Service by far was the best Ray not only gave me the best Rep Joel ,he made sure I Got what I needed as well. Joel was All star! Impeccable customer service skills . Gave me options and also took the time to make sure it was in my budget. We we decided on the white 2014 Fiat 500 Exactly what I needed. Definitely felt comfortable getting my car here. He didn’t try to up sell. He ready was concerned about what was best for me. Definitely would recommend to anyone Ask for Selena, Joel, and Ray. :) **** UPDATE MUST READ DO NOT BUY HERE****** 3.27.19 So After getting the car I was told to comeback for a CAR Wash cause the car wash department had closed. No problem I came from Jersey but no real issue (I live in Hoboken). On my way home the engine light came on... Nervous a little I just let them know when I returned, when they took a look at it. They confirmed that it was the TRANSMISSION Issues . (Now everybody that has a car know that the transmission is a key component to the car functioning ) So Dean the Front Manager assured me himself that they would replaced and not to worry cause this is actually good cause I would have a year and half warranty and it would take a total of 3 days to get it fixed. Even though they sold me a LEMON CAR they didn’t Expect No other option and faith I trusted him. I dropped it off Wednesday I was told to pick it up Tuesday. (Mind you now I’m taking off from work and getting arrangements to get to Queens NewYork.) On Monday I called to make sure to come, I was told by one representative that is was not ready.!? So when I asked to be transferred to Dean, “He said she does not know what She talking about he is the boss he makes things happen it would be ready on Wednesday. When I showed on Wednesday, He act like he didn’t even know me, so I told him the car he act like he didn’t know what was wrong with the car when my partner called him out on it he says ( I’m BUSY MAN how am I suppose to remember everything.) He then tell me my car won’t be done til Friday (So Just for a recap I put down $1500 + $250 Taxes & Fees= 1750 + 1st month car payment + NJ toll (15x5) $75 + Gas Millage for the lemon car & my transportation to the dealship $125 and last but certainly not least Days called out to handle this unreliable dealership $659 before Taxes = $2484. ) to return the car and my money back, He argues with me “That’s not a options, and this is a great deal,and I should just be patience,and it’s a process to get my money back It doesn’t work like that you can wait, it won’t be long”. So only thing he could offer was a Reimbursement of my car rental and a month of my car payment. Update: 5.3.19 I received my 2014 Fiat500L That Friday to a new transmission. Upon receiving my car Dean and I Test drove it around the block everything was good. Upon exiting Dean Gave me a gas voucher to soften this horrific experience, while driving up the block the engine light comes on so I drive it back and brought it to Dean he had his boys check it out it now the car needs a new sensor for the engine light to go off. Of course Busy man Dean says his boys can take care of it. Dean tells me that they have to order the part but I have to buy a new radio system because they can’t apply the sensor without the original Radio ..... Please Guys this Dealership is a SCAM and DEAN the Front End General Manger is the RING LEADER Update: 7/30/19

I wasn’t gonna add a review until I got a call today from these lames talking about do u still want the car they told me I couldn’t get!!! I went there with 3,000 and a trade looking at a 12,000 Honda Accord the floor manager tried to beat me out my money taking about put up half!! The car is use and not Certified on top of having high miles!!! Dude must have thought I was dumb!!! Next day went to a Honda dealerships was approved for a certified 2014 pilot and didn’t have to sell my soul or have to dip into my kids college savings!!! If u want to get robbed or sold a high mileage car and have to cross your fingers that nothing is the matter with the car queens auto mall is the place to go!!

Wasted my entire Saturday. I came by the Thursday before this Saturday and was interested in the 2016 Mitsubishi outlander. On that Thurs, I had a trade in, but it's so old. The trade in was a 2002 Toyota Highlander. And I was also going to put 2000 down. They took long and it was late that Thurs, so I said I would be back Saturday. When I returned Saturday, I told them that I sold the Toyota, but I agreed to give them the cash value they offered me for it (which was 1500). They made me sit in the show room for 6 HOURS asking me for more down because the bank had their heart set on making the deal with the trade in. A 2002 Toyota? They wanted to offer me maybe 1500 for that car anyway and I'm offering the same cash value, actually more, $2000 plus the $2000 I was originally putting down. $4000 now! It made no sense and sounded fabricated. They gave me a run around for hours and hours and I just wanted to leave but they said to wait a few minutes each time, which turned into another hour each time! I could understand if it was a $30k or even $20k car, the car was a damn $12k car! I wasn't borrowing much and $4000 is A LOT DOWN for the amount I'm borrowing. Just a real waste of my Saturday and very inconsiderate. I wouldn't be surprised if they sold that car and didn't know how to tell me they sold it because they kept trying to push me into other cars. Worst experience of any car "dealership"! Don't waste your time!

First seen the SUV with one person and when I came In to purchase the vehicle it was like no one wanted to help. Absolutely worst service I have ever had at a dealership. Got the loan and everything set before I got here it took over 4 hours to finalize everything. I waited over 40 min for them just to put the plates on the car. Instead to filling the truck up with gas they have a 25.00 voucher for me to fill it myself and they normally do car wash with purchase but of course they didn't even clean the SUV out. I guess you have to spend more than 21k in a dealership to get good service. There was a guy who came after us that was getting his car washed. When I asked the guy at the front desk, weren't they suppose to wash the car, in a rude way he said no not always, they give vouchers which is not true, when I asked to speak to the manager he was polite and tried to help out by getting the SUV washed and filling up th 25 dollar of gas. They need to train a new staff in customer service or at least how to act like a decent human being. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for the minimum of decent survice. Buying a car should not have been this hard and should have not taken this long.

What is up world !!! So my experience at Queens auto mall Was Great . From the very first step through the door . I was greeted right away by a great person named shondell . Not only did he provide a great service he went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted . Parking was no issue and everyone was nice . this is the place to go if your looking to buy a new or used car . With all places paperwork takes time bare in mind we are all human !! Called in about a car and asked for all the dealer and processing fees. Sue told me she wasn’t sure and would call me back after she spoke with sales manager. Calls me back and tells me all there is is $1,990 in dealer and processing fees then taxes on top. Show up and they try to run me around charging me $3,800 plus tax for all the fees. How can a place possibly have that much in fees when most places charge $500-$900

As someone not from the city there is NO parking anywhere and was yelled at by a worker for parking behind the building. On top of the not great start to the experience was lied to over the phone about pricing and fees that would be included. What kind of place charges $4,000 in fees?!?!? Unheard of and is all going straight into the owners pocket, if you plan on looking at a car here you may as well add double the fees and reg you thought you’d be paying. Would put 0 stars if I could especially after driving so far to see the car and being lied to over the phone.

Bought a BMW from them, they gave me the okay that the car was good to go. Then the next day, the car broke down in the middle of the highway. To make things worse, they reject all my calls and the car continues to break down two more times after they "replaced" the alternator. Now they won't take my car back. And saying it's "repaired. If you're looking to waste your money on junk, buy from them. But if you're looking for a car that'll run, steer clear of this place. They're frauds.

They have a good selection of cars but their advertised prices make little difference. When I tried to talk price, they added on almost $4000 in fees (not including taxes) on a $15,000 car! When I said I would not pay that, they tried to get me in a less expensive car but kept the fees! The whole experience felt like a classic used car dealer - I don't need to buy a car like that.

They’re great during the time of purchase to sell you the car but soon as u contact them not even a month later cause u was sold a lemon they turn that nice service right off and brush you off for months I’m now taking this to the next level to file a huge complaint against them. If they sell a bad car they should do something, but to them they feel like those papers are signed and their relationship with me is over, but no it is not cause they still have a business to run and I was sold an unreliable vehicle.

Edit to manager response: Seriously? Added picture of credit run. Google the phone number, and see what comes up. Stop lying and saying your customers "haven't been to your dealership" or imply that they are confused, it's insulting. These guys ran my credit when I explicitly told them not to & I NEVER signed the credit authorization form. I filled it out and left the signature blank & told him “we need to talk about price before we even run the credit”. (I was shopping around for a specific car so I didnt want my credit ran in 4-5 dealerships). I did the same everywhere. I check my credit now & there it is. A credit check from Queens Auto Mall. Also they add about 5-7k in fees to the advertised price. And they play that game where they supposedly talk to the finance guy & try to work a “deal” for you. So it ends up being a huge waste of time.

They charge you nearly $1,000 for their "inspection"/dealer fees but, one month later you'll need your oil changed and discover your car was a rental. They're super dishonest. Go to an actual dealership, not this sham. Also, whatever the car's listed price is, they'll bump it up at least $6,000 for the final price. Disgusting.

I went there to check out this Nissan Altima that they posted online, I called first, and they said that the car was there, so I set up an appointment. I showed up and when they went to look for the car, I was told the owner liked the car and went to do a run in the car... ummm, what?! I decided to look at other cars in the lot. The prices seem extra low online, but then you go in person and they'll tag on an extra $5K to the price. Went elsewhere and found a newer car for almost the same price that was cleaner with way more features and decided to go with that... especially because here, you have to run a check on your credit/apply for a loan BEFORE you even test drive the car. Why? What if I test drive a car and decide I don't like it and now that's an inquiry on my credit? I have to decide that I like it first. Pass. The guys at the front desk were cool and humorous, that was the only positive to this place. Their policies and car upkeep need revamping. Their cars need to be able to start. There were a couple that I couldn't look at because they wouldn't even turn on. It was starting to get a "flea market of cars" feel after a while...

2015 Convertible Mustang We made a deal over the phone and emails to buy this car, i tought this is a serious dealer so i believed all they told me... Listed price was 13999$, but they have big dealer fees like u have to pay for transportation from the place where dealer bought this car to the place where dealer is, even though the car is already at dealer, U also have to pay 1200$ some detailing and more other smaller fees With all this fees price was 16000$ and they told me over the phone best price they can do for me is 500$ off so it would be 15500$ When i went there the price was over 16000$ , i asked what about 15500$, they were like smiling at me and asked me who told me that, i told them it was their manager Alex Murphy, and they said he is off today and we cant contact him, so it's either take it for 16000 or leave it, after i flew there. Over the phone before i went there they said car is like brand new, and everything works and ofc it doesn't: ---First of all they said i will get license plates in 5-10 business day, it's been already 3 weeks and i didn't get it, and i need this car working perfectly and with regular license plates because its for my car rental bussines ---second thing is that back window doesn't close all the way, there is a gap like 3 inches and u have to push it hard with hand in order to close it ---back up camera works 50% of time ---windshield liquid doesn't spray on windshield, i checked the tank and its full I gaved them a call and explained whats wrong, they said someone will give me a call same day, i was waiting and no one called I tryed again after 2 days, they said the same thing, and ofc again no one called me I tryed again 7 days later, wich is today I forgot to say i purchased 4 year warranty for this car bumper to bumper So today they told me all that things that doesn't work on the car are not covered by warranty, This has nothing to do with warranty, because they said everything works perfectly and it doesn't Overall they just want ur money and they don't care about u

I didn't want to write a review before now, I'm however doing it now so others can learn from my experience. I saw one of their cars advertised online at a good rate, I called to get the full deal and out of the door price. I informed Selena I was calling out of State and my drive to the dealership was almost 5 hours away, I even asked if I could make a deposit on the car to show my interest and come over the following morning to close the deal. She told me not to worry with deposit that what I see online is what I get. I sent sms the morning before again reminder her I was coming for the car which she acknowledged. Driving almost 5 hours to dealership in NY traffic, only to get there, tested the car, sat with the finance guy to make payment and was given a bill of $11,000 more than the advertised price. I was so disappointed. The excuse they gave me was that their cars belong to a bank and the price I saw online was discounted price which the bank changed the morning I got there. I got to the office around 9am. They gave me $40 voucher for fuel to apologise which I can't use as I do not leave in NY. It was not a nice experience for me. I wish I read the reviews before going over

Being in customer service i know how reviews are obtained, I also know that the negative ones, specially when they all say pretty much the same thing, are true. The car that I want has a good advertised price, almost to good to be yrue, I always said to myself. And I'm right, it's a pure. Does Sue ever exist? She is the person that called me like 10 times in order for me to go check this 2013 Cadillac ATS for 10,980.00. I get there and out of the sudden the car is 17k, with all this bogus charges. I ran out as fast as I went inside. Stay away!

Purchased a vehicle was 4.3k ended up coming out to roughly 7k didnt seem to want me to pay upfront but did it anyways. Was a mistake cars transmission shot 2 months later. Got told the wrong information by the sales rep said the warranty was 2 months (was 1 month). Called and ended up having to pay transmission out of pocket through a friend of theirs. If I could go back to the day I bought the vehicle I would tell my younger self to just leave.

Hello everyone, I am writing this review to just give an insight about this auction house. I went in to purchase a 2017 Volkswagen Passat R-line which had a marked price of 11980 on Edmunds. A little background on how it all started. I was contacted by a customer sales rep named Miss Robin on tuesday as I requested a call back after looking at that advertisement. I was very clear in what I wanted and asked her for a final out of the factory price as I really liked the car and I was coming in from Buffalo to buy this. She dodged around saying she will get me a manager the next day (Wednesday) and get me the final price with taxes and plates and registration. I didn't receive any call back the next day and I called her again. She didn't seem to recognize me at all and I had to introduce myself again. She again told me that I would receive a call the next day (Thursday). No calls or replies again and the same scenario went on till Saturday. I was told by Robin, very clearly and repetitively that I was seeing a out of factory rate of around 2k above MSRP. My budget was around 11k and I was willing to stretch to 14k because the car was in really good shape. I was finally put on to Mr. Miguel who to my dismay didn't give the final price and told me to come in on Sunday. I went to the dealership on Sunday, saw the car, really loved it and asked them the final price to finish my deal. To my surprise, the final price was 17500 approx (various break-ups) which is almost a good 5-6k above what the site says. When I asked them about the customer representative telling me it would be just 2k above the MSRP, the general manager told me that she is just a customer rep and her job is to just set up an appointment. Though Mr. Miguel and the General Manager were really nice and tried giving me the best price, I still felt really bad and didn't buy the car. It was like they gave me a attractive price just to come in and make a visit. I felt this was highly irresponsible and unacceptable behavior by the customer representative. To all the people who are going in to buy the car based on internet prices, be ready to pay atleast a good 5k above that. It was a really bad experience for me. Thanks !

Made sure with the person in charge that there is no additional fees on top of the price only then I am interested walking inside the place the person confirmed that’s the price. First of all to all those 5 star and 4 star rating good luck getting screwed up and being misinformed about the prices. You are paying almost double or even over the double price for the car you could have got anywhere. I will make sure to post this everywhere so scam dealers gets no business and people start realizing that what these dealers are upto. Walked inside the place. Asked for the car, the car which had a value of 7,000. They ask for 3,000 down. Pay installments for over 8,000$ and on top of that taxes and fees which will cost another 6,000$ So in all I will end up paying 17,000$ for a car who’s jelly blue book value is 7,000$.

They wanted me to take financial responsibility for it before I could drive it. WHY??? Would I buy a car before I have driven it!!!! I was coming from about an hour and a half away and let them know I didn’t want to waste my time if there was something wrong with the car or the price listed. Robyn assured me that all was in order and made the appointment. When I got there they didn’t have the car. They also add at least $2500 in “fees” to the advertised price.

My husband and I went to this dealership to purchase a car listed at $14.9K. When we were ready to purchase it they added another $10,000 in hidden fees for a total of over $24,000! One of the "fees" they even referred to as "discount" but no-- it was not a discount, it was another fee they were going to charge us. They had no intention of mentioning these fees, what the total cost was or being transparent whatsoever. They quickly skimmed the paperwork and pointed to where to sign without even mentioning all of the other surprise fees. Luckily we reviewed the paperwork in detail on our own and caught it before signing. We absolutely did not end up purchasing the car from them. The prices online and the prices they quote you are not what you'll end up paying. They make up fees for everything to get the real number up significantly. Extremely unethical dealership. Also promised they would service the vehicle with any service fees if there were any problems in the first 30days but refused to provide anything in writing -- another red flag. Then when we got the financing doc to sign, they also snuck in a $2,500 service package fee on the contract too. Was there any information about the service package presented to us? No. Again, nothing in writing, just another fee. We were serious buyers but we're taking our money somewhere else. Also, just a heads up-- do not use the restroom there. It is not safe. There is about an inch to two inches of wet mold growing around the entire restroom floor. The bathrooms must not have been cleaned in over a year. Offices were filthy too. We should have walked out sooner. Don't waste your time here.

Beautiful selection of cars, nice show room with friendly staff. With that being said.. as a response to a review that my mother had posted on car gurus. The parking was horrible. They did not offer FREE valet parking as they claimed, I was told drive around the blocks to find something (took ever, finally someone moved a small rd block so we could park up front.) secondly we weren’t able to even test drive the car, I don’t believe the car was even recently inspected and we were told there was no insurance on the car so we couldn’t test drive it but then blamed it on the weather conditions. The car went from being 9,900 dollars or so to over $16,000. I won’t play the “female card” as they put in their response back to my mother but I will say I believe they attempted to take advantage regardless of my gender... The car wasn’t even that spectacular. It was a used Subaru Legacy. They were not willing to work on price and added on all these other crazy charges. Dodged a bullet not purchasing a car from them truthfully. There’s plenty of other great used car dealerships in the area. Don’t waste your time going to this place.

I bought a Honda CRV 4 months ago and this is the second time my car is in the shop. They sold me a car that is not worth what I pay for. The guy lie to me about the guarantee I bought. He said that I didn't have to pay any money that the guarantee will covered everything pumper to pumper, but he was lying. The dealer charged me more than half of the price they charged me plus a 300 deductible. They also charged me a lot of money for the paper work. This is the 4th car I have bought but from different dealers and they have never charged me so much $$$ like this one. I think they even charged me for the ink and the staples. They didn't even gave me a discount on the price and I paid the car cash after the guy said to me that he will give me a discount. Please read every paper before you sign it. I trust them and they fool me. They all just fool of crab. They brainwashed you and then at the end all they do is lie to you.

My husband and I were there on 4/13/19 we pulled up to the front of the building where they offer valet parking. We were greeted by a young man named Aamir, a humble, but trust worthy person. The reason I say trust worthy is becasue we came to the Auction house for a certain car and Aamir encouraged and showed us different options for far less and more in our budget. Walked into this dealership and my first question to the sales person (William) was "Does the down payment go towards to initial price of the vehicle or do you have dealer fees?" he assured me that it would only be going towards the vehicle tag price. Ended up purchasing a vehicle. The price of the vehicle (BMW x1) is $12,980 after the dealer fees of $3,000, warranty of $1,800, taxes and DMV fees my car is now $20k (thats a 7K increase!!). My mistake was putting a down payment before signing the papers as I am now "locked in". After being promised an APR of 3-4% by the sales manager Ray I later realized that was a lie seeing that my APR is now 9% leaving the total price of my car at $25k after finance. I returned to the dealership after going over the documents to see if there was any way out. I was told there was absolutely no way out because my DMV docs were already being processed (insane because 3 weeks later and I still don't have plates for something that was in "process'). Im giving 1 star solely because I spoke to the general manager who seemed genuine enough to provide a settlement. I hope someone reads this review before purchasing here like I unfortunately did. SAVE YOURSELF.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars after the phone call conversations i had with Robin, but after visiting I’ve reduced that to 1 (would put zero if I could). Robin was professional on the phone but as a cash customer, I found it a bit sketchy that she wouldn’t give me out the door pricing. I asked robin what the fees were (doc., dealer, reg., etc.) so I could have the check written when i got there - trying to get that info was like pulling teeth. She said to come in and negotiate, even though I said I would happily pay the asking price. (How does that make sense?) I wanted to figure out the numbers before arriving as I already knew I wanted the car but live over 4 hours away and didn’t want to make the trip only to leave the dealership without a new vehicle. She said, and I quote “the fees will be at least $2000” ..... talk about a red flag. But I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Upon arrival, the car was dead with many error codes popping up. No biggie I thought - they just grabbed the jumper box and and jumped the car which then started. After that, we decided to go over the numbers without them even offering to test drive. I also noticed the window sticker had the car advertised for $20600 and online was $13,900.... talk about ripping someone off. All of their cars were marked up 30-50% from the online price! As stated, the price online was $13,900 and after the “fees” that robin stated, as per her manager (whom she said she asked)were $995 for doc and $995 for dealer prep, so just under $2000 total. After waiting for 50 minutes with no updates or any sort of communication, they brought me back with the sales manager and the total cost came out to about $18500 (keep in mind taxes were about $500, leaving $4000 in “fees) TLDR; add $5000 -$8000 to the sales price online to find your sales price

Don’t waste your time calling or going to this place. I spoke to two sales people - Robyn and Patrick and I set up a date and time to see a car. I called hours before the time scheduled just to make sure the car was there, since I had to drive 50 min with 2 kids. Got there and they were absolutely rude, none of the people I’ve talked to could see me and guess what? The vehicle wasn’t there. And they couldn’t care less about me “wasting” me time going there. I bought a car the ending of February. 2 weeks later the check engine light came on. Took it back and they do called fixed the problem. Not it’s almost 2 months later and my car is not functioning right. Tried to get it to the dealership had problems cause no flat beds wanted to tow me. Me and my husband waited till someone he knows took the chance on towing us. The sales manager there. Attitude is terrible he talks to you like your an dummy. I took my husband with me cause I knew the sales manager was gonna try and play me and as I thought. He tried it with my husband. They wanted me to pay for a diagnostic check and leave the car for a couple days. Long story short I took my car to a licensed mechanic and all the hassle the dealership was giving I didn’t get from the mechanic. The mechanic called me the next day and told me what the problem was and it fixed. My car is running like brand new. I SUGGEST THAT NOBODY BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM. There rip offs

I called this morning to verify that they still had a car that I saw online. The girl who answered checked and assured me that it was there. I told her that I was 1 1/2 hour away and didnt want to waste my time if it wasn’t there or if there was anything wrong with it. She reassured me that everything was good. Worst auto dealer in the U.S please don't go there, these people are crook, don't say that you did not know, stay away from them, they sale me a mercedes ml350 3 years ago that has never worked well up to know, it did not pass the inspection, I called them more than 20 times they always said they will call me back up to know, the car always have brake problems, light problems, oil leak ... the mechanic said that I need $15000 to fix the car, when they sale a car the price was $10000 but the collected $14000 from the lender scam scam scam scam scam scam scam

Expect to pay a lot more than advertised, period. They will not work with you to get a good price that they claim to do. I'm not sure if them keeping you wait to get a price is part of the sales tactic or horrible customer service. Either way stay far away.

90% of their inventory has an accident reported on their cars. Keep this dealership as your last reserve, before buying a car from this guy's, definitely hire your own "used car appraiser". It will be the best $100 you spend. When I went to purchase my car, they were selling me Mercedes-Benz 2013 White. They advised me that the car was in perfect condition, having 1 MINOR accident, CAR FAX , reported also MINOR accident, The tires were all with out state minimum thread. Sales manager told me that it has passed state inspection. The minor rear accident, ended up being a structural damage. The engine had numerous oil leaks. And the most disgusting thing was that the car they were selling to was over do for the required regular oil change. DONT COMPROMISE YOUR SAFETY, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, HIRE A USED CAR INSPECTION, ( YOU CAN GOOGLE THE SERVICE COMPANY NEAR YOU)
