Big shopping plaza off the highway in the Bronx, big Stop and Shop, few other stores. Easy parking which is pretty good for this area, decent food and prices, only shopped once.

Bay plaza is my go to spot. They're always so clean, friendly staff and just so convenient. I've never had a problem with them in any store. The worse I've experienced was one of the cashiers in the home depot plant section wasnt so friendly as you expect from anyone working in customer service, but she did wish me a nice day so overall my experience stands by these five stars.

Drive the extra 5 miles to go to a different shopping center. Every store in this place treats its customers like a criminal. Went to footlocker asked to try on a pair of shoes they gave me one side. Asked for the other side and the woman who gave it to me kept looking at me like I was gunna run out the store. Like no lady I'm not gunna leave my Jordan 5's here for a pair of airforce ones. All the shoe stores I went in to did the same thing.

Haven't been to The Grove in a while and it was nice to come back during the holidays. The decorations looked great and saw new restaurant and bar additions while we were walking around I will definitely come back for. Parking is not difficult if you avoid the peak hours but even then I have never had trouble finding a spot.

Just went to red lobster.....food was great came quick order was perfect amd food was nice and hot.....the waiter and staff were very professional and took care of our every need in a timely professional manner......would go again and recommend others go as well.....the entire plaza where red lobster is amazing as well every store you could ever need is there including a movie theatre....had a very nice dinner and was able to enjoy a night of shopping.

Definitely needs better stores. Not a bad stop for basic stores. I would still go to cross county or Manhattan for a shopping trip.

So many stores. Some good prices for so many things. Did not have what I needed for my wedding. There was nothing catered to weddings though its wedding season. I may come back here for something else some time in the future.

Favorite movie theater to go to. It has free parking and recliner chairs. It's a good atmosphere and it isn't too crowded or rowdy. The lines can be a little long but it's been that way at every AMC I've been too. Highly recommend.

Almost everything a shopper would need within walking distance. You name an item or a store and Bay Plaza has it! Plenty of free parking or you can use the pay parking if you don't feel like walking a little.

This burglinton is def not my favorite. They dont have alot of options for shoppe r s like myself. Which means...dont depend on them to have any item u may want to grab.

Plenty of options . It has a movie theater and you can grab a drink a Dallas BBQ while you wait gor your movie to start. Also, I saw 3 different bank institutions which is always good.

Love coming here when time allows. It is kind of like 3 outdoor malls and I indoor. Nearly every store you could be looking for is here. The only thing I would request is they add more restaurants outside as it's really a hassle to get all the way to the opposite side just for better dining. A lot of people enjoy Dallas BBQ or red lobster but those are not my style of dining.

Nice shopping area With lots of parking. I shopped at Just C Penny and Victoria Secret then I went to the food court on the third floor and ordered a Philly cheese steak with fried and fruit drink. The food was cooked freshly and I enjoyed every bit of it.

Didn't really care for this stop and shop although I can say it was clean and customer service was great. There prices were great I usually go to the one in Westchester County because its closer but maybe I'll give this one a shot but no matter what I love my Stop&Shop no matter where its at.As long as the prices are low,good custer service,and a clean environment, fresh veggies&meat I'm a happy camper.

One of the best shopping centers in NYC. Located in the Bronx, it has a vast array of stores that will satisfy all your needs may it be shopping or food or gym or a virtual reality experience! JC Penney and Macy’s have some good collections and good deal. The H&M there also have a very good collection!

The selections for men at this location are ok. However, if your preference is either small or plus size....that's when it gets a little dicey. The prices are competive and reasonable. A clean and efficient store, although item directive signage could use some improvement. All in all, not a bad experience, just get it and go.

A great shopping Centre. You can get a wide variety of food and other stuff whether it be clothing, jewelry and other services in a single mall without having to travel to different locations so I’d say this mall is very evenly and well distributed.

The shopping variety at Bay Plaza has improved with the addition of new stores. It is very accessible by public transportation and nearby highways. Parking is ample. Also, the multiplex theater is clean and comfortable.

Went to Red Lobster in Bay Plaza for dinner with friends. Red Lobster is my favorite seafood restaurant. This was the worst restaurant experience that I have ever had. The 30 minute wait for a table was normal for this type of establishment but the hour and a half to get a salad and bread was not!! Now add another hour to get my food..that I no longer wanted.. another 30 minutes for my take out order, 20 minutes to get the check, and another 15 minutes to get my credit card back (now.... I'm standing by the register) and then out the door! REALLY????? Do people really wait that long to eat???? Horrible service Bay Plaza Red Lobster restaurant....disgraceful to say the least!!!

The parking lot is free for the most part and also has reserved handicap accessible parking. You have a variety of stores here. However, this shopping center is not like an indoor Mall. A lot has changed since I last visited. The PC Richards and Staples section has outdoor parking with self lock. In other words, no valet, no metered time limits as long as you go, you visit, purchase options, and browse. No overnight parking. Easy on and off the interstate 95. Many of the department stores can be seen from interstate and also from vehicle moving in normal traffic. The JC Penney, Barnes and Noble and Big K has a multilevel parking structure and it may be difficult at times to find a parking suitable and convenient to the department stores of choice. Otherwise it is not a bad shopping center

Its a spacious and attractive mall with a wide variety of stores...gap, ol navy, macy, jc penny, american outfitters, pandora etc, and a lovely food court on the 3rd floor so you can dine while shopping

Like all Malls, the variety of outlets within and surrounded by outlets as well when you head out. They have a Movie Theater a large Stop and Shop, Bob's discount furniture, Raymore & Flanagan and located by I-97 not to mention the famous restaurants and BBQs.

My favorite shopping mall by far! Everything I need plus my favorite restaurants? Score! Getting there is a breeze and there's a taxi service if you have too many shopping bags to lug on the bus and train. I can never visit the Bronx without passing through there at least twice. Love it!

There's a lot of clothing, beauty, gaming and electronics store options (etc) here. They have the new indoor mall that was built up a few years ago. They have a pretty big food court on the third floor, a big nail salon on the first floor and some restaurant options. The mall is really clean and and the design is well made. There is also the older outside mall. Some of the stores and restaurants are a little distance away from the new mall so you may have to walk a bit. They also have a huge parking lot which I believe is free. I love coming here.
