds the most incredible discounts on such beautiful Labels of Clothing, purses, and especially, Shoes !! What a great Mall ! Enjoy:)

Small mall but it is cute. Has a few cute stores inside like a Books-A-Million (my favorite), Bath and Body, a few clothing stores, a couple of shoes stores and a bouncy house activity company. There is a small food court with a Subway, Chic-fil-A, Dairy Queen/Orange Julius, a Philly cheese steak place and a couple of other options. There is a Staples outside that does not have an inner door for the mall and there is a movie theater on the grounds as well. Not a ton to do there but the place is kept clean and the vintage pictures on the wall are pretty cool to look at.

I went into the Silver Mine and had 2 watch batteries replaced. Ten dollars each and they are guaranteed for 6 years I believe and let's face it most watches for last that long. They do offer a battery guaranteed for the life of the watch for 20.00

Compared to other malls this is a very small mall. Not a lot of places to choose from to eat . Has a Subway, Dairy Queen, Chick-fil-A, and other eating Establishments . The mall also includes Belks, Sears, and JcPennys. Carolina Mall is an older mall and most of the time it is not very crowded. There is a movie theater with in walking distance and a Starbucks.

The Carolina Mall is huge and a really fun place to go shopping. They have just about everything there. Clothing stores, accessories, games, food, household goods, shoes, beauty supplies and makeup. There's also an aquarium with learning areas and tons of sea creatures. It also has a gift shop with cool things. Make sure that you have the whole day to spend there. If you buy something or not window shopping and people watching is fun too. Get a lemonade and an ice cream and relax for a while.

This mall is pretty small. I decided to come check out what was inside the mall because my f3 group did workout around the mall and I had to see what was going on inside. I was greeted in every one of the stores that I went into which was really sweet. The folks were really nice and it was pretty clean. Unfortunately I won't come here too often because there's just not enough for me and my family to stay interested

well as far as we went was the food court what you have a lot of variety to choose from from fast food to Chinese food and everything in between everything looked fresh and hot tasted pretty good and the price was outstanding you had to see yourself which was great even a big area like that they had people there keeping it clean so over and all in all I think is a very nice place

One of the smallest malls I've ever seen. It's literally a hallways of maybe 12 stores. Although each store I entered I was presented with lovely smiles and greetings. I wish there were more to choose and shop from.
