This Mall corresponds to the category of Shopping mall.
Not much in the mall. Limited to a Belk, TJ Maxx Homegoods, Bed Bath Bodywork and a few small stores.
Clean mall but small. Has bath and body works that is nice.
This is a great mall in Boone. I really like the Belks, TJ Maxx, and Home Goods stores.
It's a mall. How do they stay open. I avoid all malls.
Boone Mall has a few nice stores, plus a few good restaurants. The mall is very small. If you park in the parking lot in the rain, park as close to the mall, because the river floods and you could find your vehicle partially submerged, due to rising water from the creek that flows over its banks from time-to-time.
Boy, what does on say about “The High Country’s Only Indoor Mall”? I’ll focus on the positive traits first. The Boone Mall is fairly large and ideal for indoor walkers. Parking is never an issue unless it’s heavily raining out... then your car may be completely destroyed as the Mall is located in a flood plain. There’s tons to do there, especially if you are like me and enjoy looking for building damage. Then you are in for a treat! There are thousands of blown out ceiling lights, crazy half painted walls, and random broken tiles throughout the complex. As for the negative, there aren’t many shopping options as many businesses have closed their doors over the past few years. For example, on one side of the building there are nearly six or seven empty outlets. It’s a ghost town! All in all, I recommend stopping in for an Icey and then walking around looking for some sweet, sweet building damage.
It feels as though the mall is slowly just going to be 10 restaurants in a building together.
Best available
The stores are okay but variety is lacking. I wouldn’t consider it a mall just a very small shopping center.
I really do love going there... got a fine little little restaurant on the inside food good prices are great quick and easy in and out
This place is pretty good, but it's kinda tiny. The nail salon has great staff, and the shoe store has good prices (I bought some cute blingy heels for about $20) The guys at the game store were nice too. And the ice-cream was awesome. The portions were a lot bigger than I'd thought they'd be.
There isn't enough stores most are closed down. We enjoy visiting the sports store. Always have new inventory.
Not much here feels like walking through a funeral home
Mi Nails is the best!!
A little small not many stores.
It's a small town. And we have a small Mall. Enough said.
Not many people were there, need more businesses.
Pretty run down, sadly. Has a few shops to visit but definitely not a place you;d want to hangout at or walk around browsing
Nice
Great stores. Good ice cream.
Its little, but I enjoy my experience every time
Some good shops and restaurants, has been being remodeled for what seems like years...
I had dinner last night at a great new restaurant at the Boone Mall and took a friend there for lunch today. Restaurant is Eleven 80 - fantastic. Great menu and wine list. The mall is so-so - losing many of it's stores. This restaurant has it's own entry and plenty of parking. Really worth a try and I bet you'll go back and make it a favorite.
Miss the Hallmark store. It was the best.
I remember this being so much bigger when I was a child. Now I don't understand how it's even qualified as a mall it's has random and not many stores.
It has some good stores there and brand name stores. I gave a 4 because you have to go back outside to get in TJ Max and Sears. Those are the stores I would like to have gone in, except we were tired after going in other stores. Make an entrance from the mall and you will get a 5*
Now has a TJ Maxx as well as a Home Goods. Belk is still there.
Nice mall. A bit small but it serves a small mostly rural population.
Clean and organized. Friendly staff and plenty of pleases to shop. Parking is plentiful!
Sad selection of stores.
I miss the way it used to be. The stores have all but fled.
OMG TJ Max crowded with shoppers the Saturday before Halloween . Staff was great faster check out than anywhere period !
Love Boone and it's shopping... especially, Hobby Lobby.
Needs more action.
It's like if malls were tiny and barely malls. 5/5 would mall again.
Very small, it feels very outdated. If your coming here to find and shop with your family it’s not the right place. There is a TJ Max’s and HomeGoods but that’s about it with few shops inside
Not many stores but nice to visit park in the back
Small. Lots of empty spots.
Very very small mall. Twenty to twenty-five stores. Not much at all. Lap the mall in under five minutes.
For what it is I’ll give 4 stars but they really need to add more stores, keep more booths and tables.
I went to Home Goods! Got a great clay pot for $9.99!
Needs more stores.. But it was clean
Walked in the front door, straight to Old Navy, bought what I needed, and walked back to my car. So can't really comment on the Mall.
Older mall. Construction and tore up roads. Nice stores. Friendly.
Decent mall
I love this mall even though I don't go there to shop I enjoy the atmosphere I have shopped at the shoe store In the mall and old Navy and was pleased with the choices and prices
We found ample parking on our first visit to this mall. Belks remains a familiar store to us, as an anchor store. anywhere in North Carolina. The mall is a bit small by Raleigh standards, but more than adequate. We enjoyed Tuckers for lunch, which is a unique restaurant. We returned the next day for some light shopping and one more trip to Tuckers.
Some nice stores. Failing like most malls.
This mall has very little stores to select from. Belks and Gamefather are the only good Stores in my opinion
Clean nice mall
Ok selection of stores.
Mall leaves a lot to be desired. There is an Old Navy and Bath and Body works. They were decent. The Rue21 is just like any other. Nothing special here.
Easy to get in and out.
Hardly a mall. The only reason I normally go in is to go to Blue ridge vision, which is awesome!
Sadly the death of brick and mortar stores has effected this mall as well. Very little reason to come unless you are going for a specific store. The food options inside, while overall tasty, are lacking variety. There are plenty of clothing stores. Gamefather had a great selection of board games and old video games, and is my only reason for going through the door. More or less, unless you need or want something specific here, you're out of luck. The "let's go to the mall" spunky attitude does not apply here anymore.
Ok. needs better shops.
A depressing atmosphere and lack of clientele makes for a magical experience if you're a fan of 90s experimental cinema.
Nice mall....not terribly crowded
This is a great place to walk around, relax, and shop.
I love Old Navy, TJ MAXX, and Panera
NICE EASY MALL :)
Adequate for the basics. Anchored by Belks and T.J. Maxx.
Small town mall that can quickly be toured, but has mostly useful stores.
Good place for cheap haircut.
Boone Mall in Boone North Carolina is wonderful. The parking is free and ample. The location of the mall is very easy to find and on the main drag. The mall all for lots of different types of sores from Ice Cream to clothing stores. The layout of the mall was nice and the area was clean.
Great little local mall. Many deals
Great place to shop.
It needed more stores when I was there last. Been a while, but they were remodeling I think.
Everyone is so nice.
Smallest mall I've ever seen. Nothing to speak of.
This is the dinkyest mall I have seen. The roof and parking lot are not well maintained (it leaks regularly in the spring). The interior is nice, and management generally keeps the space occupied despite various stores leaving. The Christmas decorations this year are lovely.
I have been going to this mall since I was 16 (24 years). It has went downhill every year. Stores consistently leave this mall. If is a fraction of what it used to be. For a "mall", the store variety is lacking. I does not even feel like a mall. It is hard to believe this is the "mall" that Appalachian State students are supposed to use.
Got my car inspected. Saw some great body work going on.
A good small town mall. And they are adding hobby lobby!
Small town mall. Good place for walking. Tuckers Offers good food..Hallmark is nice, otherwise there's not much to do here...so many of the stores are closed here. Sad...
After deciding last minute to get photos done we got some dress clothes at the mall! Great selection!
We went to Boone Mall twice this week and it's sad how empty it has become. There are too many empty store fronts, some more that have closed in the last several months, and who knows what's in store for the future. There are several nice stores, and a decent variety of different places to shop, but it's not looking good.
Just another shopping mall
Our nice little town mall
Cute little mall in a small town. Need more stores.
It is a traditional mall where the stores are inside a sprawling building. Has an old feel to it. Needs some updating. There are other stores around the outside of the mall as well. For example, TJ Max which seemed like the most popular store of all the stores. This complex has the strangest parking lot layout I have ever seen. The mall needs some popular stores to draw people in, e.g. a great coffee shop or some popular fast food restraints. I'm glad the city of Boone has this mall and hope people continue to shop there.
Pretty good place to go nice to hang out and see what they got
A little outdated but clean and friendly people
Some one needs to rescue this mall it has lots of potential! Because the small amount of people their are really GREAT !! I had an amazing Ruben Sandwich in the mall . Got a great deal on some water proof boots I was looking for in the Shoe department store ! But it is a little complicated when you see so Manny vacant lots . Why wont someone that loves this town and its people with financial abilities. Get together with the malls owner and get local business owners to start a pilot program To alleviate some financial startup cost and Get the local news and hotels to come on board . I believe with God’s help all great people shine Really Bright !! This town needs a mall for people can walk around indoors in a comfortable fashion. when I get back here from Florida I am coming back to this mall!!
I enjoyed the new store, Hobby Lobby.
There's not very much tubing mall. If you don't have to go to TJ Maxx or HomeGoods there's usually nothing inside worth going in for.
Place was almost gone, but we found a gaming store we liked.
This is not a mall in a tradition sense. It's smaller and has a small collection of stores. However the stores are typical mall stores. Also a lot of fun mall type food vendors. There is no food court. The game father is a great place for games and entertainment!
Nice shopping center. Not many stores but the mall was clean and the stores that are here are nice and organized. Few restaurants. Plenty of parking. Bells was nice.
Not many stores left. Malls are a thing of the past unfortunately. Loved the fountain in the middle and it's gone too.
Not many options here.. Kind of dying. Many would like a Target here instead LOL
Love the shoe show
Love the hair salon inside there even though I'm bald
Small. But nice and clean.
Hobby Lobby was very organized with informed employees. Glad to have them in Boone. Could have spent hours there. Love crafts at reasonable prices...look for coupons in the newspapers!
I like going to this mall. Now have a Hobby Lobby
It's okay but it's only got about 10 or 15 stores
Very small mall, but clean.
Great shoe store in the mall.
Here on vacation, husband bent glasses, Boone optical (?) repaired for free! How nice! I'm from the mountains but guess I've been near Chicago too long......miss my southern highlanders!
College town mall. trendy shops and old reliable standbys.
Had to get an emergency mother's gown for my son's wedding my original gown got left behind
My wife's favorite stores are here, we found a mirror she had been searching for for a couple of months. We will visit often.
Very good, excellent.
Clean and not crowded. Good accessibility from main roads. Limited shopping but how much STUFF does one actually need! !
Very basic mall. Nothing out of the ordinary. Extremely small.
Good place
One of the smallest malls I have been in. Tho with the size of the town you can't expect too much, and malls are kind of a dying thing these days I guess.
Cute little mall
Great stores of every kind
Great place has little of everything
Layout is okay but a little guide to tell us where stores was would've been great
Enjoyed
I was raised in Boone, North Carolina and can’t say after all of my travels across the country, that I’ve seen a worse mall in terms of size and selection. It’s almost amusing that it’s even called a mall when you can stand on one side and see all the way to the other side without missing anything. It was built when I was a little girl & was exciting to visit back then. As a teenager it was pretty awful when looking for variety and selection so that you didn’t wear what all your classmates were wearing. My bus would pass by here when there was nothing on this land except for the silo, the rock house and the white farmhouse. It was so beautiful. Now, it looks ridiculous. When they sandwiched in the not so attractive apartments, it called what beauty was left. It would have been best left as a farm.
Fun place to shop, it's not too crowded, decent stores and prices not to bad. I'm definitely going back.
It's got a few good stores but it's small. We only go if we have something specific we need or are headed to Panera. Also beware...in rain parking lot floods easily.
Nice mall good section of stores
Great place to go for all clothing, furniture, makeup, and technology needs!
Boone Mall just got a little bit better with a new Hobby Lobby that just opened up a couple months ago!
Just wish it had more selection of stores. It was good looking around in there.
A small mall but has ever thing you need
For such a small small compared to the ones in South Florida. I used to enjoy it! Unfortunately Walmart like they do everywhere else hurts the little guy and everybody else goes out of business
Fun shopping with daughter
Loved everything
Weird and small! The sports store was closed but everything else was open, just plain weird. Lol
It's a small place, but it has some good name brand stores like Rue 21, TJ Maxx, Homegoods, and a few others. Nice place for what it is!
It's a small mall, but nice.
Feels empty and dead. You would think a touristy/college town like Boone would have a decent mall.
Very small mall. There's a few clothing retail stores in here and one shoe/sneaker store is here. Clean bathrooms and hardly ever crowded. Old Navy, Belks, TJ Maxx which you can't access from inside the mall.
Love this place
Small place but interesting there a shoe store there that has New Balance shoes for $40 to 60 dollars appear . Plus there was a Panera bread something you don't find in a lot of malls.
Belk was a stand out! Fabulous store!!
Reminds me of shopping in malls as a child. Great atmosphere!
Only a few shops are worth walking into.
I took a friend of mine to Belks. We had fun shopping there.
We went there to eat and walked around the mall afterwards. Shopping seemed limited but it's nice to have a mall in this small town
Good stores for shopping and food in a low key mini mall.
Boone mall is so lame but so good too.
Love having a mall close buy. It is small, but it is good to have,Belk,Old Navy, Home Goods, and others.
The mall has limited stores. I usually choose to go to a different mall or shopping center because of this. The stores they do have offer what you would probably be looking for but would definitely choose to go somewhere else for my shopping.
Great location for shopping
Great little mall. People are friendly and everything is easy to get to.
Nice, clean little mall with very friendly staff! We especially loved the Bath & Body Works and Claire's. Chase from B&B was super helpful, taking time to personally help my whole family find products ranging from candles to perfume and body wash and more! A great selection! Brianna, at Claire's, did an amazing job piercing my daughter's ears. Very polite and professional, she was a pleasure. We will definitely go back to this mall.
Not much of a mall anymore.
Very fun visit!
I love the Panera bread in this mall. Lots of great stores too.
Its a mall....
Hopefully more stores will pop up! Fairly decent place to get food and shop and hang out.
Always a good experience.
It's a mall, some decent stores and food, some not so much. Some stores leaving, closed, some new ones. Not bad for a small to medium sized mall.
It's kind of a "mall". Really in name only. You can see all there is to see here in about an hour. You have TJ Maxx and Homegoods on the outskirts, going into the mall you've got a restaurant (which I've yet to try since it switched from it's former business, Primo's), a haircut place and a cafe (which isn't great). There's a sports store in here (very junky) and a couple average clothing stores. There's a Bath and Body Works (which is nice) and a pretty large shoe store, which is also nice. There's an Old Navy, which is fine, and a Panera. Some other small stuff going on, too. Parking is fine. If it starts raining, make sure you have scuba gear. The parking lot floods badly.
The Boone mall is empty. The hope that The Hobby Lobby will bring it back to life is ask a lot for one store. Still it's the only mall Boone has
Loved the Boone mall. Lots of things to do. Will definitely be back.
Great place have a quick walk around shop experience
I wish there was more but for what is there it's cute !
I guess for what there is offered it's nice just really small I've seen bigger flea market strip malls
Lots of construction going on, not that's a bad thing. Was a great place to do a little shopping and nice places to get a bite to eat.
