Pretty good Outlet Mall. Just a heads up that they offer a Veteran's parking spot right near the front, so keep an eye out if that's of use to you. This place had a decent selection as far as I'm concerned - Carter's, Starbucks, Lindt Chocolate, a jerky shop and a storefront for local artists. With this being an outdoor mall, It's obviously preferable to visit on a day with nice weather.

Great Outlet Mall. This location needs a Cheesecake Factory Restaurant, like the one in Charlotte, and other major metropolitan cities. This shopping center is a great place to shop, with many wonderful stores. My only disappointment is the Field and Stream Store. They never have what I'm looking for. I've walked in this store numerous times, and walked out disappointed, not buying anything because they don't have it. I end up always driving to Mayhoneys in Johnson City. They always have what I need and if not, they will order what you want. I get nothing but a bad attitude from the staff at Field and Stream. Mahoney's on the other hand are always on their game. I wish they would replace Field and Stream!

I actually did not go to the whole mall, I went only to Dillards outlet. This is supposed to be a clearance place but not many clearances. Or should I say not many clothes, at least not in plus size. They used to have racks and racks now it's just a few. Pretty disappointing if you ask me, You have to wade through mounds and mounds of clothes with what amounts to a laundry basket on wheels, to find almost nothing. My back was hurting by the time I was finished. I guess because we don't want to pay 100 dollars for a blouse we don't deserve a cart. Whatever Dillards!!! So my suggestion don't waste your time or your back

Great variety of stores to shop at even a lot of name brand outlets like for example one of my favorites Coach!! And many many more!! I went the other day with my family for Halloween to trick or treat and there were tons of kids and activities set up for the children and even a few for adults but you could walk from Store to store trick-or-treating in there were people that work at the store standing out front handing out candy to each and every child it was great the kids were absolutely loving it!!!!

Had good shopping experience, but was disappointed in the Under Armor store... I know it's smaller compared to their other stores, but did not have alot of options to lol at, and there's enough space to add more merchandise

Some stores are friendly and appreciative your business while others don't. With retail tanking you'd think corporate would put more emphasis on customer service. I visited a store with 5 employees standing around the register talking, they never greeted me or offered any assistance. I did have great service at other stores and spent $ at these stores.

I like walking through and seeing the different stores, especially the kitchen gadget store that offers so many useful items. Their prices are reasonable. My sister bought me a Zoodle maker. Love the way it turns zucchini into healthy spaghetti noodles.

I enjoyed all the available stores being a visitor from s small town. My daughter and I found a good deal we were able to share at Clark's Outlet. The clerk even rang up the charges separately! It was rather cold navigating from store to store as this is an open mall.

Mall is open air and has lots of the typical mall stuff. *** BEWARE! It is a total gun free zone and there are no signs. It's in the small print in the middle of the 'code of conduct. *** Do not carry on property! This is why I gave it two stars.

Looks like a fairly new facility. The wife and I toured around to a few stores here. All the stores are accessible from a large center courtyard with parking all around the outside perimeter of the stores. Fairly good outlet facility but not one that has as many brand name stores as other outlet shopping centers.

I live in Florida in an area where you can throw a rock and hit an outlet mall. Even so, I prefer these outlets over them all. They're clean, the selection of stores is top notch, and the mall is easy to navigate. Parking is never an issue and there is even charging stations for electric cars.

There are some pretty cool places to shop in here, however, they could definitely use some more alternative stores. The food court is kind of scarce and the fact that it's an open layout is kind of a downfall especially because there are more cold months up here than there are warm months.

Love outlet malls! This one actually has two stores that my husband likes, a tool outlet and a bookstore. Most outlets have done away with those. Good variety of stores. Coupon book available, but not all stores are represented which is a bummer. Many stores offering 50% off storewide, which is a good sale. I will definitely come back!

What a nice surprise. My wife and I went here on a lark. I like to buy my wife Ann Taylor for her work attire. Yes, I am aware outlet stores often sell product lines different from the main line stores. The quality is terrific. The prices are amazing. We also went to the ASICS store and bought the $165. Shoes for $99.00.

It’s a good place to walk around and maybe shop for something. A typical Mall or other outlets are just better than coming here to buy unless it’s a specific outlet store you want. Also This Dillard’s is very different to other Dillard’s. Much less selection and unorganized. It’s not that big but they do have popular and good brand stores.

A beautiful layout for an afternoon stroll and shopping. Lovely breezeways, and figurines as well as a fountain. Lots of unique shop finds. Jerky outlet, Lindt Chocolate, As Seen On TV, just to name a few. Lots of clothes outlets. However I was always under the impression that outlets were supposed to be cheaper than high end retail chains? Either way I really enjoyed my day walking and shopping with my mother who is wheelchair bound and teenage daughter.

General cleanliness was much appreciated, along with bountiful spots to sit as well as some places to escape the sun. That's where the praise ends. How an outlet mall, where almost everything is "full price" yet also "on sale" and every store feels like a scene from a horror film, stays open escapes me. Many stores don't even play music in the soulless rooms, so it makes it distracting to shop around. Hope this places turns around.
