Calling this a mall is a little far fetched. So small and depressing I wonder why the parking lot is always full. The only thing that is worth mentioning is there's a JoAnn fabrics here. Thank goodness. If you'd like to visit a true mall.....with more than 5 stores, drive to Raleigh.

This mall is pretty small. I've also heard that the parking lot is notorious for having people try to break into cars or testing the locks. So you definitely want to keep your door locked and anything of value out of sight. Really you probably want everything out of sight even if it's not a valuable. I went to Bath & Body Works and it's a pretty nice one. This mall is about the size you would expect for a city this big. If you want to full Mall experience you'll probably want to go to the one in Raleigh. But this one's pretty okay.

The best mall in the area. It has just about everything you need, not the most modern look but it's still awesome. The game stop is definitely worth checking out, they usually have a good used game section. Journey's is worth a look as well, they had the more "modern" look for youth. And of course, the indoor mall staples, Belk's and JC Penney.

Sorry but just go out of town and enjoy a better place to spend $$$. Or go to Cobblestone Shopping center off Spence Ave that has both restaurants, travel agents, frozen yogurt, tuxedo rental, oyster/seafood bar and tons of shopping.

I guess you could call it a mall, more like a hallway then anything else. Still, it's got some good stores: FYE is a great place to stock up on your favorite fandom merch, plenty of clothing stores, and an art and craft store(that, to me, doesn't hold a candle to Michael's). Not a bad little mall.

The big box stores here are officially outdated and it shows. They look like they don't belong amongst the trendy new teen- twenties crowd. Parking is always crowded with addition of the stand alone restaurants. No longer my cup of tea. To crowded, and not my type of stores. Very in with the young military and teens. We miss the arcade.

It is a smaller, quieter, mall. Sad to see Sears go. Still a nice place to get out and shop. Smaller malls the employees cater more to the customer. JC Penny helped a senior citizen get her comforter to her vehicle. Just a refreshing place to go.

Went to the jewelry care/ electronics store for a screen protector. After the MANAGER installed and damaged 3 of his own products while attempting to install it, he said I'd HAVE TO PAY HIM AGAIN IF I WANTED IT RIGHT. you heard that right. This man got dirt, or smudged 3 different screen protectors while installing them. And wanted me to pay double for his mistake. I never even touched the thing. Lol. This place is ridiculous. NEVER EVER GO THERE.

Has good stores Belks, American Eagle, they have game stop... and journeys. Joans or something like that it's a craft store like Michaels but prices are higher.... and I can't think of the store down by sears but it is my favorite you can get monogrammed items from cups and purses to clothes to even guy Harveys and salt life for you or your guy.... even car decals and more!

Berkeley Mall is an old mall but still has lots of good shops there: Belk's, Penney's, Sears, Cato's etc. It does not have the newer shops especially where young people shop such as Old Navy, Ross. Their hours are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Skimpy stores in a questionable location. Add to that the fact that they have unarmed security and post signs that demand you disarm yourself and walk yourself and your family into an unprotected target-rich environment... As long as the signs are up, my money will never be spent here again. Smithfield isnt too far away.

Jo Ann's fabric store and crafts. I bought a couple of dress patterns there and some fabric. I am making a wedding dress for later in the month. I needed to modify a pattern I had with a different neckline from a new pattern. I am taking pieces and parts of 3 different patterns and putting it together. Jo Ann's has specials on their different pattern makers. I love this store.

I go here mostly to get my eyebrows done and ever since i started getting them threaded i have never gone back to waxing or plucking... Its fast and painless and the results last at least a month if not a lil more before you have to go back... Plus its right next to jades who has the best bourbon chicken ever!!!

Decent if you live in town and just need to pick up a few specific blouses or whatever, but don't bother if you want to have a good day of shopping with the girls. This mall is rather pathetic. It should be called Berkeley Hall because it's not much of a mall. Don't disappoint yourself. Go to Raleigh, or even the big strip mall with the pottery Barn in Smithfield. Berkeley Mall is nothing special.

Honestly this mall if you can call it that any more has gone downhill. It use to be filled with stories and people. Now there is maybe 12 stores open and most of them are shoe stores. Other than that it's a corner store. Sorry but just go out of town and enjoy a better place to shop.

A busy mall..which is sometimes unusual in a small town. Strip malls have taken over in many communities but Berkeley still has the major anchor stores plus a lot more. The K&W is a good place to eat. Clean and has a good food and a good reputation!

This is not my favorite place to shop but I go there occasionally. There are only a few stores there that I shop in. Penny's is trying to expand their offerings and What They carry in the store. The country store has lots of throwback items, so it's fun to shop there. Bath & Body Works has some good sales throughout the year. Occasionally I go to Joanne's for hobby purchases. Some stores have moves out to other locations.

Had to go to Jo Anne's to purchase some vinyl material to reupholster outdoor and indoor furniture. I have made the you tube how to videos useful and picked up enough tips to successfully do it. Just get you a pull tool to take up the slack when tacking or stapling to the bottom seat or piece of wood and cut the material every few in he's to eliminate bubbling around the sides and corners. Good luck!

This is a small clean mall. The elders come for a safe walk during the seasons. The mall doesn't offer many large shopping stores. Belks, Joann and a few eating places is here, and JCPenny is a popular place for the young. If you are looking for old music, a place to get your phone repaired, or something a little different it's kinda nice to visit.

The stores in this mall are not exactly extensive. It is just a very average small mall. The service is not too bad and the people do their best to keep a smile on their face. If you want to do a small amount of shopping this would be a good place to go.

Love this mall always have ! I usually go through my few favorite stores and hit the pretzel place otw out! I really found some great deals while visiting last night ! Belk, bath and body works , and rue all had great amount of clearance! Although, rue 21 had alot of clearance most of it was the same things over and over just different colors. Anyway i love Berkley mall . its not crabtree in Raleigh but it has most of the stores that i love anyway!

I like a lot of the stores in there. It is a very small mall compared to other cities but it is big for Goldsboro. They have stores like Rue21 (my personal favorite), Bath and Body Works, Foot Locker, Joann’s Arts and Craft, and JC Penny’s. They also have a store in there that has the best ice cream it’s so good. It’s homemade and it’s just delicious. There are not many places to eat but there are a few. They do have a great rue21 location. They are one of the few rue21s that have ruePlus.
